They have beautiful design and reasonable price! They always try to do good nail work for customers! Are there customers who like them or not! customers are too fastidious and always demand cheap nails. customers Want less money but always ask for beautiful nails! They tried to serve their best! They serve you to earn money but they dont sit and play. Your money is also important, but their labor is also important! Please sympathize with each other!

Star nails messed up on my eyelashes.... The lady was in such a hurry to leave she rushed through the application. Obviously use way too much glue....I got pulled out to the pedicure chair and my eyes kept watering for close to an hour. The nail tech never noticed and never offered me any help until I spoke up and all I got was a fan. my eyes were so watery I couldnt even see how bad my nails were until later. And my toes are literally awful

My experience was very rushed and didn’t wipe down things after people used them. Didnt check in much on if I like it or want to change it. And sat someone right next to me when there was enough seats to have social distancing and didn’t do finish work like oil and lotion. Weird vibes toward POC.Also TIP use google translate conversation to understand what they are saying if you feel like there talking about you.

He took me back right away to get my eyebrows done and they gave me exactly what I wanted done so I gave her a $3 tip thats either the second or third time I went in there and I was happy with my eyebrows

My nails look totally different on each hand. Not consistent. Its so hard to get what you want these days and then they charge an arm and a leg for the rush job.SMH

First time ever getting a pedicure it felt amazing

On my birthday I wanted nice Nails but the made my nails uneven and made me bleed the color i asked wasnt right and the kept on adding more money to my bill. i was disappointed because i really wanted to get my nails done nicely for my birthday. i made an appointment for a specific time and i was sitting there waiting for my turn for an hour.

This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had, the guy that did my nails got an unreasonable amount of paint on my skin when I asked him to fix it he had problem with doing so he started saying I didnt like him and all this other mess I would never go there again then when I got up to pay he sat in his chair and said he dont take cash when that should of been something he said before he started my nails He was very unprofessional!!!

I don’t recommend . Rushed . Me and my sister got pedicures and we both wanted the 2nd level they have to offer, they both didn’t do what the list said it included, tried to charge her for what it was supposed to give . I got white gel and after not a week it’s peeling off because the lady got the gel all over and around my toenail and did it sloppy

Never ever again will I bring my daughter back to this horrible place. They robbed my daughter and her friend for their money! I never went to a nail salon where they charge 25$ on top on full set for lines!!!!!!! I was so upset! It’s sad how people can be so money hungry to rob young girls out of their money!

This was the worst experience getting my nails done today.Kim did my nails I wanted my natural nails extended which means I have an overlay of acrylic on my natural nails and they just extend the nail longer anyway I explained to her I wanted her to not file my natural nails to much while cleaning the inside of my nails she did she rushed doing my nails she was to busy watching t v and over charged me the reason for the extension was so that my nails could continue to grow out long and beautiful she really messed my natural nails up all the money I put into them for them to be nice I am so mad right now never again

By far the worst my nails have ever look. There’s glue all over my finger tips and the side of my nail. The shape and length is wrong nothing about my nails looks good after they were done. The guy is also very aggressive and he hurt my fingers a lot while filing it. I had an appointment at 11:30 I wasn’t seen until 1:00. Never going again.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I was highly unimpressed with the service (or should I say no service) I got today. Called at 10am to make an appointment and was told to come at 3pm. I arrived 2:50pm and at 4pm I was still waiting to be seen. Also 2 other people came in after me saying they had a 3pm appt. Why ask me to come when I wouldn’t get any service at my time? Why have 3 people come at the same time when you are short staffed? I could understand a 10-15 mins wait but a WHOLE HOUR for a booked Appt? Best believe I walked out of there at 4pm prompt. My first and last time going there. Waste of gas driving there and I had paid for parking too.

I understand what people say when they say you get what you pay for. The design on my nails are in 2 different spots, they didnt even out the sides so they are lumpy. I have only had my nails a week and the gems are all already off so my nails look horrible. They kept laughing at me and my friend talking and being rude. Would not recommend going here.

