I have used this office for almost 10 years and their professional, prompt response and friendly attitude has always served me very well. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an insurance company!

I called in January to get information on a specific insurance policy. First, I requested a meeting with Kristen since this is her practice (and I just assumed that’s who I would be meeting) but I was scheduled with someone else, totally fine. We scheduled the meeting and when I arrived at the appointment, I was told that the associate helping me was still looking into the specifics of the policy. Okay, that’s fine but why not cancel the meeting until you had all information ready to present? I basically left work early to drive 20 minutes to sit and small talk about nothing for 15 minutes. So the associate said he would call me when “they” (???) called him back with the information I was requesting. Have never heard back from anyone and it’s March. Would never recommend or try this company again. Very disorganized, did not felt taken seriously, and given the impression that they could not care less if they had helped me. If you’re in the market for insurance, instead try Northwestern Mutual.

Kristen and her stellar crew have patiently advised and assisted us in all of our insurance needs for many (20?) years. They were amazingly helpful in our dealing with a recent car repair, and everything went effortlessly for us, even the rental car! It is so reassuring to know that these wonderful people are looking out for us.
