Absolutely love this nail salon. All of the staff is very professional and talented, and the salon is very clean. Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! It’s very difficult to a find a liquid gel manicurist who actually does good work. Hannah is so kind and does amazing work. I never even consider going anywhere else. These are the nails she did for me today 😍.

I SO love this nail salon! My nails are absolutely slayed! I got an acrylic full set, gel polish, nail art, multiple colors, shape differences ALL for $75. That is extremely cheap and reasonable for the amount of time and work my artist put into these… I can’t even express how amazed I am by her! Side by side these nails look almost identical, and she didn’t look back and forth. That’s impressive! I will NEVER go to another nail artist again. I’d fall asleep in her chair I trust her so much.Not to mention the business is absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable there even though it was my first time. The lighting is amazing and easy on the eyes. Also, I couldn’t possibly forget to mention that the chairs they have are awesome! Plus sized ladies, they have chairs that 1.) held my weight without feeling unsteady 2.) it wasn’t pinching me in any way 3.) wide enough so my butt isn’t hanging off the sides. I felt very accommodated and welcome.

Love Love this place! My first time going was yesterday! Le worked with me on my nails and feet! Le was absolutely wonderful! I gave her a design and she really did a good job! One on the top is what I wanted! Like I said she did a good job coming close! Will return!

The staff is all very knowledgeable and friendly. Hana, Lei and Mai (not sure on the spelling for all those) are all the employees whom I and my wife have encountered and deal with regularly. We continually go back and request them for further manicures and pedicures, as they are consistent. The other staff seems great and competent as well though.Great place, clean and very nice all around. 👍🏻 👍🏻

I went to this place for the first time and I wanted a gel pedicure. When I got there it wasn’t very crowded but I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for someone to begin my service. Once the employee came to start on my service got there her attitude was horrible towards me. She was talking to another employee very animated and aggressively while seeming to motion like she was shewing me away right In front of my face. I also noticed that the lady next to me she was very nice to her but extremely rude to me. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

I wasn’t a fan of Cindy as I asked (and paid $35) for a gel manicure. All she did was soak my nails in water and cut my cuticles. She did not shape my nails, or buff. Only a cuticle cutter was used. The gel “manicure” lasted 10 minutes. I posted a photo of my nails. They are clear with glitter. You can clearly still see loose skin around the nail bed. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Me and my sister got a pedicure yesterday and the staff was excellent! The lady who did our toes was excellent! Usually we are very picky but I am really happy with the service and plan on returning in the future! This place won’t disappoint!

I use to be a fan of this place but this establishment has went down. I’m normally not a person that leaves bad reviews but Aqua nails was the worst visit and will no longer be going back. I walked in and stood there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The lady seen me standing and decided to ignore me and walk towards the back. When she started to do my nails she clearly had a attitude which made me feel uncomfortable. Even the quality of there work has went down. This business clearly needs to work on proper etiquette and better training on there service’s.

Hana, Le, and Mai are wonderful! They take good care of their customers and are great at their jobs. I get a lot of compliments on my nails so I recommend aqua spa to everyone!

The staff was warm and welcoming ( this was my first visit ), then my Technician Sandy ( Le ) was fantastic . Not only very friendly also made sure I was comfortable, then proceeded to give me one of the Best Pedicures I’ve had . All while being fast, efficient.I would definitely recommend

Ive been going here over an hour and they have never disappointed! By far the largest selection of SNS around. All the staff members are super nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the safety lengths taken after re-opening after COVID. Hana is my favorite nail tech ever!

The design finger doesnt even match one is clear and the has purple I paid the over $100 at this facility and these are the worst nails Ive ever had in 25 years. I told her theres a problem when she started to file them I kept showing her the shape was wrong and it didnt match the other hand, she kept saying its OK itll be OK I told her I was not happy with them throughout the whole processAnd I also told the lady that checked me out 3 times before paying she insisted on taking my money and was rude and then told me to go back over there for her to I guess fix my nails. I dont know what she was going to do but it was 630p time to close and Id been there in the chair since 4 oclock. The worst is I have to attend events with this horrible hand of nails. SnS Nails and I asked for a Mani pedi with SnS on my natural nails next thing you know she has out a drill whipping on some fake nails and they are a hot mess

The lady cut my big toe pretty badly. It was bleeding and is still sore a day later. She apologized but the damage was done. My friend also received a cut on their manicure. My nail polish has already chipped and it has only been a day. I should have received the pedicure for free.