The lady who sits in the front, always rushes on nails, I’m out within 20-25 minutes, where if I go to any other salon it takes 45 minutes to a hour. The nails sometimes come out crooked and uneven, and I end up telling them how to do their job sometimes. Maybe it’s just me but I like when my nail tech takes their time and pays attention to detail.

They rush to do your nails and don’t do it correctly, they put the tips on all crooked and don’t put the acrylic on evenly and when you say something about it they act like the don’t want to fix it or catch a attitude. They barely cleaned my feet. The worst part I paid $30 for my pedicure and the person who did my feet didnt clean them.

I have been getting pedicures there for years because its local and cheaper than other places, but the service just keeps getting worse so today I went to Milan Nails on south queen st and it was excellent. The cost is slightly more but the service is worth it. Everytime I go to Sky I seem to always get the same person, the old buck tooth lady for my pedicures. She DOES NOT do a good job and her designs SUCK!! Then when you request someone else they talk about you in their language smh. Milan Nails are very friendly and polite and they make sure youre satisfied with their work and they speak English very well!!

I am horrified right now about my eyebrows . The lady completely changed the shape of them . I have thick square arched eyebrows . She made them thin and rounded . I’m so upset right, I’ve been crying for the last twenty minutes, I hate them ... she didn’t clean up around my brows she completely waxed a different shape into and I know it’s gonna take forever for them to grow back . & she left wax all over my face which my hair was sticking to . If I could give this place zero stars I would . I am livid .

This place is horrible, I am from out of state the lady in the picture did my eyelashes, she took less than five mins and was very rough, she got glue in my eye then wiped my eye with a chemical, I should have known better when another lady was in there complaining about her nails and they were rude to her, I hope my bad experiance will help save another from experiancing the same. I’ve been going to this place for 5 Years, my experience started off good, but over a period of time I’ve also watched this place transform. When you call to book a appointment in advance, they rarely ever put you down to write the appointment time and save it. They mislead people as far as their waiting time when the salon is packed. They told a girl her eyebrows would take 15 Mins they didn’t see her until 45mins later. They are very limited on workers, so they over schedule, they over book, and they squeeze appointments together. Today I arrived at the shop at 11:00am and didn’t leave until 3:00pm. Kim husband did my nails, and when I asked him if he could fix the polish on my nails because it seem a little bulky, he became very offensive and told me next time I can go to Kim. He was very unprofessional. Some of them are very unprofessional in there. Kim does good nails, but she is also very ruff on the skin around the nails. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. If you can’t find anyone else. It’s overcrowded, unprofessional, and they have no hospitality. They were not like this at first. But not the same people are there like they were in the beginning. Kim and her husband has always been there though. Kim owns the shop. I was extremely disappointed after I Highly brag about this place and recommended this place on a girls nail date, and we were all disappointed, by the way our nails look, we feel like they were rushing because it was crowded, there were very rude and unprofessional. They seemed very stress and overwhelmed, there was no hospitality.And they never booked me for my appointment, so I had to wait to be seated. My girls were very disappointed and said they will never return. After 5 Years I am extremely disappointed myself. I would highly suggest they act more professional, try to go by appointments during the weekends, actually take people’s name and number when they call to book appointments, and give people at least 48 in advance when they want to reschedule, and they definitely need to work on hospitality for their customers that spend great amount of money at their shop faithfully. The customer service was horrible I went in and show the lady the design I wanted which was a coffin nail shape with a flame design on the pinky and pointer finger so she after she’s fine the acrylic she tells me to go wash my hands and I say this was not the shape I wanted I show her the photo again and she tells me it will be 5 more dollars for the shape which would be 25 which is fine she proceeds to cut my pinky and pointer into a claw shape and I correct her by saying that I wanted all of the to be that shape not just the pinky and pointer she corrects it but they turned out crooked and overall just disappointing 30 dollars for a mediocre job

Horrible 3 nails broke off because she did them thin and didnt put the nail far enough on my real nail. Also she rushed painting them missed the sides of several nails. Never again!!!
