Been here for alignments on several vehicles and end up having to go to the Yukon Hibdons to have them redone. Last time they left my car pulling to the right and my steering wheel facing the 2 oclock position after the alignment. They said I needed a camber bolt. I take it to Yukon and they had it aligned perfectly. Terrible.

Dont bother coming here to get anything else done but tires. Made an appointment and drop my truck off to get the rear brakes done. They call me a few hours later and said theyre not qualified to do brakes to take it to an authorized service center. Yet while I was there they were doing breaks on another persons car sor so dont come here if you want anything other than tires because by their own admission theyre not qualified to do anything else

I never post reviews but this place is terrible. Almost 3 hrs to tell me they couldn’t fix my tire. The guy who checked me in, never checked on the service or me. It’s just like my service order went in a black hole, and I waited. Finally, I ask and they went to check and said, “oh we thought you were dropping it off”. That’s understandable; however, the guy that checked me in watched me in the waiting area for over 2.5 hours…. If they spent half the time taking care of their customer vs trying to up sell the next guy, they might be a decent place. I would never let my wife take her car here alone. I will drive to a store in Yukon before I use this place again. Tip for the front employees, know who is in the lobby, what they are there for, and how long they have been waiting.

Do not take your business here!! My tire had a slow leak so I took it here for it to be checked. In the end they call me and say there’s no nail in it, but there’s a puncture. And that it’s an eighth of an inch away from the side wall. They quoted me almost $300 for a tire that didn’t even match. I declined and picked up my car. I took my car to a family friends car shop and they were able to patch it just fine. There was a nail in the tread, no where near the side wall. They just want your money!!!

I came in without an appointment to have my tires checked (Im a bit of a reckless driver). The staff was so friendly and was able to get my car finished in less than the time they originally quoted me. I felt very comfortable in their office and they also had complimentary beverages and clean waiting area.

Not sure why I keep giving this place another chance. Customer service has been horrible ever since they opened and is still aweful. Took a car in for an oil change and at pick up they didnt say anything about the car. 2 days later when looking at a tire that got a nail in it realized the tires are completely worn down. Called and the guy looked up the report and said yes we needed new tires. Instead of them getting an easy tire sell I spent the money at Big O and won’t be back to here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service I just called up there and told them I needed to purchase a battery and was wondering if it was when they would have in stock they told me yes I then told them I wouldnt need it installed I just need to buy the battery and they told me their shop closes at 4:00 and then again said I dont need it put in I just need to purchase the battery and you guys are open till 5:00 and then he chose to tell me that they dont have it in stock after I already telling me they do. And I would have to come up tomorrow absolutely horrible please get your guys story straight.

They have a ton of business. Probably for good reason. They were very helpful and got the job done. They didnt try and pitch me anything I didnt exactly need and got me in and out same day.

Came in for an oil change on Tuesday then noticed an oil leak on Friday. Took my car back to Hibdons Saturday morning- was told the oil plug was loose-they tightened it but never checked the oil. Checked the oil Sunday to find it a quart low. I will never do business here again. I have given them second chances but no more!

Two and a half hours later Mr Cant Get Right is on their 3rd attempt to put my new tires on the correct rims. I was unaware that four new tires for the four matching rims and leave the full size spare alone was difficult instructions.

Stay way from these guys they do not know how to work on vehicles, have had nothing but problems with them trying to get the break lines done right.Paid to have the breaks fixed and almost a year later but thankfully still under warranty one of the rear breaks came apart, took it in had it fixed but they never tightened down the line which caused a leak and ate the coating off the back of the rim, took it back to them so they could make it right, they put in a different break line coiled it up right under the bump stop on the rear axle, they also ran the stereo system while working on the truck without running it which ran the battery down tried to sell me a new one ( never had a problem with the battery until them) told me to bring a jump pack to start my truck, took a picture of the coil and it’s location and asked the manager if he thought that was normal was told “ yes”. Took it to another mechanic to look over what was done to it and got a list of things that needed to be addressed with their work, then I tried to go to another Hibdons but that manger there didn’t want to get involved with another Hibdons stores poor work so had to go back to this one and still waiting on them to fix it right.Just an update this manager here told me the very last time that I took the truck in that they had fixed the break line leak well I can say no they didn’t

Service was great. 5 stars on the service and guy up front. Only reason I gave 4 is who ever brought my car in changed my radio station and adjusted my heat. Im very particular about my car and do not appreciate someone touching everything in it. Their workers do great work just need to learn to not touch stuff they dont need to in ppls cars.

