My son is 3 years old and hates getting his haircut and cries every single time. I am use to taking him to a barber but I figured maybe I try somewhere else and then we met Jo-Ann ! Best experience ever with her! She talked him through everything she was doing and was super nice the entire time. Talking to him and explaining the process to him before she did anything really helped. She was very patient. And when we left and got in the car he said “mom I like her she was very sweet “ thank you so much Joann for the great experience you made my life a lot easier being so patient with him. We will definitely be returning soon!

The check in system is nice so youre not waiting forever. I gave one star because my boys haircuts were messed up. I had to take them to uppercut babershop to get their hair fixed. If youre looking for a basic buzz or trim you may like it but not for skin fade or something like that.

I requested that the hairstylist trim my hair too keep it from being out of control I walked in with long hair and walked out with short hair. Hands-down the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had due to purely not being listened to at all. Nothing against the Young lady that cut my hair other than the fact that I got the complete opposite of the haircut I wanted.Update (One hour later) : Got home and realized that there was literally no symmetry at all. the areas on the side of my head are completely different lengths. It’s safe to say I will most likely be buzzing my own head tonight.If you are considering going to sports clips Wellington anytime soon save yourself the money and time and Cut your own hair without a mirror.

We went for my son haircut who has curly hair and we’ve been here many times with different people. Today we got Gabi and she literally destroyed his hair. I had to go back because half of his hair wasn’t even cut. She didn’t make it wet so one side is completely off, both sides are completely different. I paid 24$ (that’s with tips) and I have never seen worst haircut than this. My son is pretty upset

I’ve been seeings Maya at this location for some time now. She’s great! Good haircut, professional, and extremely helpful with a mishap from a different stylist (who no longer works there).Today I went and found out Maia got promoted. At first I almost opted to come back on one of the few days she now cutting hair. I decided to stay, and am happy I did. Sara told me she could handle my hair style and I gave it a shot. I’m happy I did. She did amazing!Between Sara and Maya, I know I’m in good hands here. Thanks guys!!

Customer service was great! My stylist was Becky; all the staff was friendly and greeted me as well. They show you all the ways theyre helping combat covid-19 up front. My haircut was exactly what i wanted; Becky was very thorough and did a great job with the MVP scalp massage. Ill be back!

I went in for a quick hair cut and was meet with a warm welcome and great customer service. the store was clean and they used new clipper heads before my cut. now one of my favorite places to get a trim.

My wife (who is a Nurse Practitioner) took my 2 boys to get hair cuts. My boys are 5 years old and 1.5 years old. They wouldnt cut my 1.5 year old sons hair because he didnt have a mask on. By state rules anyone under 2 years of age is NOT REQUIRED A MASK! I own 6 of my own business and a private owned business can not over ride the state rules. Absolutely disgusted with how they handled this situation!

I took Mason, my 7 year old son, for a haircut. Sara, who is new to this location, did an awesome job. She not only did a great job on his hair, but had a conversation with Mason the whole time. The other stylist, Aunt Becky, was not cutting anybodys hair and engaged Arianna, my 8 year old, in conversation the whole time. It was a truly outstanding experience and much more than a haircut!!!! I loved my past experience with Sport Clips ! Sara was my stylists and she was great !! She went above and beyond to make sure I liked my haircut. Love this location, great staff. Kim is awesome and takes care of me every time. Wait times are usually pretty short when I go. Everything was very clean and it’s clear that they’re taking COVID seriously (limited occupancy, masks) I recommend them to anybody who asks!

I have been a loyal Spots Clips customer in 5 different cities and have never left a review. I had to tell everyone about Sara the Manager at Wellington. I was in last night and not only did I have an enjoyable experience but learned a lot about how to style myself properly. She was a lot of fun to speak with and I found her to be very intelligent and vivacious. I left with a new application of my stylist and their knowledge. Being a veteran and a person in a customer service management position I have always been very pleased with Sports Clips as a whole but last night was worthy of a 5 star review. Happened to just walk in for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised. I didnt wait long, the stylist was very friendly and I got a pretty good haircut. First timers get the works for the price of a regular haircut, which includes a wash with hot towel on face thing and a quick shoulder massage with a little machine.

I recommend this Sport Clips very highly. Jordyn did an excellent job, and was very professional and courteous. The shop is clean as well. There are a lot of higher priced salons nearby, but youll be happy you stopped in here.

I took my son today for a haircut and our stylist Cheryl made us very uncomfortable. He wanted a tape line in the front and she denied doing it because she said he was white and tape lines are for black people. As a stylist myself I was in total SHOCK! Then as she took my son to her chair and started lecturing him on not being a follower and to be a leader. Totally out of line and unprofessional. Btw.. His 23 year sister is bi-racial. We dont not teach our children to differentiate between color, we teach them to differentiate between behaviors and choices. And this is why he doesnt want to go back!
