Me and my daughter went on a date to get our nails done. We asked for REGULAR polish, as she is only a child. They tricked her and gave her no chip polish and made her pay $45 for messed up bubbly nails... they look a mess!!!! then they wanna talk mess in they language because the guy did a horrible job and wanna charge $45...zoom in...and look at the polish, missing spaces where gel should be... the main lady that works up front she wears that baseball cap shooed me off, didnt care, the guy doing her nails pushed her hand harshly...Horrible customer service, never again!!! If you pay attention this shop has several bad reviews... BEWARE!!! These pics were taken while still in nail shop

I called before i went in. She said that it was an empty shop got there all the seats were filled and i had to wait 20 mins for a seat thats cool. I got to the seat she did my feet perfect or so i thought. I got gel no chip for 40$. I wente out in heels a day later my middle toe was scratched thats fine too. But the bad thing that happen was half of my nail came off so i took the nail polish off ....n tell me why my nails look how they look 😭😭😭 all i can say is she went crazy with the drill so watch out. Like my nails have holes where she drilled too much at 😪😭😭

Used to go here years ago. Service has gone down considerably. I wanted my nails soaked off, but didnt want them to pull the nail off even though it had lifted. I had to keep telling the guy no., but kept trying to do it anyway. Im willing to wait and Im paying so what difference does it make. That damages the natural nail even more than having the acrylics on does. But they dont care, theyre just trying to make money. Thats why Im doing my own nails. There are too many alternatives out there where I can get what I want.

Friendly atmosphere very comfortable I went to see an artist recommended but she was overbooked even though I booked an appointment with her exclusively ended up serviced by Lee and it was awesome THANKS LEE ILL BE BACK

My Mom and I decided to take a chance on this place, after having breakfast nearby and we werent disappointed. They are taking safety precautions. The staff was friendly.. The pedicre ($40) was a dream. Our feet felt & looked brand new. The only con was that the massage chair wasnt as powerful, at least mine was. I took one star off for that, but is not a deal breaker, it couldve been that particular one. I will be back!The services I received, pedicure & no chip manicure.

They did a fantastic job on my nails and feet. I had went somewhere else and they fix them and made them look great.

This place is awesome! The service is always good. Recently I had an amazing pedicure that included paraffin wax, salt scrub and foot massage. The staff here is pleasant and they work swiftly! They also do great lashes and brows.

I went for the no chip pedicure and overlay on my natural nails and while he was filing at the end the whole polish came off which was a sign but I continued...not even 2 days later I have two toes missing the entire polish and two nails that the overlay popped off on! I was charged $80 and I truly believe that if you’re going to charge that then your products you use or technique should be worth the money as well! I will say they use those plastic bags in the pedicure spa section which I really like because it dwindles your chance of a foot infection down by a lot...unfortunately I’ll be looking for a nail salon with quality service and product!

I dont get my nails done that often so I dont have much nail shop experience but all and the place is pretty decent. The staff is nice and the place is pretty clean in my opinion. The only thing I can find wrong is that the place gets pretty crowded easily so the wait time may be long. And for the experience I got a mani-pedi and it was very soothing they are very gentle and friendly with you.

Pedicure was nice. Nails look great too. Will be back.

I usually don’t go here but my mother wanted to go, I had to go back and get my nails fixed 3 DIFFERENT times. they tricked me into paying for gel, i asked for no gel, when i asked him to fix it he was very rough and swatted at my hand like i was a fly or something. when i got them fixed AGAIN they were still messed up, both of the people were very rude to me. UPDATE NOT EVEN A DAY LATER 2 of my nails broke already.

In and out quickly, the nail color I choose didn’t have it but was pleased with the one she put. She was friendly and fast. Love my nails. Place was dirty but overall I love my nails.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. It is completely unprofessional and they can never do the look that you want them to do. They change prices all the time and it’s not documented anywhere. This place used to be a nice place but over the last past five years it is a little rundown,dirty, and just not a place you would want to go to. There are several other places in South Holland or near the South Holland area that do great work please don’t go here

They charge premium prices for subpar services. They say the do dip powder nails, but dont complete the full process, use bare minimum products and dont finish the nails properly. Nails should not be lumpy and uneven after they are done. My daughter and nieces nails look horrible, but I let it go because they were getting defensive and starting to treat me like I was being unreasonable. Glad we dont live here and wont ever have to return.

I’ve been to this location since I’ve moved to South Holland two years ago. Recently, I got my nails & feet done by Lee on 7/08/2020 for a total of $86, I had to come back 7/10/2020 because one nail popped off as if it was a press on, went back and Kim fixed it. No harm no foul right? That same night two other nails came off & I noticed the entire full set was coming up as if they were press ons, I went back 7/13/2020, because they were closed Sunday & brought my whole receipt and asked to get a whole new full set done or my money back, Kim said getting my nails fixed would be no problem, I told Lee don’t just fix the nails with no nail on them, fix them all, he only proceeded to fix the nails with no nail on them & did this in a roughly and angry matter. Won’t be back! Highly disappointed in this location.