Manager of this store was unprofessional. I brought in my vehicle at 12:30. Came back to pick it up at 5:00 even though I never received a phone that it was ready. Only brought the vehicle in for tire rotation and fix a leak. When I got ready to leave, I noticed my tires had not been rotated even though I specifically asked the manger prior to me leaving if they had. I went back inside to an even more unprofessional store manager. I’ll never return. Can’t stand a liar and amanagers/techs that are going to LIE and state they completed the job when in FACT they did not.

Went in for oil change tire with small nail and free tire rotation due to purchase of new tires...When they returned the vehicles hey had to replace the tire due to “sidewall” it was a small nail or screw that was in the meat of the tire. Not close to sidewall. Did not rotate tires because they installed new??? Bit the ticket shows tire rotated. Didn’t add nitrogen even though all other tires show nitrogen as well as the one replaced. Did change the green cap to black.Didn’t put the special lock but back in compartment. Per employee “we just toss them in cup holder”Then said they did inspection joe ever none of the tires had the same air pressure even though they marked 35 on the receipt.You think I should be confident that the oil was changed. And the kicker is they charged me for the tire that was under warranty because of the small nail. But they kept that tire to resell to another shop.

I will not go to this place ever again. The mechanics do not take responsibility for when they mess up your vehicle. I went in for a simple oil change and a wheel alignment. My steering wheel is still crooked, and my driveway and garage are full of some kind of oily droplets.I have already cut up my credit card from there and I won’t be back because the mechanics at the mustang location suck.

Usually good service... Today we had a little snow and I had a flat so I pulled in and they informed me they sent their tire tech home due to the weather. That left me, with a heart and lung condition to lay out in the cold and wet to change my tire. I remember when customers where the priority .

Everyone dreads doctors offices for the waiting. This place makes the Doctors look short, in comparison. Over 3 hours of waiting to get my tires done...

The absolute worst business in Oklahoma. They will waste your whole day selling you the wrong stuff at super high inflated prices. Customer service is non existent. I will never step foot in this place again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this terribly run business.

Total waste of time, left the truck at 9am and told them I needed it by 4pm and didn’t get it till 6 and the alignment was off. Would not recommend this location to any one

Will not recommend anyone I know to get an alignment here my truck was getting aligned for 2 hrs and when I went to drive all I did was hit one bump on the road and my wheels went opposite ways and I had to stop and tighten them as they were. Waste of money and time get real mechanics not some person who thinks they know things

The gentlemen that work at this location were extremely friendly and helpful to me. I pulled in the parking lot at 5:20pm hoping I would be able to get a repair to a tire I just purchased fixed before they closed at 6pm. They treated me professionally and didn’t make me feel like it was too late to help me. I would recommend this location hands down. I didn’t get their names but they will know who they are. Great job guys!!

Watch your key fobs folks. They broke mine....I spoke with the mgr who agreed to replace the fob, so I’m updating my stars to 3 because everyone makes mistakes but few there are who take ownership of them and attempts to make it right.

It was good new tire and they put all four new tires on it for less 1 hour

One front desk attendant named Chris has been especially appreciated by our family. Chris continues to be exceptional in offering speedy help, appointments and suggestions for the three vehicles we have serviced at Hibdon.

