Im moving to Winston-Salem soon for my new job, and with every transition, it can be very stressful (finding a new apartment, new insurance, etc.). However, when I called and talked with Lena, she was extremely kind, genuine, and patient with my several questions. However, despite me asking many questions, her positive tone never changed, and she went out of her way to give me more details to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt like she was looking out for me, rather than just selling me on a policy. She was very professional, but yet personal at the same time, and I genuinely felt she was looking out for me which I appreciated.Her kindness and patience did not go unnoticed, and she made me more excited to move to Winston-Salem. I was giving the impression that my case would be resolved, alone with who I needed to contact, so far I have not been able to get any resolve, I was told by the other insurance companies that I was on my own and I would have to take care of myself.

Had Geico insurance and home owners, car insurance went up, the company did not want to disclose the reason, when question as i had excellent fico score and credit, customer service was awful and very disrespectful. I cancel the auto insurance, after over 3 years with the home owners, i got a second home policy 1 month after Geico sent an unethical inspector to the house, as i Just moved to the house the inspector told Geico I had added several areas to the dwelling and replaced the a/c unit which caused to increase the policy 400 dollars a year based on a lied statement, Geico proceed without asking me to make changes to the policy. Do not trust them, they are unethical, crocked and once they lock you in they do what they can to raise the premiums at their convenience.

I love geico. Lena, my agent, is wonderful. She made sure I received a quote that would meet all my needs. She always makes time to call me back. Even when its just to say other insurance companies are trying to take me away! I will probably be using geico for the foreseeable future. Thanks Lena!

Absolute criminals. I pay full coverage insurance and they cant even cover a windshield that was damaged by another vehicle. No place in the world for companies like this, zero stars if I could.

I’ve been with Geico in WS since relocating to the area about a year ago, and my customer service experience has always been absolutely exquisite. If you can’t get your actual agent on the line, everyone else in the office is kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. But usually, you can get them on the line which is unheard of at insurance offices.Oh, and did I mention you really do save a lot of money on your car insurance with Geico?Highly recommend. I’d give them 10 stars if Google would let me.

The agent was nice but when the company I had gotten a quote from called me back telling me they had overlooked something and reworked the numbers, they were able to get me a lower rate. I called Geico back to cancel and was told they would cancel the policy but couldnt refund the money for the amount I paid for 20 days. This, I found unfair since the policy was not going to go into effect for 2 weeks. The agent I spoke with the 2nd time was rude when I asked why telling me I should have gotten all of the quotes before deciding to proceed with them.

I wasnt sure what to expect going into my first car insurance policy, but when I got in contact with Nigel I knew everything was going to be alright. He kept in touch with me for a month prior to my actual insurance start date making sure everything was okay, but not being pushy by any means. In addition, my monthly insurance rate is basically unbeatable by any other company (especially because Im a young male) and I feel like Nigel did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. Ill be making sure to stick with Geico, and recommend anyone I know who needs insurance. Great work guys!

Absolutely time and time again has made business easy!! I switched to them when I first started my own insurance and the process was a breeze. I save way more than many of my friends on their premiums. I was able to bundle with my renters insurance as well. The app is user friendly and has everything at a fingertip. Anytime I’ve needed to call in about a question I’ve always experienced above and beyond customer service. I’ve shared my experience with friends and family and many of them have switched and saved! Never use Geico! ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN WINSTON SALEM! My agent Lena Mcmillian was TERRIBLE!She caused me to have to find a new homeowners policy with a different company! I had to send ALOT of emails to her and wait weeks before she would respond! I would call and she would never call back! I had to keep calling to get her on the phone! The customer is definitely not the priority with this company or Lena!Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!So long Geico!!!

I went to this office to buy my car insurance, and I really had a great experience. Agent was very helpful and looked experience the way he explained everything about the insurance and coverage to me. Office is very welcoming and located at a good spot as well.
