Fat sloppy guy is disrespectful. If he answers when you call, be loud and aggressive. Dont use them if you have a choice. If you must interact with them, make it early, short and sweet.

Horrible customer service. Staff not trained to handle customers. Wouldnt even take a payment because she didnt know how to handle an irate customer. Im sure the owner is happy to know she cost him money

Drivers have horrible customer service, they talk to you very rude....They dont hire a lot of black people there.....Please someone need to look into their hiring practices.

I have not been endorsed to write this review. It is a 100 percent honest review of my experience. I think the bad reviews of this company are unfair. My vehicle was towed for a failure to renew my registration - it was an honest, although costly mistake. When I called Classic towing late last night the gentleman I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer. He answered all my questions and even gave me some advice on what documents I did and did not need. Again - he was extremely professional. Today the lady at the counter couldnt have been nicer or more professional and efficient if she tried. She was quick and courteous. My car was towed with no scratches, no dings, no damage at all. The attendant in the lot was professional and fast and helpful. Everything was exact as I had left it when parking. Hopefully I do not need to see these folks again but my experience today was great !

SO this towing company towed my car at no fault of the company. It was Wendys Manager Pedro who was outside lurking at vehicles and waiting for people to walk away to instruct them to tow us. I came to DMV not knowing that its illegal to park in Wendys parking lot. Its right across from DMV and I was going to be there real quick. Pedro instructed this tow company to tow my car. I was stress and not happy. But the tow company the guy who towed my car gave me a ride to there lot and they gave me grace once I explained that I didnt see the sign, its a pandemic, and I was not in a place to pay the full price. I was able to retrieve my car safely without even having to pay the full amount because I explained my circumstance and they had compassion and empathy towards me. Thank you so much because in a pandemic we need to help one another and show some grace and mercy. thank you to this time. God bless.

They got a contract with the city so even when you call them to tow a car the city has to be aware of it first

I live in an apartment with assigned parking. I pay $125 just to park. Since my building is contracted with Classic, I had to wait almost an hour just for them to arrive.

They r not optional, they work with the police, thats why they charge high amount, plus they don’t care about being nice with people cuz any way u will pay ( your car with them ) they make all things prepared to pay then everything will go on, they charge only for towing $245 & the other tows charege $70 in longer distance, i hope from the police department to give them orders not to charge more than $100 for like these cases & they charge what they want with the costumers that they choose them it’s a real robbery but by there protected low

If you have an issue or need anything from this corrupt place please search elsewhere as you definitely will never get it from here. If I could give zero stars I would this place is a scam.

Hands down the most miserable people on the planet and definitely shows when they work. Too bad there wasn’t a No star rating because one star is much more than they deserve. Charged me $75 dollar drop fee after I realized I was being towed. According to NJ Consumer Affairs this practice is illegal. I will be there in the morning to dispute this charge.Update. May 25th 2016. Went this morning to Classic to get my refund. No headaches no issues no runarounds. The gentleman at the front counter was very professional, quick, and made sure I got my money back. The morbidly obese Hispanic woman at the counter purposely provides the absolute slowest and rudest customer service while talking on her cell phone. I kept track: it took her 42 minutes to take care of three whole customers! Note to owners: get rid of her and get someone who knows how customer service is done. Fools. For the record, I wasnt there for my car, but that of a friends, so this review is not being left due to sour grapes but of honesty. This place is poorly run with an even poorer front-end staff.

If you got your car towed by Classic Towing, just know you have been Fd. Opens @ 8am - w.e time they close. Make sure your there on time because you will get an addition fee for every 15mins you let pass by.Dont worry I ve been down this road.People please advise dont park where ever you feel because the worst thing is waking up and finding out your car is missing. Than you try calling the police who than put you over to there towing dispatch to verify your cars theres. Smh.Goodluck

RUDE AS CAN BE. The tall blonde gentlemen is super cool, efficient, and super nicr but the lady should look for another line of work. The boss should see how inefficient and nasty she is, flashing her disgusting thong for everyone to see. She itches her armpits and rear and touches all your papers. She throws the change out the little slot along with all your papers so I had to pick up everything from the floor. Its bad enough to get your car towed, at least have a cast of nice people, or at least ones that arent despicable as her.

If I could give these ppl a 0 I would, too bad I cant. The worst, rudest ppl work here. The fat Spanish lady at the front spent all the time talking on two phones. Instead of doing her job, she kept laughing and giggling on the phone while texting on the other phone. They charged me $245 when my car was legally parked on the side of the street. It took her 35 minutes just to charge me, print out my card receipt, and give me my drivers licence back. These ppl should really get rid of her and have a better customer service. At the end, I had to wait 10 more minutes because she didnt even tell me that I was done and she just had me standing waiting there like a stupid idiot for nothing.

Based on my own experience : worst place ever, rude, overpriced and wont listen only their words count. I didnt know my rights when in an accident so they squeezed all my money in all legal ways. 10/1/15 About 6am raining Road wet and went off the road I-80wb in Paterson just rear plastic bumper came off and my car was driveable. I told the trooper I could drive my car and they towed it knowing that to make more profit and tow truck driver was in a hurry so I couldnt get my car. At 640am They pulled out and tow my car about 3 miles told me it was going to be about $250 dropping it at their garage and about $350 in another place, so I listen to him and when to pick up my car at 8am and I ended up paying $575 but Im doing all I can so nobody else get tricked and fall into this trap.Do everything you legally can not to let them take your car to their garage or youll be paying a month of rent and dont believe whatever they said it wont be cheaper than parking your car at your mechanic or your own parking space. My car was towed at 4 am in the morning after a drunk driver hit it and took off police found my vehicle in the middle of the road and had it towed, next day i got out to leave and couldnt find my car oly debry of glass and plastics. I called PPD and they told me it was this fing place i went and they charged me $350 to get it out really!!! now on their charges passaic county takes their fee paterson takes their fee tow company too and evem a sweep fee ? and i have pictures of how good they sweep i will do my best to get my money you guys are thieves.
