Dont risk setting up your insurance with this group. Your account might fall through the cracks like mine did.Everything sounded good when we set up the homeowners policy over three years ago. But when I recently called to make a change, I found out that they had cancelled the policy several months ago. They never called or emailed, but sent a paper notice to an old address on the account, not the current one.It could have been financially disastrous for me had anything bad happened during the last six months while I was uninsured without my knowledge. Yikes!Their explanation for the problem was that they deal with a thousand people a month and sometimes things fall through the cracks. Can you believe it?

Kirt Watkins is a wonderful man. My father who recently passed away in April worked for him and he was always great to my dad and is like family. Service is great and very helpful!
