My experience with Kim Bates has been the worst experience ever. She does not have knowledge of what she is doing, she does not have good communication skills, she tries to talk over you and she cannot retain or understand what is being asked of her. But, she knows how to take your money or overcharge you, every time you look up she has new staff, I wonder why?? She is a very bad representation of Statefarm Standards and Values. I have been trying to resolve a issue with this agent since December 1, 2017 and as of Febuary 12, 2018 we still have not resolved this issue!!! I have been on the phone with customer service, the lady was the best customer service representative ever, She was amazed to see how much time and energy that has been wasted on simply request. She assured me that things would get resolved and apologized to me on behalf of state farm for the worst experience ever. Well, I will be back on the phone this morning with Kim Bates, maybe she can get it right today. Stay tuned...

I have had insurance with State Farm Agent Kim Bates for years. She has always taken good care of me and my mother. State Farm is a company I can depend on. I like being able to call the office and hear a real person answer the phone. I know that Kim and State Farm have my auto and home insurance in order. As a matter of fact, State Farm Bank financed a vehicle for us this year.

Kim and her staff made combing the renters insurance that I needed a really great auto insurance policy as well. Made the entire experience as simple as possible for a young man like myself just trying to make sense of the usually complicated field of insurance!!

State farm is inconsistent in the information they provide and the service they deliver. Ive totalled 2 cars in the past 6 months due to no fault of my own. Both incidents I was not impressed with State Farm.
