Called the evening before inquiring about yard waste pick up, was able to get a time frame for the following morning. They called me 15 mins before arrival, recieved a reasonable quote on the spot, and picked up the yard waste in no time! Quick and efficient, will definitely be using their services again!

Easy online scheduling. Every person I spoke to and came in contact with were friendly and easy to speak with. Same day pick up and they even called and offered to come hours earlier then scheduled. Showed up again great service and great employees to pick up my stuff. Recommend to anyone and will continue to use in future.

We used the dumpster rental service from Junk King and customer service as well as the gentleman dropping off and picking up the dumpster were very responsive, professional and courteous.

The job was performed fine. My stuff got taken as requested fairly quickly once they arrived. About half a truck full cost me $238. It’s the punctuality that is affecting this rating. These guys had a 9am-11am window and called me at 9:45am to say they were running a little behind.Then I called them at 11:40am to ask where they were and they said they should be “about 45 minutes out” which means they weren’t going to be there till 12:30.Then at 12:40 I get another call saying they got stuck behind a train and would be “awhile”. They finally arrived a few minutes after 1pm. I had a business call at 1pm so I had to literally put that on hold so I could go downstairs to direct them and pay.Work was done correctly, but being 2 hours late? Extremely unprofessional. Set more realistic time windows for your customers.

Three amazing young man’s came to our home, and done an awesome job on our garage and back porch in a timely manner. When I tell you how fast they were less then 30 minutes wow!! And… our garage was full of stuff, also the the pricing is pretty reasonable. Thanks guy’s for a job well done!!

This company is great had amazing customer service from top to bottom. Call center was very efficient and courteous dispatcher called and confirmed gave us an eta and updated us when the prior job was taking a little longer then anticipated and the crew that came out were very efficient and helpful. I am pleased that the two gentlemen came when they said they would come. They not only texted me 45 minutes before they came, but they also notified me a day or so prior to the appointment. This shows great communication with the customer. The price was very reasonable. Some companies quoted a price that was almost 75% more. Why spend more money when you don’t ha e to? They were prompt and friendly.

The two individuals sent out for our appointment were wonderful. They were extremely kind individuals and were so fast with the job. The overall experience was good. The gentleman confirmed the arrival date and time the day before which I appreciated. They even let me know they were done with their previous job early and could arrive for my appointment sooner. The downside, because it sure wasnt cheap, was leaving behind a couple things that were included in the quote of stuff to be taken. After they left I went back over the area where the stuff to be taken was kept and saw it still there.