Tried this nailshop after my reg lash tech wasnt in today at my reg spot & the young lady was actually good with lashes...she took her time and I love the outcome...Think her name was Tammy didnt even ask just saw it on her desk...

Paid twice the amount usually paid at the mall for lashes and brow tinting but tint lasted only 3 days, cant reach business by phone, manager said owner not there, unwilling to offer any compensation to satisfy me AND i gave technician $10 tip which Im sure is rare as they probably never get tips not over $5 anyway so Ill return to the mall where i do feel appreciated for my business AND tip!!

Nails where poorly painted the acrylic set was done terrible

I have been there three times to this shop for my nails. Two out of three times was terrible. The first time the black woman (sorry I dont know her name) did my nails and they lasted, looked good and she did a great job. Second time I got the dip on my nails and it did not last but a couple of days. Third time i got gel nails and he made them too thin and did not last but THREE days (three broken nails by the third day!). Save your money.

You have to pick the right people or it wont come out right. Some experiences have been amazing.... Others were dreadful.

Walked in and was greeted and asked by a guy what i wanted. I showed the picture and a girl named Ema did my nails. I ended up getting two toned oval shaped acrylic. She did a really nice and neat job! She didnt just slap a thick coat of acrylic on, she took her time with each color!

The pedicure could have been better but Tony got my nails right and I’m satisfied with my brows. Ceecee did a good job. Took of more than expected but they still look nice

Horrible! My no-Chip, chipped in one day! I wish I could post a picture. They only have one nail tech that do a some what decent job. My polish is clumpy and the side of my nails arent polished. Just to much!

My regularl nail tech was booked so I decided to try pro nails. They do great pedicures but terrible nails. I got a no chip fill-in and one of my nails broke the next day and I didnt bump it into anything. Two days later on one of the nails the polish started chipping off. This was a no chip and I couldnt believe this happened to me. I was upset because it took me along time to grow my nails back to a even length. Now one of my nails have to start over. I will not be returning here to get my nails done. I will be sticking with my regular nail tech and book way in advance.

This facility is in a contract with E and R towing who stalks customers into getting their car towed if they park there. The driver purposely sits at Dublin donuts and waits to tow people in the south holland community. If we choose to park, spend money in your establishment, we should be able to visit other businesses without being stalked and harassed. I will never support your business again and would encourage others to do the same.

My first time there. I need to go back to see if things experience changes for the better.

Great service as usual. The wait is generally no longer than 15 minutes...depending on the service youre getting. Its a nice shop.

Worst service I have ever received. Deserves 0 stars, unfortunately that wasn’t an option. Do not waste your time or money there. Trash. Went in for a pedicure and manicure. 2 of my nails were acrylic and needed a fill in. Completely botched job. Only went because it was the only place open on Sunday and completely regret it. Spent 3 hours there for a terrible job and terrible service.

As far as lashes and eyebrows theyre great sofphia did a good job but I went in today to get a pedicure and it was rushed his name was Lee he didnt let my feet soak long in the process ripped skin under my baby toe now Im in pain and the sign said $20 but they charged 25 I dont know if Ill be back for my feet or if I do request someone else.

The tech I had just came from smoking out side. He wreaked of smoke.Did not want to spray bowl with alcohol. I had to ask him to sterilize instruments because they didnt come out of a sealed pack.I asked apatronage did she like the place, she stated it has gone down.I will never go there again.

It was my first time so when I walked through the door In was expecting to be greeted but no this man set right on his cellphone. I said hello I need my lashes done he then pointed out where to go. I will never get a manicure or pedicure at this place, very unprofessional and unorganized and they dont know how to polish at all.

They messed up my eyebrows twice. They were way too thin and one looked like I hadn’t even gotten it done. Also, the girl who did them, I could tell she did not know what she was doing. Also, I could tell they were talking about me in Chinese because they were laughing and looking at me. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

It wasnt that crowded they still had chairs available, but didnt have enough staff to accommodate their clients. I got a pedicure and it was awful he did a rush job and had paint all over my toes and he didnt clean it. I told him and he got an attitude. Ill never spend my money there again.

Felt as if everything was very unorganized when you walk in. Very rude clients as well. When I got attended I was getting just a color change and one nail repair. The man made my nail crooked and wouldnt fix it properly so he got the manager and he continued to file my nail. I felt as if work wasnt done well and the color change wasnt great either. wouldnt recommend.