Went in to have a tire fixed, said they had already closed for the day, it was 4 and they are open until six. said they closed for a meeting, so ok.went back about 3 weeks later to get another flat fixed, went in at 9am said I would have to drop it off there was literally 2 vehicles in the shop and no one waiting in the lobby, I asked why, he said he had tickets before me. I asked if any of them are waiters, he said no, I asked why cant you pull a tech off of a NON WAITER and take 15 minutes to fix a flat. wouldnt do it. what ever happened to customer service.

Overall good service. A little slow today completing the oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour and a half and i was the 1st one who came into the store, with an appointment.

Chris is absolutely amazing! All of the guys here are. They took very good care of me and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I got my oil changed and tires rotated in less than an hour. I just want to thank these hard working guys for helping me out! I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

Our Lexus pulled to the right when driving and caused a lot of headaches and stiff shoulder muscles on long trips. We tried to have it repaired several times at other shops but to no avail. Then we tried Hibdon Tires Plus in Mustang, OK, and Justin, the service technician, listened carefully to our problem, figured it out, fixed it, then test drove our car to MAKE CERTAIN it was repaired correctly/drove in a straight line.We were blown away!!! You have to understand how much time (years) and money (don’t ask) we’ve spent at other shops trying to fix this one single problem—only to be given excuses why they couldn’t do it after taking our money.We drove the car for several months after the repair to confirm the problem was actually fixed before writing this review. It was/still is repaired! Our car drives better now than it did when we first bought it—especially at highway speeds—and we don’t feel as fatigued after long trips like we used too.I’m still blown away that one tech could accomplish what so many others could not! Anyone who wants their alignment done correctly please go to Hibdon Tires Plus in Mustang and ask for “Justin.”We are now permanent customers.

Had a very great experience with this business. Had an unfortunate situation happen while i was in town. They replaced both my front tires in a timely manner, even though they were super busy.

My daughter took her 2016 Hyundai Tucson here for an oil change in May. It was time for another one, but she took it to Walmart instead of Hibdons. Walmart informed her that the oil drain plug was rounded off and they couldnt get it loose. I change the oil on my vehicles, so I tried to get it off with no luck. Talked to Hibdons and they said they didnt do it and they would charge full price to change her oil. Took it to a real mechanic, and they just told me they may have to replace the whole oil pan if the last option they can try damages it. $500 to change the oil because the previous store screwed it up. Ive bought tires from them before, but will never step foot in there again and would steer my worst enemy anywhere else but there. EDIT: I must say I have changed my opinion. The store manager called me to apologize for my experience with them. He had been out for a few months and was trying to get caught up. He wanted to reimburse my daughter for the expense she was out to fix their mistake. He paid for the repairs as well as the oil change the other mechanic did and apologized. I most likely will go back for tired, but I normally change my own oil so I dont know if Ill have them do that. My daughter might, though.

After using Hobson tires since they opened in Mustang I sadly say goodbye. The service has slipped into an intolerable state. I refuse to be lied to by people I pay to service a vehicle I depend on for my family. I have let my family and friends know how bad it is.

I drove to Hibdon for an air check on my wifes vehicle. The rear, driver side tire had a nail. I was told that the tire could likely be repaired. I was told it would be an hour before they could start. I asked them to do an oil change IF that would not cause me to lose my place in line for the tire repair. The person at the counter said it would be no problem. 2 hours later, I received a call that the tire could not be repaired. I asked them to replace the tire and its partner on the other side. I was told it would be another hour and a half. I was told this time that they did not hold places in line. An hour later I called and was told the car would be ready in 45 mins.I arrived to pick up my car roughly 45 mins later. I was told that the tire technician was at lunch and would finish my second tire when he returned. Clearly that wasnt true. I watched a technician in the bay install a tire on each of my two rims, fill each with air, balance both, and vape the entire time. About an hour and a half after I arrived at the shop, I was leaving.The pricing was almost $50 more per tire than discount tire and the lifetime warranty certificates were $35 more per tire than discount tire. The synthetic oil change was almost $40 higher than my usual location in Mustang.The final straw - A gentleman who had been there since I had dropped off my wifes car was still at the cashier when my wifes car was almost ready. He had come in that day with a screw sticking out of one of his tires. He went out to his truck, then came back in and told the person at counter that the person in service bay had put the new tire on his spare rim and put the spare rim back on his truck and had left the tire with the screw sticking out in the bed of the truck.Fortunately the vape smell did not end up in my wife;s vehicle.

