Recently went in after being away for a long time. And as always I was given the perfect pedi. Im very sensitive to touch and she is always extra gentle with my feet and toes. I have missed this place.I enjoy the fact that they never forget me, even when Ive been away for a while. I cannot wait for my next pedi. Hopefully I have more time. And can do more than a color change on my lunch break.I was grateful they could get me in on short notice.

She did wonderful waxing. No pain. Knows to take care of what she is doing.

I really enjoy the attention to detail from Chan and his family! If Im going to spend my money consistently at the same place, I need them to be aware of my specific needs...Chan and Fam have met that need so far! Try it!

My gel nails usually last 2 or more weeks when Ive gotten them at other places. I got gel nails done here last week and they are already peeling and flaking off. Equipment was also not cleaned in between clients. They used files and other tools full of stuff from previous uses.

I had a lady do my nails. I wanted dip powder nails on my actual nail and they extended it with fake fails and made me pay extra after I made it clear I wanted regular dip. Also is not smooth and looks lumpy and thick. They were nice but I did not like the service that was done. Will not be going back here.

If it was possible to give negative stars.. I would. I have never left a nail salon in tears until I came to this one AND still paid a ridiculous amount for the most atrocious nails. All the owner kept saying is he spent too much time on my nails already due to the LACK OF TRAINING from the other lady who doesnt know how to paint nails.

We walked in, my daughter and I. Chang said he was excepting walk ins.Our nails are poorly done, thick...very thick. They worked in a rush. As a person of color it was uncomfortable to see him do my nails in a hurry, but once other people walked in they received different and better service. I have oval shape, when I asked for square. Not at all satisfied. I have never had this experience. Chang used to be the best in town. Wont be going there anymore.

Best nail salon in the area. Gel nails always last 3 weeks. Excellent customer service- always manages to get me in on day I request.

I have been going here for years. I always get pink and white. Since he started the dipping, Chan does pink and white dip. I am very pleased! Chan does quality work, he listens to his customers wants,. Chan is kind, friendly, fun. He is amazing how he remembers every persons name and something special about the customer after meeting the person once. Chan and anyone who works for him NEVER would say anything unkind to his customer. Chan, his staff, and his establishment are A+; the BEST EVER!🙂

Chan does an excellent job. He is thorough at what he does. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and nice. He remembers peoples names and gives you exactly what you asked for.

Extreme chipping. Im pretty disappointed

The people were nice enough, however, they did not sterilize the tubs. They just rinsed. They did sterilize the tools. The other negative was the polish. It was still sticky at night after being applied at noon.

So I originally went here to have nails that I had out on at another salon fixed or because Im less then give days they broke. When I got here they were very polite and personable. The gentleman who did my nails had to remove the old ones and he did it so gently and carefully. The nails he did have lasted two weeks without cracking, breaking, or wearing down. Thw design he didwas very well done and the quality of the workis great. Id reccomend them to anyone looking for a manicure in the Fort Atkinson area.
