The best dentist Ive ever been to in my entire life! Cant say enough great things about Dr. Harrington. Saw him for the first time yesterday. He checked in with me about my comfort level the entire time. He described what he was doing. He was gentle. The numbing shot was entirely, and I do mean, entirely painless! I didnt feel like I was just another patient in a chair. I felt cared about in a way that Ive never experienced in any other dental setting. This is a seasoned, genuinely caring professional who is above and beyond any dentist Ive ever experienced. If there were more than 5 stars that could be given for a rating, he would so deserve them!

I called to schedule an appointment for my disabled father, and the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELUY rude. I couldnt even finish a sentence without getting cut off. I was explaining what insurance he had and before I could finish she cut me off to say they dont take it. How are you sure you do not take it if I havent given you the name of all insurances? I heard great stuff about this office but I will take my business else where because of the rude customer service.

Needed a wisdom tooth pulled as soon as possible, they were amazingly quick and did a great job. This will now be my go to place for everything.

I came in as an emergency extraction, it went really well. I loved Dr. Harrington, the staff and facility so much I broke up with my Dentist and now get all my services from Clear Creek Dental. They also work well with my Cigna Insurance which is very helpful.

What an incredible clinic!!!! I came in for a dental emergency that couldn’t have waited until the next day, I was in so much pain and had lost hope having called twenty clinics prior to landing on Clear Creek, with none of them able to fit me in for even ten minutes to see someone until the following afternoon. I understand you can only do so much with scheduling, but the receptionist made it happen; above that, her, the hygienist and doctor could NOT have been more lovely. I was out in five minutes and able to enjoy my day pain-free! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I recently went to Dr. Harrington to get a second opinion on a tooth that I was told had to be pulled. Dr Harrington took the time to diagnose the situation and felt he could save the tooth and money. He spent over three hours meticulously doing a root canal, putting in posts and finally a new crown. and saving the tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Harrington and appreciate the care he has given to my family and me over the years.

I broke my tooth Friday night and I was in pain. They were able to squeeze me in Saturday morning and a bit past mid morning I walked out with a new crown and no pain. The staff I came into contact with were extremely professional especially Dr Carman and they turned a bad day into a good one. Ive been looking for a new dentist and I believe Ive found one.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Carman and his staff. I have moved to multiple states and had to find dentists each time I moved. Plus I’m pretty sure I have PTSD from some stressful dental situations in the past. Dr Carman is by far the best! They are super efficient & focused on their patients. So thrilled I found Clear Creek Dental! Even as a new patient, I was able to be scheduled for the next day. Dr. Carman and Dr. Harrington took the time to listen to my concerns and do a thorough check. They did not dismiss my concerns as my former dentist had and were able to discover a cyst growing, the root cause of my issues. They sent me on my way with a referral to get it taken care of. Loved the dentist and staff but their billing department is terrible. They have been overpaid by my insurance company yet keep sending me bills saying I owe them $700.00+ on top of the $660.00+ I have already paid. I have talked to them several times but nothing gets fixed.

Brought my 6 year old son here for his first dental visit. They were so welcoming and made him very excited for his exam/cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Carman for all of your dental needs. I recently had an extraction on tooth number 24 (front bottom left; very visible) and the oral surgeon was unable to place the implant at that time. I scheduled a follow up with Dr. Carman to provide a temporary tooth replacement since I will not have the implant placed for 4 months. After the impressions were taken, I was informed to follow up on Wednesday to have the temporary tooth placed. I let Dr. Carman know that I see patients in clinic at a local dermatology practice and not having a temporary tooth until then would possibly frighten my patients. He somehow ingeniously and meticulously constructed a replacement that cannot be distinguished from my other bottom teeth during the appointment. He spent considerable time and effort blending the color and size. I really appreciate his time and attention to detail. His staff has been incredibly accommodating and professional. It is one of the few offices open on Saturdays and makes it convenient for people that work during the week. Highest accolades. Thank you again.

I was very pleased to be seen the same day as a new patient for an abscessed tooth. Lacking dental insurance, the staff did a great job explaining what the costs were for diagnosis and immediate care versus what my options were to come back for permanent care. After alot of x-rays (the diagnosis was not simple) and lancing the abscess (many dentists dont do this procedure) I had immediate pain relief for just over $100 and very competitive pricing for permanent treatment. Needless to say I have become a patient.