This place is great. I just want to commend them. I watched them mount used cupped tires on a farm truck and mount another set of used tires. Here I thought they didnt do that but I guess if you ask nicely enough and have money they will literally do anything

Don’t waste your time or money at thIs Mustang location!!! Trust me... GO TO YUKON!!! Mustang’s is rude and do not want business! They will tell you one thing on the phone and completely different info when you get there! Someone put my tread directional tires on going the wrong way!! Every one I have talk to has said this is dangerous but when I talk to them about it they made it out to be no big deal!! Well it’s a big deal to me when it’s carrying my babies!!! Needless to say I will not return!! My new home is the Yukon location, where they know how to treat customers.

New to the area. Came in to get new tires and had such a good experience that I went ahead and came in the next day for an oil change and alignment. Found a few other minor issues and they were quick to help me get it all fixed up to keep my family safe on the road! Dan is amazing! So thankful to have a great place to bring our cars too!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would the customer service is horrible I made a appointment with these people for 2:00 I show up at 1:45 I told them I made a appointment for a brake job they said okay you still have a weight time. they told me it would take a hour and 45 minutes maybe 2 hours okay no problem 2:45 rolls by they haven’t even done anything to my truck I asked them how much longer it’s going to be all they tell me is are guys are very busy it shouldn’t be much longer I ended up leaving close to 6:00pm that night I no one else waited as long as I did the customerI’m sorry but a brake job dose not take almost 4 hours to do I will not be coming back to this hibdon worst experience I ever had!

These people at the hibdon in mustang, ok are very lazy. It took 5 times of coming in and they still didnt fix my brakes very good. Tried to get them to fix a flat on a trailer and they refused saying their tire guy was leaving in 30 minutes and couldnt. Even though they had no customers. I would recommend the hibdon in moore or big O tires. Much friendlier service

They are not proactive about communicating the progress of your car. I had to drive to Mustang six times to finally get my brakes fixed right. I’m not sure how a technician has a harder time hearing brakes squeaking than I do. Isn’t this what they get paid to do? I was excited about Hibdon coming to Mustang, but after this episode I will never go there again.

This is the 3rd negative experience I have had with this store. I am going to try and go to the Yukon location from now on. The staff is not very knowledgeable and unwilling to help customers.1st Time - They did a check up on my wifes care when I was out of town and forgot to connect the air box back on the vehicle. I have pictures of this event.2nd Time - We dropped a car off to get a flat fixed and after 6 hours they still hadnt fished the job so we took the car somewhere else.3rd Time - I needed a trailer wheel and I wanted it to match what I already had so I asked them about it and since it was a weekend the guy said he couldnt do anything. He didnt offer to look it up on Monday and give me a call nor did they try and open a book or make a call to someone to try and find it. It is just sad today that people wont help if it isnt something they can look up in a computer or if it isnt easy.The Yukon store is fantastic every time I have used them but it isnt as convenient for me to drive up there and wait for a ride if I have to drop it off. The store here is within walking distance to my house so if I have to drop it off I can just walk home. I really wish there was a mom and pop store in town to buy from because this franchise or corporate store just sucks.

One of the guys there was good the manager the other one not very helpful. He was. It very educated on the tires and forgot to check my windshield wipers when I had asked. When he gave. E my car I asked him about it he said the guy went to lunch and that I can call back later that and find out why it was not fixed.

From start to finish, everyone and everything was fantastic! Called to make an appointment for an alignment, the person on the phone was friendly and courteous. When I dropped of my vehicle, once again, everyone was pleasant and friendly. At no point did anyone try to sell me anything or tell me I needed this or that. Went to pick up my vehicle an hour later to find out that they indeed fixed my alignment but there was no charge! I stood there dumbfounded and asked multiple times if they were sure?! Im not saying that they fix alignments for free, but for whatever reason, I wasnt charged. Maybe there wasnt that much work to be done? I dont know. Will be back for sure, keep up the good work!

