I called on Saturday to make an appointment for my mother and I for Sunday at 11 when they first open since we had afternoon plans. The employee stated they get real busy at 11 and could I come at 1pm. I told him we had plans then he asked if we could come at 1030!! 😲 wow - talk about customer service. This place is quite a ways from my house but the people who live nearby are lucky to have such a customer oriented shop! It was very clean. Pedicurist did a great job. Im not used to paying $30 for basic pedicure but I appreciated him opening early. Pleasant music, clean & attractive decor inside.

Went in on a saturday afternoon and was helped pretty quickly, after being seated for pedicure no one ever talked to me again. Love the pedicure and the time that was given but after getting gel polish done the lady filed each nail after the final seal. I have had my nails dont enough to know that wasnt the right thing to do but non the less paid and left tip. Will give them another opportunity might have been an off day for the technician.

Hubby and I went Labor day. They were busy but efficient. Both of us very pleased with pedicures. 3 1/2 weeks later my polish still looks good!

Ken is amazing, Iv been going to him for years. He is like an artist with nails! They are never chunky and last 4 weeks! If your looking for a pedi, ask for Sara! The nail salon has had a recent makeover and looks amazing! Thank you guys for always making our experience amazing.

The staff at Friendly nails is so detail oriented. First time visiting this salon and will never go anywhere else. It’s gorgeous and a modern black and white inside with crystal chandeliers ✨the quality of service is excellent! They really take their time and make sure everything is exactly what you expect . Less than great experience. I called to make an appointment and they didn’t take my name over the phone. Upon arriving I wasn’t acknowledged at all and several walkins that arrived after me were seated before me- even though I had an appointment. After waiting about 20 minutes they directed me to a pedicure chair that had cold water in it already. After that I opted to just leave. They allowed far more people in that tiny space than the capacity sign posted allowed. No regard for safety or social distancing. Appointments do not matter- they cram the place like sardines and don’t seem to care too much for customer service. “Friendly” nails.... not so much. Disappointed.

I have been to this establishment twice before...only to be disappointed. However I thought why not give it another chance. I was in a time crunch and couldnt go to my normal spot. I went in or a pedicure and came home with poorly painted toes as well as polish on my toes. Also I look at the bottom of my feet and they are flaking from no exfoliation. My last visit i had sns and my fingers were so raw and sore from nics received during my cuticle trim. I really hate that this establishment cant get it together. Unfortunately I will not recommend or revisit.

Usually,before COVID,I would come in for SNS manicure once a month and always very pleased with the results.Bear in mind quality work takes time.Allow an hour for SNS.Today I had brows waxed.This only takes about 10 minutes,and again,I’m very happy with results.

I went today with my grandmother we made an appointment for 2p.m, didn’t start on us until about 2:15-2:30 . THEIR WERE NO SOICAL DISTANCED AT ALL ! The sign on the door says “28 people allowed” it was wayyyy more people than 28 I’d say at least 30-50 people in there, everyone was right beside each other ! Very small business, the man that did my nails wanted to charge me an extra 10$ saying gel nails was 45$ but they lady I spoke too yesterday told me 35$ I ended up getting regular polish, services was terrible, we will never step foot in that building again !

If you want to waste your time, money, and nail you found the right place.There is an skinny older man with less hair showing attitude, who says he won’t when you ask him to do it how you want it, and puts wrong color than what you picked. Then he asks “Is this okay?” to see whether I know if it is wrong color or not. When I said this is not the one I picked, then he was acting like he is finding the right one! He knew it was not the one that I picked. Hello? Can’t you be more honest?!Finally when I was about to pay, he tried to rip me off by saying 65 dollars instead of 57. I asked him if he is sure, then he were acting again as if he is thinking and corrected to 57.If you are the owner you will know who Im talking about. What is wrong with him? Never will go back. Tons of nail salons out there.

I go to this place quite a bit. Today was a pedicure. I was seated with water running on my feet. I was the only person on that side. Two more people were seated. They got waited on before me. I waited several minutes and decided to leave. They stopped me and said they could do my feet. I realize after this that this is not the place that I want to give my business.

If you wait long enough for them to actually do your nails they do a great job. With or without an appointment I have had to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I just left for the last time after waiting 50 minutes (they said the wait was 15-20) and not getting any services even started. Another woman left while I was waiting for the same reason.

This use to be the best place to go. Not any more. I had an appointment with one guy and got there only to have to see someone else. My toes and nails were the worst Ive ever had done. One week and nail chipped. Last visit I had an appointment I waited 1 hour. After many years of going there Im considering leaving Friendly Nails. Im going back this afternoon to get my nails redone as I have an event coming up Saturday. I was told I would get a discount. In my opinion it should be free as they are the ones at fault. It saddens me to see the quality of this shop go down so much.

I was happy when I started going to Friendly nails.The last three visits has been disappointing. My daughter and I had an appointment for 5 oclock. We walked out at 7:15. I complained to the manager. He said he would not take anything off the bill. He waxed our eye brows free. My eye lid was bruised the next day and they took to much hair off my daughters brow.The techs can not speak English. They say a lot to each other.I had an engrown toe nail. The tech kept digging in it. I kept telling her it hurt. When I had enough I slammed my fist on the arm of the chair. She finally stopped.Today was our last visit. Prom tomorrow not enough help. Everything we asked for they could not do it. Tech was rude. Will not be back.

Best SNS nails around hands down. The only recommendation would be to do a better job with those who make appointments. You can make an appointment and still have to sit and wait for a while.

They were quick. Did great work and priced well. I walked in the door at 10:20 and was out the door by 10:55 with a full SNS manicure. The guy was very nice and made some small talk as well. I was in a daze so I didnt really carry on the conversation but at least he tried! Most places dont.

I do not recommend! I have been stabbed during a pedicure~ decided to give a second chance. This last time I was told a 10 minute wait. Put into a pedicure chair to soak for 40 minutes. Told the lady that I was now running short on time and to just cut and polish ~ no extras. She proceeded to attempt every extra possible. even after another employee emphasized cut and polish only. She wound up overflowing the pedi bath to the floor and mine and another customers shoes. I was so frustrated that I told her no more. Was charged $20 for this experience to walk out with nothing to show but cut nails and wet shoes. Not what I would recommend in the way of customer service.
