The review form asks if I used this business. I wasnt sure what to put because I tried to but they ghosted me. Not only did I set it up, when I called they werent sure if the size requested would fit, we looked on satellite, they had a field rep preview the site the following day, when I called back they said two 30 yards wouldnt work but they could do two 20 yards, they took my credit card info and scheduled delivery / pick up. The day of delivery my crew leader checked and no dumpsters. I started calling about 3:30PM and nobody ever answered the phone. I called Monday (from my landline) and they answered and claimed to have no knowledge of the experience or scheduling. When you get a crew out of bed on a Saturday morning and have equipment rented and delivered it does no good without a place to put the waste. If they were the last dumpster place in town Id consider starting my own company before Id use them.

As a cancer patient with a compromised immune system, I did not appreciate the actions of your drivers. Both entered a speedway the morning of 30 APRIL 21 without masks and then joked about it outside when they were leaving. As representatives of your company I would think that you would show more respect towards the greater public good and follow simple public guidelines while on the clock.

Picked up empty dumpster 27 days early. 3rd day of 30 day dumpster rental. Refused refund or to drop off another dumpster to correct their mistake given the opportunity.

So I drive from south Ohio because recruiting my service as a refuse collector for employment. I interview. Gentleman was a has been with a pretty ring on being smug. Says they are going to call me 1-2 days. Its been 2 weeks. I had to call and a nice lady on the phone said its been filled. No problem with that. Though why seek me out, make me drive 44 miles and nothing but silence? Management there is beyond horrid hopefully their trash service is better. Though who am I, just the best damn trash guy around. 3 of my colleagues quit there because they treated them like what they pick.

Currently involved in an insurance claim dispute with this company. Was driving home one evening and one of their drivers hit me as I was driving past them (I was in the right lane and their driver was in the left lane). My rear passenger door is dented in and the covering over my rear wheel well was ripped off. When the driver hit me, he hit me with such force and in such a position that it almost sent me spinning across the lanes. Thankfully I was able to wrestle my vehicle back in control, but it scared the bejesus out of me. I received a call from their insurance company (closing in on almost a month later) saying the driver gave a vague statement saying I hit him. I stated over and over again, unequivocally, that I was driving straight up the road to make a right turn, yet I somehow hit him in the left lane?! Really surprised at the lack of responsibility this company is displaying, which, from looking at reviews, is a recurring theme. My biggest mistake is I didn’t call the police to make a report. Please learn from my mistake and CALL THE POLICE if you are ever involved in an accident with this company.

Fantastic! They dropped off when they said they would and picked up when they said, as well. They put it exactly where we requested (we live in a condo development). We filled it up, called them and they were there the next day to pick it up. Also very reasonably priced compared to others we had called.

Great Dumpsters

No license plate during free way travel. Throwing debris on nearby traffic.

Ive probably had 10 dumpsters over the past few years for my business and at my home. The delivery and pick up has always been right on time and I love that they look nice while they sit in my driveway to be loaded! The company employees and owners have been a pleasure to work with and Im getting another one today! I would never use anyone else.

I do not recommend working with this company. No straightforward communication. Dropped of a dumpster that was smaller than what I initially asked for, told me every extra ton would cost $50 - making it sound like the weight didnt matter. After the dumpster was full, I was told it was too heavy and their truck wouldnt be able to lift it and that it had to be unloaded for them to pick it up. So, I had to get another dumpster from them and do the work again to unload the dumpster just to get another phone call that it is still not filled up to their expectation. If this company doesnt want customers to fill up their dumpsters, then they need to draw a line on the dumpster to where to fill it up, or train their drivers to show customers how much they can be filled up (I was told they dont train their drivers in that department). Well, to summarize, I do not recommend working with them because no one seems to know anything at first, but they know to tell me after the fact when the work has been completed. Terrible experience.

Beware of the dump trucks when they are on the road. On 4/19 one of their trucks had debris falling from it and my husband’s car was damaged in the process. I contacted the company immediately because we were in separate vehicles. I was then told to contact Dallas C Steen who is their Operations Manager. Dallas C Steen then told us to submit an estimate to them. We went to the Chevy dealership and got a quote based on Dallas C Steen’s request.There wasn’t any follow up, my husband then called back & according to Dallas C Steen that after their investigation, their company wasn’t at fault and refused to pay for the damages despite communications & photos via email.This company has no accountability & is very dishonest!

Great service! Delivered and picked up dumpster within a couple hours of calling. Dumpster was carefully placed in driveway without damage done. No issues.

This is the worst dumpster company my husband and I have ever dealt with! They are very unprofessional and inconsistent with their pick ups and drop offs. They were paid to bring out a 20 yard dumpster but then tried to bring out a 10 yard instead for the same price saying that it was all they had. Not to mention the big ruts they put in the neighbors yard.

Great people fast service and willing to help .We do restoration water, fire, mold and they are awesome . PLUS THERE IS COOL PICTURE ON THE SIDE OF THE DUMPSTERS . GO BUCKEYES.!!!

They are arrogant and very careless will damage your property while delivering or picking up their dumpsters.They will also deliver at wrong address and will place it at wrong spots.

Wish I could do zero stars...I think the company has been stretched too thin...they used to be dependable but the past year has been a nightmare...horrible service...constant runarounds and lies...changing providers the very second I get the ok from corporate...it’s fitting that they are in the garbage business because that’s exactly what this company is.