Took my truck in to get my tires rotated and balanced left it there was told 3 hours later they did not have a 1in socket could not rotate or balance my tires I had my tires rotated and balanced there previously. Said nothing about getting one to do the job pretty common tool I bet if I was buying another $1,000 worth of tires they would have got one

Went in once with purchased tire to put on rims would not do it. Not enough$$Second time wanted a tire plugged would not do it a tire shop that doesnt want to do tires unless you purchase new sets. Thankfully both times Big O handled what needed to be done. Thanks Big O

Im not sure what kind of problems people are having here but Ive never had an issue at any hibdon location. If you go online and reserve a time or just call in you shouldnt have that long of a wait. I usually just call before going up, if they are busy then they tell me when they arent and set up a time for me, simple as that.Its not like Im in and out in a minute or two, but they have to change or patch a tire. Its gonna take a little bit, but with a appointment its done in a hours time or less.And I love the fact that they will patch a tire for free. It must meet certain requirements, but that is clearly laid out for you with the display they have in the lobby.Everyone Ive talked to there has been courteous and done there best to take care of the customer.I guess Ive never had them do anything but tires so I cant speak on anything else. But the prices seem reasonable (Its a car its probably not gonna be cheap to fix) and in my opinion they do a great job at what they do.

This company is the biggest set of crooks I’ve ever dealt with. My tires are two years old on my truck and they wouldn’t air them up because they said they’re too old, but they would sell me a new set of tires. Will never deal with any hidden company ever again.

I dropped my truck off last week on Friday. They told me that the new parts which were installed where bad preventing the alignment. I took the truck to another shop and the truck was aligned without issue. Their technician lied about the condition of the part and their service is lacking.Avoid this place and go to the store in Yukon. The store near my job in Edmond is also fantastic. I only chose this location because it is within walking distance to my home. I could drop the truck off and then walk home and wait for it to be finished.

In and out oil change faster than I could get breakfast next door at Braums. Repeat customer, all my vehicles. Great service, even when theyre swamped. Plenty of businesses within walking distance for distraction, but the massive east-facing waiting area is huge and comfortable. NO SUN through the glass for afternoon waits...2 great family style restrooms. Coffee and water in the waiting area. Book appointments on line or by phone.Parking here is strange, but not terrible. Plenty of space to park with a trailer if needed. It feels like its behind the building, but the entrance is over there, too.

Tried to call multiple times and different numbers but always just a couple clicks and then hang up. Ridiculous and frustrating. I will take my business elsewhere, where they can answer a phone or have a phone that works correctly.

I have been familiar with this company for twenty years. I can assure you that they are not perfect, but who is. If you ever have an issue or question, just ask and they will find out what it takes to get you taken care of. They continually monitor their business to ensure that they are doing the best job possible. One of the best things about Hibdon Tires Plus is that when they do screw up, THEY OWN IT. And take care of it. Their customer is the Boss.

These guys have always taken care of me with quality service and prices. There is no need to go anywhere else with my vehicles.

Easy access and fair prices. Ive been using Hibdons for 14 years and been following the same manager during this time. Prices are realistic and if they are higher they will match. Ive been able to meet some of the techs that have worked on my vehicles and they do take pride in their work. If you feel you are having an issue just ask for Caleb.

After the last time we went and spent well over $600 and had to come back after they replaced the wrong tires and then blamed my wife. We went today and was told they wouldn’t touch her car until tomorrow at 4. We were then told that we couldn’t go to Yukon or the one off of 2-40 because they were even more busy. We went to the Hibdon in Yukon today. Where they had to warranty out the 4 tires and the 4 Struts that was supposed to be resolved in Mustang. I will caution any and everyone. We will not go there again. Drive the extra distance and go to Yukon.

Guys up front were nice and helpful. Took longer than i feel like it needed to, for a tire change when I was the only car in the shop... Still took 3 hours.