This my favorite nail spa in area. Staff is super nice and always accommodating. It is clean and quiet and plays soft music in background. All staff do a great job on nails. It is open Sunday which is great for me because sometimes thats the only day I have to go. This is the only nail shop I would recommend in Winston.

I got gel nails and in just a day they were chipping and a few days later they were peeling off all together. Very disappointed.

Love this place! One of the only GOOD nail salons open on Sundays. I also get my brows waxed here too. The prices are very reasonable and service is exceptional.

My nails arent even(they are different lengths and weird angles) and the lady who did them was very rough, she hurt the cuticles and something they usedw stung/burned my fingers. Also I requested one SNS powder and was not only given the wrong color the nail tech used the base SNS container which I can only assume has been used on other customersThe have no attention to detail or concern for how you will look.Long story short... I wouldnt let them do my nails for free.

This was my first time at Aqua Spa and I loved it ! I got a pedicure, sns, lip and eyebrow wax. The pedicure felt amazing and the lady was very sweet. I asked for an arch in my eyebrows cause they are very thin and they turned out very well. I’m pleased with my nails also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Pricing is ideal too. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my toes could’ve came out better. I’ll definitely come here again tho and I live out of town 🤷🏽‍♀️

Our first time there today and we had a great experience. My daughter had S&S and I had gel fill-in, in less than an hour. Our nails look great! Awesome customer service and only a few minutes from my house! Will definitely go back!!

This was my third time coming here & I was very disappointed. The lady who serviced my nails was named lee. She rushed to get my nails done, observing the imperfections & purposely overlooking them. When I got back home I immediately noticed that every single nail lacked consistency. Different shapes, different widths, different heights, & some were even crooked. Some of my nails have now spilt in half after 1 week of getting them done. The others are starting to crack. This shop lacked the professional curtsey to give me a proper service regardless if I was the last customer on the books. I definitely wont be coming back to this shop. I am extremely disappointed because I know they can do better.

The work they did was ok, and a little too expensive for the quality.

The massage was nice. But, the actual pedicure, was not. My cuticles were not trimmed, my nails were not cleaned under, and my polish included the painting of my cuticles. I am giving 3 starts because the tech was very nice and the massage was nice, but I would not recommend this shop. I was so irritated I removed my polish as soon as I got home. :/

I had just went to NYC Nails on Peters Creek Pkwy. in Winston-Salem, and they had done an awful job-- so I went to Aqua Spa to have my nails fixed, and they were so kind, very patient, offered me a beverage, and did a wonderful job. The place was neat and pretty, and they were just great! Highly Recommend!

Did a girls day with my sister while she was in town and we both got a pedicure. It was very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Plus you get a glass of wine. You can choice either Red or White and it will be sweet. Very nice people. We were there for probably a total of an hour. They were not very busy when we walked in, but we had made an apt ahead of time to be sure we had a spot. I would go again.

I enjoy this salon. It is attractive and clean. The manicurists are always competent. This was my third visit.

Long wait on a Sunday but the staff were friendly

Had the best pedicure ever here today. It was on a Thursday around 1:30 PM so they weren’t busy, which was a plus. Beem was my nail tech and she took great care of me. Complimentary wine & my deluxe pedi lasted for over an hour! The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact that they charge 20.00 extra for gel polish. So all in all it was 60.00, but worth it.

Great service, nice clean facility, my group of 6 made a reservation and had no wait for pedicures. We had a whole room to ourselves! They were very kind and fast!

Very nice and polite, however the sides of my fingers took some abuse with the electric file and now are really sore. Also I ask for them not to be to thick and they are not only thick by uneven. I called to ask about them correcting and they were very nice and offered to fix the problem right away.

I came here after working a long shift. The staff was amazing and really treated me with kindness and respect. I work in retail so my feet tend to get pretty bad because I walk a lot but the tom did my pedicure was extremely profesional. I will definitely come back and bring my friends here. Its the best place Ive gone too. Thank you!

Nails come off within a week, great atmosphere when you walk in. But dont judge a book by its cover cause this place is horrible when it comes to doing nails. Your nails will fall off. I will never be back. 0 stars if I could.

