Made an appointment via phone for 4pm on a Saturday which was not convenient for me but what worked for them. Showed up to the open sign on with a locked door. Waited until 4:10. Called 4 times. Went straight to voicemail, left a voicemail thinking they would call back to apologize or reschedule. Never got a call back. Dont waste your time making an appointment here.

A big shoutout to Kenny and Kim. This salon was recommended to me by a friend from work. From the beginning, Kenny has been more than accommodating. When I first walked into this place, Kenny moved his schedule just to accommodate me as a walk in customer. From being full of knowledge to fixing my messed up nails from a previous salon, Kenny was the man!! And his wife Kim was so sweet . Kenny arranged for her to come in just so I would be able to have a 3d flower. I cant express how pleased I am with A & K nails !! Thank you both for your great hospitality:)

I love this place. Its small but the couple who run it are friendly and knowledgeable, they do a great job and if you pay in cash you get a discount. If you can make an appointment. If youre a walk in go around 2PM.

This place is very accommodating to their clients. Ken and Kim are one of the nicest people you would want to meet. They do a fantastic job on all their nail clients. I highly recommend their business to have your nails done. You cant go wrong!

My mom and I came here for some pedicures and had an amazing time. We’ve both had horror stories from nail salon’s in the past so we’re always nervous to try a new place, but we were pleasantly surprised with A & K Nails! Kim and Dana did our pedicures and they were fabulous. We got to chat with them and they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. They even took extra time to make sure my mom’s allergies and health concerns were addressed. Kenny, one of the owners, was also so kind and helped make the experience great. The price was also so reasonable. Definitely will be back!

Wish i could give zero stars !! I walked in at 6:10 pm they refused to service me . They said the two ladies there had appointments, and they wouldn’t be done until 8 pm. On their door it says “walk ins welcome” this is a lie!! They are NOT. I could see if it was 7:30 but you’re telling me in 2 hours you can’t manage to service all 3 of us ?!? They should’ve just turned their “open” light off. This is not the first time I’ve been turned away from them either. I went to “The Heights Nail Salon” where they closed at 7 and even though i got there at 6:30 they gladly welcomed me!!

This place is one of the best Kenny did my nails and did a great job (dip powder) have had other salons do my nails but he is by far the best. I thank you very much and will continue to come back.

I really wanted to get my nails done but I was unfamiliar with the area. I came across AnK Nails and saw how good their ratings were. I went in without an appointment, they took me right away, and the woman that did my nails was so wonderful. (Her name was Dana I highly recommend her) Dana made sure that I like the color, she was gentle while trimming my cuticle, and she kept the shape that I wanted. My overall first experience there was fantastic! I will definitely be back!!!

I had an engagement party to attend and needed a pedicure and mani asap. I googled nail salons and this place popped up. It was a sunday and had doubts that i could get in. I contacted the salon through messenger and she was able to fit me in as soon as they opened. A young lady named Kim took care of me. My experience was pleasant and relaxing. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Ive been disappointed by many salons in the past. She made my nails beautiful and made my feet look pretty again... thanks to Kim i may turn into a regular. Will be making an appointment for the weekend!!! ♡♡♡

Dont go here ...I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED TODAY WITH MY CO-WORKER!! as soon as I walked in he didnt even give us a chance to speak. Me and my co-worker (social workers) went here on our lunch break today. There was one woman in the shop and he said we are full as soon as we walked in. He said No walk-ins to day, all of our regulars have appointments. We said ok and left..but something didnt feel right. 7 minutes later. . . MY college educated, half white and half black coworker put on her professional voice and called. She said hello do u have walkins today? He said yes we do. what do u need?She went on to tell him that she needed a refill. He said how far are u away from the shop? Can by be here by 230...................................................She said yes and hung up...... I CALLED BACK...I kindly expressed how I feel..smh.just sad.....was it because I have tattoos ? Or was it because our skin is brown? ? Yours aint white either...........😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dont go hear if they are just fitting you in. My experience was very very rushed and I felt like an inconvenience. I was nickle and dimed for everything. They told me one price but then told another customer a lower price. $50 for only a fill and no paint and a basic pedicure. The man that did my nails burned my skin several times when filing, and he had to of know seeing as Id jump and said ouch. My first experience here was great, I loved the service from Kim. She took her time and was very gental.

I felt like the service I had done (fill-in) was rushed and the guy who did them left nail polish all on my fingers,wasn’t filed straight, he also caked up so much nail polish on my nails which made them look fat.. I’m very disappointed!!