Avoid this place, they try to scam women. A good friend of mine took her car in to have new tires put on and when they were done they told her she needed an alignment and wheel bearings replaced for the low low price of about $550 bucks. She told them that she wanted to use her regular mechanic instead and they started offering lower prices. She said no thanks and left. The next day she took it to her regular mechanic (very trusted family friend) and they looked at it and said she didnt need an alignment and that her wheel bearings were just fine. Never trust these crooks!!

Very slow service I have 22s on my truck that they can not get in balance but other stores can. They tried to charge my wife for a balance when the tire were Purchased at that store and told here that they were to busy for a break Inspection. And got the door handle on her car dirty

Ive used Hibdons for years, great service really helpful people. Ive put their Primwell tires on 4 of vehicles and for the price they are a good quality tire, smooth ride and low road noise, good traction summer and winter. Its best to call and make an appointment, get in and out faster.

Called in to get a set of tires. They didnt have what I needed in stock, guy on the line said he needed to call a warehouse and would call me back in about fifteen minutes.After two and a half hours, I called their neighbors (Big O) and ordered the tires I needed.Im still waiting on that call back from Hibdons.Save a few minutes of your life and dont call this place.

Went in for a tire rotation, they wouldnt rotate them due to the front tires being at the recommended replacement wear, instead got an alignment, they charged me full price for alignment but couldnt do the rear because they didnt have the tool?3 hours later, $86 lighter, didnt even get what I went for...and to top it off they didnt even bother to check tire pressure. Had to air up the tires on the way home. Come on.

Where do I begin! A couple of months ago, I took my car in to get the brakes checked because the light was coming on. While they were fixing the problem-bearing fluid leak onto the brake-I also got an oil change and told them to change the spark plugs. I specifically recall talking to them three different times about the spark plugs. End of the day they are done with my car. I get it the next morning and the spark plugs were never changed. Not even a sorry no explanation...nothing. I had to bring it back to get them changed. Dashboard lights were still coming on after they fixed everything. They suggested to change the battery. After that, the light were still coming on. They apparently forgot to reset the lights. Now to the current issue: The lights were coming back on as they did when the bearing leak happened (7 months later). I called them about it. They told me to come in they were not busy and it will take about 45mins to check the problem. I drive 2o mins up there and sit for 3o mins when they finally tell me they cannot get to my car till the end of the day and it will take all day tomorrow to find out what the problem is. They never took my car into the shop.Do NOT recommend this place at all! The only reason I even went back is because they worked on before. Hoping for a warranty. I cannot afford to come back every couple of months to get my car fixed over and over.If you have plenty of time and money to waste go ahead and go here! They do not care about your time. They just want your money. They will recommend things that they say needs to be fixed when it really doesnt.Dont waste your time, money, or energy at this place! Go somewhere where they will be honest and actually care about you as a customer.

I dropped my car off with my keys in a envelope that I had to provide in their drop box which said they had some anyway I requested to have a oil change, brakes done, tires rotated and alignment done. I was called with the damages had to have more done than I wanted when I got the bill they did a oil change on my car that cost $80 and my breaks were still squeaking and my oil light was still on so I had I had to take it back up there to check them out. I was told that the oil light was not reset and the front brakes were not done the price quoted to me over the phone the tech told me included both front and back including rotors. The manager said to justify for the high cost of oil change and mind you I was never told that the oil change being done would cost $80 he would do the front brakes free the rotors were not changed just the pads the manger said they did not need to be changed. All could have been done in one trip except I had to make 3 trips up there. Never will I go back to the Mustang location.