My daughter and I went the first time for her birthday and we were treated like royalty. The staff was personable and our nails were beautifully done. We had to go somewhere else the next time because it was a holiday and they were closed, I was going out of town. When we came back, they removed the set I had on because the other place messed up my nails fit during the previous fillin. They didnt charge me for the removal. They put on a new set and, again, did a beautiful job.This was done by a different tech each time, two wonderful experiences my daughter and I had. I dont foresee us going anywhere else from now on and dont know where the poor reviews are coming from. Ive been getting my nails done for years and went several places in Winston before I found Aqua Spa.

Not a good experience at all. Went in with my two daughters, and said one daughter was getting a full set with SNS, and just gel polish for myself and my other daughter. I specifically asked the price for the gel polish, and said no manicure, just the polish. I was told $20 for gel polish and $40 for the SNS. Proceeded with the services, and the gel polishes got done first, so they hurried me to go ahead and pay. The lady tried to charge me $30 for mine because she did a massage which was just her putting some lotion on my hands, then she argued loudly with me when I said Id already been told $20. My daughters SNS was only half done at this time. Shortly thereafter she was finished with the SNS and we left. I didnt realize until then that the lady only did two dips of SNS on my daughter, basically she just polished them after I paid, didnt even complete the service. So the SNS is almost see through, and the nails are filled and shaped totally uneven and crooked. My younger daughter has polish all over her cuticles, and my polish doesnt even cover the sides of my nails. I wish I hadnt gotten flustered and had looked before we walked out, but either way, the service was poor, the attitudes were rude, they tried to overcharge me, and our nails dont even look good.

If I could leave -5 stars, I would. I went in probably Wednesday for SNS and it was a tragic experience. An Asian woman with a triclimate coat on walked in from outside and began to do my sisters nails... she was getting gel. I was waiting to be acknowledged at all... It was rude that it took them 20 minutes to ask me if anyone was helping me (i was sitting there so obviously not). The woman with the coat on began to drill my sns very aggressively and I asked her before she even started that the nail on my left ring finger was broken so please be careful. She proceeded, aggressively and CUT me. I screamed because it hurt very bad and as I said I previously asked her to be careful with that nail. I began to bleed and she tight grasped my hand and wouldnt let my finger go. It hurt. I had to yank away from her. She continued to do my nails even after I said I didnt want to get them done anymore and they tried to make light of it and it wasnt funny. Countless times they tried to blame me for getting cut which made no sense to me. Also, they charged me $10 when I shouldve been compensated and given a discount on my sisters nails for the CUT on my finger that still is bleeding two days later. They managed to still get $50 out of me and it was not worth it. I usually get my feet done here because they do great pedicures and are clean but I doubt I will ever be back to Aqua Nail & Spa AT ALL. Please run from this place. Youve been warned.

The ladies that work here are always super nice and do a great job!!! But I would recommend making an appointment to make sure that you can get your service done. They are sometimes short staffed so plan in advance if you can! Other than that this is my new favorite place to get my mani and pedis done! 💖👌🏻

I sat in the chair for 40 mins without even being touched. There was only 2 staff members here and just yelled from the back without greeting me and my friend. By the time I actually got acknowledged I had to leave because I didnt plan on being there for over so long. I will not be coming back.

What I liked most about this place is the atmosphere. There were only two people working the day my friend & I went, there were three people in the place at one time. We waited for 30 minutes for a full set. Didnt like it so much.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. There was 1 lady doing 5 people’s nails. The lady did not care about the quality of the job that she did. My nails are not shaped right and have bumps. When I asked her to fix my nails she was rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called the day I needed my waxing and they were able to get me right in. They also were able to get me a Mani and pedi when I decided I wanted one. Wonderful atmosphere as well

As a Mothers Day treat my husband paid for me to get my nails, feet and eyebrows done. I made an appointment because I knew it would probably be a busy weekend. When I arrived I wasnt treated as if I had an appointment. Hana finally addressed me and she was rushing between answering the phone, helping two other ladies soak off their polish and pick what they wanted and then back to me. Not once did she say excuse me or sorry for the inconvenience. All of a sudden she tells me to go to the back for my pedicure but I point out that my nails are not done. The final coat and buffing for the SNS was not done and polish was all around my fingers. She insisted they would get done. The young man doing my pedicure put the top coat on. I was never offered a drink and still no apology. My pedicure went ok but the polish job was not good. I had to point out the messy polish because I wasnt paying until it was removed. They never addressed my eyebrows which was fine because I couldnt afford them to mess them up as well! I will never go back or recommend them.
