I was looking for insurance and signed up for a quote online, didnt find anything immediately and needed insurance asap. I ended up signing with progressive with a fairly high monthly payment but was cheapest i could find. Following day Calvin from Logans office called me with a quote, i was dismissive cause i already booked and paid 6 months with progressive. He was very persuasive and knowledgeable so i heard him out. Turned out he got me a monthly payment almost 75% cheaper for same coverage. He assisted in my cancellation of other policy, didnt charge me anything upfront. Was active with state farm immediately and sent email with binder and all documents. The Insurance cancel, when I called back up to the company the guy was talking to me as though he knew me which was not Logan. he told me that he emailed me my information which was not true I ask him what my mailing address, he gave me the wrong mailing address and act like it was my fault. How dare he so I just found a State Farm that was in my neighborhood and went to them. I had no problems every since then.
