My husband periodically needs labs and every time weve come here we’ve had a good experience. Theyre knowledgeable, professional and the wait time is reasonable. Theres a gal who runs the front desk and is also a Phlebotomist I’m not sure of her name, but she’s awesome. We had to go to the Cherry Valley location recently and needless to say that made us appreciate this location even more. If youre in need of the services they offer you wont be disappointed.

I appreciated the water cooler, the less-than-5-minute wait, and how friendly and skilled the staff was. I barely felt the needle - I was impressed - better than some hospitals... Im a bit of a germophobe so I wish the sink area had been wiped off between each person - there was some wee around (although I wish people would just clean up after themselves!), but other Labcorps Ive been to were not nearly as clean, comfortable, fast, or friendly as this one. Even though its really small it definitely seems to be the best.

This lab was very clean and totally following the CDC guidelines! We appreciated this lab and had a real good experience. Our family felt safe as they made people wait outside until it was their turn and had hand sanitizer available at check in. (we tried the other Lab Corp in Cherry Valley and they had black mold in the corners of their restroom and allowed too many people in their waiting room without masks and not social distancing).

Just went in today for some lab work. Crystal is the best! Smallest poke Ive ever felt! Im a baby when it comes to needles but, she made it a peice of cake. Great experience.

Went there this morning and they are closed. Web site doesnt say anything. No signs or nothing. There is a sign that says holiday hours. Them next to that temporarily closed? So confusing signs. Needs to be more specific.

Crystal is the best. She is so professional and personable at the same time. Shes great at drawing blood. I never feel it.

Crystal is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had, and I am afraid of needles. She was so calming, friendly and professional. I didnt even realize she had a needle in my arm or when she took it out.

The phlebotomists were so nice, professional and skilled! They were able to get a blood sample from my six month old baby on the first try. I had gone to the Redlands location a few times as well as Quest lab several times. At those places, they tried but were unsuccessful. From now on, I will always go to the Yucaipa location ( but hopefully my baby is done with blood tests now).

For starters: Im terrified of needles, and needed a blood test. The receptionist was professional, and the phlebotomist was very kind and talked me through it. Excellent customer service.

Sonia and Crystal were friendly, fast and very professional. They were excellent.
