Driver constantly on the phone, for no reason but to txt and I have 5 videos. He got mad when I told him to stop using his phone. He said it was not company policy and I could talk to the office lol. I told him it was the law and he pulled over and started smoking on the side of the road wow. He tried to scare me that he would leave me on the side of the road hahaha that was funny too. I definitely will contact DOT and the federal motor carrier safety administration. The guy thought it was a joke. 14 passengers 2 kids and he still didnt care. These guys think theyre the Sheriffs department. His Boss Gabriel tried to make it seem like it was ok to be on the phone because he was reporting an accident. Another excuse because still not the law.

This was My 1st time using Las Vegas Shuttle, I wish, I would of known sooner. I really liked using them. Thank You. 😉

I’ve travelled with them for years, they’re very convenient because they go to Las Vegas every single day. Very good service! I prefer morning departures because those are right on time.

Drivers are good and pick up and drop off in good timing but the front desk females very unprofessional u call and they hang up and u call back and they act like its a joke!

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this place. This review is from taking multiple trips with them, hoping that things would be better but boy was I WRONG! First of all, good luck actually getting ahold of them to book a trip. And if you actually get an answer, dont get too excited because you have a pretty good chance that they will hang up on you. If you ARE able to book a trip, the waiting game BEGINS! They are NEVER on time. You can wait anywhere from two hours or more. And if you ask questions, get ready to hear any and ALL lame excuses. From the driver running late, to them pumpkin gas, even getting pulled over. Once youre on the bus, I suggest you feel around and make sure youre not about to sit in a puddle a urine. Because after taking off hours after the set time, they are trying to not make any stops. That means that the people who have to use the restroom have to either wait the 4-8 hours (maybe more depends on traffic) depending how long they take. But if the driver has to use the restroom, he doesnt care. He will just pull over and urinate next to the van. So I suggest you dont bring children with you. Oh, and thats if you even make it to your destination. My mom took a trip with these unprofessional fraudulent people as well, after waiting hours to take off, their best up OLD VAN died on them on the way there. So guess what, MORE waiting while another driver came to pick everyone up.This is sad. I am all about supporting small business, especially when I see its hard working minorities. But dont let these people fool you. Greyhound had come a long way. I make sure to plan my trips ahead so I can get the American Airlines round trip for $102 with taxes included. Please dont let these people take advantage of you and your hard earned money.

These reviews are totally wrong, these peoples main priority is Las Vegas, they offer rides to TJ (but it is with another company, not them) to try and help us out thats why theyre getting bad reviews, I agree the TJ service is horrible, but that has NOTHING to do with this company, this company is amazing, its only $30 OW and $55 RT and it takes 3-4 hours to get to Las Vegas, what more do you want?? They never make any stops unlike Greyhound and American Lion and that phony poser company on Pacific that is stealing their name and people. I totally recommend this company if you are a person like me who just wants to get to their destination QUICK and not deal with drug addicts like on the bus.The people in the office are super nice too :)

Awful. The driver was on the phone while he was driving. His turns were sharp and fast. He was driving like he was in a hurry then he stops in the middle of the road to take a leak. Super unprofessional. Will not do business with them again.

Pesimoooooo TERRIBLE SERVICEI have 3 hrs and a half waiting and q do not know the schedule that arrives q should leave 4.30 pm. And they are 7 pm ... They say it broke down ... they arrived at 6:30 pm and they wait, so they will join us and continue to sell tickets. It is a lack of respect, it is a baseness. 4.37 pm I asked about my departure pq not even notice and they said a delay and Im still here. NEFASTOS. I would remove this star as well as I realize that the drivers of some bens do not respect the numbers of Aciento that selects the passenger as they prefer to please only wings that brighten the eye and not the other customers.

Do not use those are a fraud! Huntington park trip to Vegas Shuttles in Pecimo state Chauffeurs are not certified! Page extra for them to pick up Its seventy place and they never arrived and I lost my first tube to pay back to get back! We were 5 people put 5 more in the place of us they were charged and they did not want to provide us with another shuttle! The owner is a despot he has. Pure jente without capacitation. No way !! Never in my life did it happen again in those filthy !!!!!
