Lt nails is hands down one of the best nail salons that I have been to! Lynn did my nails and she was very professional, had great customer service, and my nails turned out beautiful. I will be returning.

Lee is awesome, I showed him a picture and he put his own spin on it making it even better. We had conversations so it didn’t make me feel like a bother super appreciate his work and will be back for my birthday to get my nail done again!

Just moved to Winston from D.C. And I have been trying to find me a place like back home as much as possible..you know this place is bomb when people crowd the door before they open at 10 on saturdays...smh well I was about 6th in line but the line told me EVERYTHING!! Once it was my turn lee did his thing, was talking to me, no attitude or anything definitely cant wait to go back for my fill!!!!

I normally drive 40 minutes to get my nails done. I didn’t have the time today so I came here. I needed to get my old SNS redone and new SNS applied, and specifically told them this 3+ times. They sat me down with a middle aged woman in the back on the right side. First she gave me the wrong colors to choose from while attempting to grind all the SNS off without soaking, this was the first time she nicked my skin around my fingers. I thought maybe it was an accident so I let it slide. When someone else told her I was getting SNS, she finally got my nails soaking & gave me the correct colors to chose from. As she continued to grind the SNS of my nails, intermittently letting them soak, she continued to nick the skin around my fingers. Once she was ready to apply the SNS, instead of dipping my nails, she applied it with the same chemicals used with acrylic nails. (SNS has no strong odor) I specifically asked her if she was giving me SNS and she said yes, and continued to work on my nails. This was a blatant lie because she proceeded to apply acrylic as a top coat and had me place my hands under nail lamps. In addition, I’ve had SNS for a few years now - when they first apply the SNS the color can sometimes be off until they apply the top coat. This was not the case for this situation. I asked for pink with sparkles (no. DD141) and she gave me silver nails. And to top it off, when she was finally “done” she dug what appeared to be a mini drill attachment for her nail filing machine into my nail bed.I most DEFINITELY will not be back nor will I refer ANYONE here.

Excellent service. Lila Lin is awesome. She cares about her customers. She follows the COVID state guidelines. I hear other customers complimenting the rest of the nail professionals. Give them a try.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but this is my first review ever! I personally had a bad experience at this nail salon. I walked in and mentioned I’m new to Winston-Salem and I’m looking for a good salon, and the owner sent me to one of the worst nail techs there. My nails were lifting near my cuticles within 1 WEEK! and breaking straight across the middle within the first week as well. I refused to go back and get any of it fixed, because I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to pay for getting my nails fixed, when it wasn’t my fault. The staff was nice, but my nail techs work was HORRIBLE. Acrylic was super thin, that’s why they broke and nails lifting within 1 week is just extremely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

My birthday is coming up, so I wanted to get my nails done. Went here because theyre open and close.Never. Again.The tech was rude and kept accusing me of moving when I wasnt. She messed up one of my nails. I had to mention it 3x before she fixed it. Then, she told me that I could leave. I didnt think my nails were dry, but I believed her. Getting into my car, they smudged. Now I need to pay to get them done elsewhere.AVOID!!Only gave 2 stars because I only paid $28, and I guess I got what I paid for 😒

I can’t speak on their nails but babyyyyyyyy the lash lady is AMAZING!!! Not only was my appointment short notice but, she called me right back and took me within minutes! She was so sweet and sociable. My lashes were beautiful. The nicest they have ever been. She is my new lash tech for life!!!!

I have been coming here for years and I LOVE the service I receive here. When coming here they always know what to do. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME I HAVE GOT CHEATED OR PLAYED OUT OF MY MONEY HERE. If your paying anything close to 70+ you got multiple services for multiple people. I’ve came to this salon for 6+ years and have never had an issue. One of the best shops In Winston with VERY reasonable prices.

I Usually have a Great experience with L t Nails. I been using them since Feb 2020. This review is only because I was surprisingly very very disappointed with my service. I set an appointment for 3:15 for a fill in and pedi...my usual every 2 to 3 weeks with the same nail tech faithfully. Well the guy that did my pedi was great..he will now be my usual pedi man...but Im not understanding how my nail tech who I had a appointment with was told to basically skip me and do a quick mani on a walk in client when I been waiting going on 2 hours for a fill in. So yeah Im giving 3 stars this review and its literally just bc the pedi tech was awesome. My overall experience on this visit most def is a 0 Stars!!! I hope my next visit is way better.