This place is amazing. First time patient, and the process was smooth and quick. This was my first root canal, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half! Ill recommend this place to everyone.

Clear Creek Dental took me in quickly, when an old filling failed and I was in pretty severe pain. I hate going to the Dentist, but their staff was very friendly and comforting. The Dentist (Dr. Carman) was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me laugh - several times. Hes also not hard to look at. (He made me say that) :) I got a crown on the spot. No waiting for weeks!!! I watched him create the crown before my eyes. He was very concerned about my comfort and didnt try to sell me anything. It looks like I have a couple other problems with my teeth, but he said he wasnt too worried about them yet. Other Dentists have tried to tell me I have to have everything done right away, and have actually scolded me for putting it off. I cant afford to do everything immediately, and I still have to muster up the courage...even though this was a pretty pleasant experience all in all. I encourage dental patients to give Clear Creek a try. I will definitely be going back.

I will not be going back to them they are very friendly but have no clue what they are doing i show up early to do the paper work and had it done in like 5 mins then sat there for 45 mins my appmint was at 300 and i was not see tell adout 400 and then they had me wait in one of there rooms and the dr came in and ask if i was readly for my shot they had me down for a tooth being pulled i was not there for that i came in for a cleaning / check up and the person that was to do the cleaning started and them clock out for the day i was in the exam room for like 20mins then they said that i should have been done i will never go back here they are not the place to go stay away they never finish my cleaningwill not go back or tell any one to go here

I had two root canals done here. I am now having to have both the teeth pulled out because they were so forceful that my tooth started cracking and the insert after the root came out in my hand. Its been less than a year! My insurance company will no approve my extractions and told me to go back, but now my one tooth is nearly gone, down to the gums. Both now require an oral surgeon! AND I asked before they did the canals if this was the wisest course of action for my teeth. Now, they wont call us back!

I have TMJ. A professional who worked at this office suggested I come in for a personalized mouth guard she said she had no idea about price. I made an appointment. I sat through an exam which I didnt expect and then a procedure of making a mouth form. I was already to go and very happy because the dental assistant told me I was getting such a great deal. I asked how much is it going to be? Hold on to your pants! $900.00!!!!! Yikes what have I donr? This is not a great deal and I cant afford this! What was she thinking. I wanted out of there. They had me under the hot light, in the chair under their control....I was very uncomfortable. She said well I am buying the handbag from you she said so I can put a hundred dollars down on it to get you started. I am in a great deal of pain and they swear it is going to change my pain level. I put a hundred dollars on it also. Thats two hundred. I make a second payment of a hundred dollars, making $300.00 paid toward it and I cancel it because I cant afford this. I didnt ask for an exam, I didnt ask for a $700.00 mouth guard! I was thinking a hundred dollars or so. They werent very forth coming, she couldnt tell me prior to the appointment how much it was but thats because I wouldnt have shown up for seven hundred dollars! I have been turned into collections for something I never recieved! Plus didnt get any money back! Bad business! Total scam in my opinion.

Scam artist. Asked more than once when I made the appointment if they took my insurance and was told we will bill any insurance drove a hour the day of my emergency appointment to get there only to be told they dont.. they did offer me a payment plan. I think they do this to get you there and try to trap you. I walked out disappointed, with a loss of gas, time and my patience... and i still have a broken abscess tooth.

Dr Carman is amazing! I had a root canal done 4 years ago that still gives me minor irritation at times so I was very nervous for my upcoming root canal on the opposite side of my mouth. I wish I had been to this office for both!!!! My second experience was done much quicker and with much less pain. The new crown produced by there in house machine is amazing! I am truely glad I have found this office and plan to be a patient for as long as Dr Carman practices here!

I have been to many incompetent dentists and paid thousands of dollars but I was still in pain.I went to Dr. Carman and in no time at all he fixed my teeth and made me a partial I could actually wear and for a very reasonable price. He and his staff are always kind and competent. Im sorry others had such a bad time but I couldnt imagine anyone in that office ever being anything but nice.
