I was promptly put in touch with the agent who services my policy, Hunter Langholz, and needed forms to update beneficiary information were emailed to me within minutes of the ending the phone call.
Horrible Customer Service. A lady named Eve was super disrespectful, and treated me very badly over the phone.
I have been a customer for 6 years. I have never had a claim. My auto insurance tripled, when I called I was put on hold for 15 min to speak with agent/manager. My agent said he was sorry the bill had went up. He told me he would call back. I waited a while, then decided to drive to another city and check with a new company for coverage. Sure enough they gave better rate within 15 min. I had time to drive back to the office and cancel in person. My agent said there was a mistake with my bill and he was getting ready to call back. Long story short I have had better service with a company I have not gave thousands of dollars to for nothing in return. Im in better hands.

Ive had farm bureau for 3 years and every person Ive spoken with has been friendly. However..... I had my plate siezed last night... I found out it was because the DMV had been under the impression I hadnt had insurance for 8 months (though I was current). This means court date and a 50 dollar fine on top of purchasing a new plate. No calls or emails about a possible lapse. Apparently they communicate equally well with me and the DMV. Im back with GEICO now.