I came wanting to bless someone with a very nice tip. I only had 2 hours until i had to go to work. I waited for an hour just for brows and a simple pedicure 3 women came in and was taken before me the manager didnt even acknowledge me and she hardly cared to apologize. Very unprofessional. Because of Covid i know its hard just wanted to bless somebody with $200 smh

I came to the salon to get my eyelashes done and after waiting over an hr I was not pleased with the service. They lady who did my lashes used almost an entire pack on one eye. I could barely see. I mentioned that they were to thick and she explained to me that they would last longer. After a day of my eyelids feeling heavy and a shadow over my eyes, I went back to see if they could be fixed and waited 40 more minutes with no results. This is my third time here and I’m being told I have to wait 20 mins... I just want my money back but of course... No refunds. They also move really slow! So be prepared to wait.

THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEENThe one star was because they were nice. I came in on a Thursday 15 mins after they opened. It was a lot of people there and I did not leave until 12:30 ( and my nails were not even done). I paid $40 for what was supposed to be a pedicure with gel polish and a change of color on my nails with gel polish. I ended up leaving with my nails not done because my nails soaked in acetone for over an HOUR. My nails started to hurt and there was no concern for the health of my nails. The person doing them blamed the last nail person that did them saying they put too much nail polish on my nails. My toes are shaped uneven and the polish is literally see through. The man did not even ask if I liked it. He also did not wash his hands after doing my feet and another mans feet. I am not a person to complain and make someone elses job hard but this is unacceptable.

Im visiting from Maryland and needed a pedicure. So I had no place in mind so I picked who was the closest to me.So First the positives :-I walked right in-Its cheap ($20)Now the negatives :-This man had the DRYEST disposition! Like he didnt want to be bothered or hated his life.-He gave me 10 seconds of massage.-Did I mention that he did not say anything to me at all?! But you want this money right?Nothing special about here. I dont how the nail techs are but the pedicure man was wack. Btw Im licensed in MD so i know what to expect, this aint it

I went to Lt nails the first time and was pleased with my nails. The second time I got a pedicure and SNS. My pedicure wasnt good and polish looked bad. It started chipping off within a few days. I asked for Ombre SNS and what she did was a mess. It looked terrible! Some of my nails were thick and some thin. I broke one and decided to go back and get them done even though it was early but I was just tired of looking at my nails. I signed in and waited over 30 minutes and was told they couldnt get me in that day and to come back the next day. I wont be back! The only reason I went back is bc Lee did a wonderful job the first time.

Today was my first time ever going to TL Nails, its been around for years, but I never thought about going, but being dissatisfied with my old salon, (because they started rushing and doing unsatisfactory work) I started searching for somewhere new, after reading the reviews I went, I was totally satisfied with the job the tech (Lee) did, for the first time ever I can say I totally love my nails,theyre perfect

Best nails salon ever Ive been going there since i was 13 y.o. from Lee and his wife being. The owners down to my Beautiful nail tech. Ellyn she kills my nails i feel like family when i walk in the door over all i just love the place and people!!!

Went to get a pedicure it was ok they no longer use the grater so it was just ok. The new Option does not get the calluses at all. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The owner Lynn is GREAT and also the new tech Cindy, however the rest of the staff chooses who they want to serve! What kind of business is that; they are not there to make friends but to make money. To be honest the others arent that great anyway! If you want the best I suggest you allow the owner to serve you or GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

Took my elderly and disabiled mother there to get her nails done. the owner and nail tech was so nice to my mother. my mom had a stroke yrs ago so she needed a higher chair to sit in. they made sure she was comfortable. she even messed a nail up while drying them. the nail tech fixed it without any problem. well definitely be returning.

They do great work! Dont let the atmosphere fool you. The place is not updated, but they do a good job with the nails

Lee is awesome! Never have a complaint and my nails are perfect everytime. Ive been to a lot of salons, and he is the only one that does my nails exactly how I like them.

This place is one of the most unprofessional places Ive been to. They open at 10am but the staff does not get in until around 10:15 or 10:30 which is very tacky if you ask me. The guy who does toes, is really bad and charges too much for the bad job that he does. I NEVER get my finger nails done because only the owner knows how to do a good job. That is why it ALWAYS takes a min of 2.5 hours because everyone is requesting him. I am actively looking for some where else to go to get eyebrows done...Also I believe that they use hair growth oil when they are waxing so that you continue to come back.. Because before I start going to them my facial hair was thin and now it has gotten really thick. I asked Lynn what kind of oil was she constantly rubbing on my chin and I never got an answera few weeks later hair is growing like crazy. I advise everyone to use extreme caution!!