About two weeks ago I had my brakes worked on at the Hibdon Tires Plus in OKC at 4800 NW Expressway. Brakes work fine, but after I got home I noticed that every hole around the lug nuts had been scratched, most likely by a hydraulic socket wrench. I let Hibdon know and they referred me to their claims department because thats not how we do business and we want to take care of you. So today I get a call from Chad from their Firestone Nashville claims office. Chad begins to question my claim and said that on the picture he has there are other scratches on the wheels so the wheels are already junk and they will not replacing my rims under any circumstance. I said that, Yes, there are small scratches that you have to get down and look at, but the main big scratches around every hole on all four tires was done by your tech. He then started to raise his voice to me and let me know that he has worked for Progressive and all the major insurance companies and there is no way hes approving this claim and pretty much felt like he told me to go to ..... He then started to school me on that when a car is totaled they never give you full value because of all the wear and tear on the car. Hmmmm.... I had my car totaled and they gave me $1,000 more than it was worth so I could go find the same quality of car?? I wash my car twice a week and I clean the rims and look at them each time. I know what they looked like before I went to Hibdons, and I know what they looked like now. Im not a fool. I was thinking of selling my car or trading it in and when I took it to the Nissan dealership to check the rims they told me that would factor in the trade in value now since the scratches that Hibdon did devalued the car. I got an invoice form Nissan to replace the rims to their factory rims and Im sure when Chad at Hibdon saw the invoice he decided nope, not gonna pay, were going to stall this fool and hope he goes away It was $3,100 to replace the factory wheels and probably going to ask for another $250 to put them on because there is no way Im letting Hibdon touch another one of my cars. Ive had other bad experiences with Hibdon in OKC and I just went there because I needed brakes on a Saturday. I will let everyone I know here in OKC my experience with Hibdon and Chad and hope they stop going to these type of places. The art of good work and customer service is gone, hard to find a place you can trust. Those places usually have a two week wait, but next time it will be worth the wait. Sales staff is friendly. Service has been really slow every time I have come here. I had an appointment at 12. It took an hour for them to pull the car in. It took an hour to do an inspection of my breaks and tires. It took 2 hours to put on 2 tires and do the alignment. Total time spent for 2 tires and an alignment is 4 hours. The people are friendly, but its best to have someone you know who can help you drop your car off so that you dont have to sit and wait for 4 hours.

Wow slower than dirt. No customer service at all. Basically the staff don’t care. As I was sat there I hear sales ppl taking about quitting. 45 min plus to fix a flat on a tire I bought from them. This is the last time I will use them ever. Just go anywhere else and you will be treated better

I have 6 cars and I use Hobson’s for all of them ! I have used Moore store Yukon store and the mustang store ! The mustang store is closest to my home but no matter what it’s is a problem every time I go to the mustang store ! I brought in a tire that had a screw and was told it can’t be fixed and that it would cost $130.00 for a new tire ! I said to him I believe that I have a warranty and so he took his time looking it up and then said yea ok you do . I left at 9:30-10:00 am or so and came back at 2:00 pm and the tire was not ready .i left and came back at 2:30 and he gave me a smug smile and waved his hand continuously as if to say yea I see you (cocky) 2:45 I left with the tire ! I will never go to the Mustang store ever and may consider just taking my business somewhere else ! The team there has no business dealing with the public !! Really sad because the store in Moore is totally different they treat you good .

Love that they fix flats for free! Very nice employees. We had an employee work so hard to try and fix a problem with my husbands truck and genuinely cared about trying to fix the problem. My husband even got under the truck with him. We didnt fix the problem bc it was the starter but it wasnt from a lack of the employees going the extra mile. Thank you hibdons!

Don’t waste your time. They don’t warranty the work they perform. Even after buying a lifetime warranty. Blake is a liar. Call the dist manager Terry if you want anything to be corrected. I’m telling all my friends, coworkers and neighbors to stay away!

They were fast and courteous. Very knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever. Had two vehicles, both with back to back appt for tire rotate and balance and oil change. Dropped off the first one at noon came back to pick it up at 2 and drop off the second car. The first one is still on the rack. At 4:00 they finally finish the first one and pull the second one in - they close at 5:00. I have literally spent half a day waiting on something that normally takes my dealership an hour to do. Setting the appointment was useless! Never going back!

People inside and in back were so nice!! Very helpful! I was very happy with service!!