This is the best place to get your nails done in Winston Salem NC. They produce phenomenal results and they are worth the wait. Never going anywhere else. The owners are awesome and so are the staff.

I got a full-set, pedicure and eyebrows waxed for $87. The wait time was short .Great customer service and they were kind and pleasant. Definitely will be visiting them again.

Kind of expensive but cute. The staff are all nice except this one guy. Fyi dont mention that someones nail grows in crooked when its clearly a deformity. A bit insensitive... They do okay work though.

I will NEVER go back to this place. My regular nail tech had an emergency so I was forced to find a replacement last minute: I am leaving for Jamaica in 2 days and my nails are hideous!! They are sloppy and not shaped well at all. The woman who sits to the far right in the back should retire! I now have to find yet another nail salon to undo this damage!

I have gone there on and off for years, everytime hoping they have changed. As you can see from my score they havent. If you want cheap prices then this is the place you go but you pay for what you purchase. My nail polish was lumpy my overlay came off in a matter of two days. The crowd of people are ghetto, as well this is not your ideal salon to go to if you want to get some me time and spoil yourself. Even though its convenient to my home I would never refer anyone here and will just continue to go across town.

Came here on a Saturday and waited 2hrs. Then it was a rushed job because they were trying to go home. I will never ever come back to this place! Nails wet bumping and not polished all the way

Every time I go I see Ellyn and she is great Mr. Lee is always kind and welcoming. Ellyn remembers my name and always make sure I leave loving my nails.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. All my nails are different lengths and shapes.There were only about 10 SNS colors to choose from and the person who did my nails paid more attention to the TV than my nails. I paid $40 for my SNS nails and now Im going to have to pay even more to get them redone somewhere else. Will not ever go back.

Great place...love everything...the only thing I didnt like was I got a gel french manicure and within 4 days it was chipping off.Will never get my lashes done here again!!

When I go, Lee does my nails and he does an AMAZING job BUT the wait times are crazyyyy! I usually wait at least an hour and a half for small things such as a fill-in. Great work, horrible wait.

This is my second time trying this nail shop. The first time my nails were gorgeous for about a week and then they started falling off. My toes were done very well and lasted the first time and for that I give it 2 stars.I just had a recent experience that one decided to never come here again. I just got my nails done on Wednesday (1hr and 45min wait), acrylic with Gel polish and they were chipping the very next day. I went in on Friday at noon to get the polish fixed and they said theyd do it for free but I would have to wait again (an hr plus time) this to me is not very accommodating seeing as I shouldve not had to return 2 days later at all. I had my nails done at a shop on Jacksonville NC while I was out of town 4 weeks before and the gel polish did not chips at all and were still looking nice when I went to get them done on Wednesday. This is poor service and I will never come back. No reason I shouldve had to wait that long for them to fix a mistake they made. 30 mins tops is what I was expecting. Not another almost 2 hr wait. Ridiculous . Please save your money and go somewhere that will accommodate you when they give you poor service.Only go there for your toes. My toes still look okay at least and Im going out of town on vacation, super inconvenient!

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to get my hands and feet done, as well as my eyebrows. Ellyn or Lee does my nails. Ellyn also does my eyebrows phenomenally. Ive also gotten lash service here as well. Ellyn did them and they were very natural.

Be careful going in here, my daughter only needed a fill in & polish change, they told her she needed a full set gel & charged extra on top of that telling her that her design was difficult, its not Im an amateur and can do it and the design can be done with regular acrylic nails, they swindled a 13 yr old iut of $78.

Although they have great low prices, the customer service is sub-par. I only use allow two of the nail techs to do my nails because the others are so unprofessional. I have had two nails techs carry on personal cellphone conversations while doing my nails. There is also another nail tech who will EAT while she does your nails and waxes your eyebrows. They also use cheap nail polish that does not last and chips easily.

The service depends on what day of the week you go/how busy they are which is unacceptable. The owner does well but her family members who help her are so under trained. Her niece waxed my eyebrows last week and did such a horrible job.
