Ive had an excellent experience every single time I visit. Owners are a husband/wife duo, and mentioned theyre extremely hygienic since they obviously dont want to risk themselves or their customers. It certainly shows, success both before and post pandemic, everything has been spotless and very organized. They have a big selection of colors and great pricing. Every mani from them has lasted me at least 2 weeks, and only because my nails grow fast. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!! The owner and family were truly welcoming as we were from out of town and looking for a little pedicure pampering. The place was clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. We had a great time talking with the workers even with the language barrier, and the full pedicure was beyond amazing! You will not be disappointed!!

LOVE this place so much, I refused to get my nails filled on vacation and waited to come back home. They treat my children so kindly and my nails looked absolutely perfect. Best pedicure ever, incredibly relaxing, VIP definitely lives up to its name. Very family oriented, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and pampered.

We have had nothing but fantastic experiences every time we come here. They have followed COVID protocols very well and invested a lot of money into making their space safer for their clients.They are friendly, clean, thorough, and do a wonderful job. We have been coming about once a month for several years now and have never been disappointed.They are also so sweet and welcoming to my daughter who has been coming with us and hanging out since she was an infant.

I feel absolutely embarrassed I walked out and my nails are this bad but I had a place to be and didn’t notice it until I got home and really studied these. I now have to go somewhere else to get a crooked nail fixed, smudged up paint and a crack in my pointer finger nail. Unbelievable and I’m considering filing a dispute with my bank on this service because this is absolutely asinine that this is the service that was provided. I went 2 weeks ago and my nails were decent so I figured I’d go back but I wish I would’ve actually studied my nails upon leaving.

This was my first visit, I was greeted by Lisa and was delighted to have her as my Nail Tech, she was awesome, will be visiting again for my nail care.

I went to VIP Nail Salon in Winchester after reading the reviews. I requested Helen, and she was outstanding. She gave me a pedicure, and was clearly very skilled with all tools and procedures. I left feeling as though I received an excellent pedicure by someone who truly cared about the quality of her work. On top of that, she was very pleasant and kind. I would definitely return to this salon.

We really liked the workers here. They were genuinely nice and super sweet with my 6 year old. She had gotten a pedicure a few months ago at a different place that hurt her so she was super nervous, they did great!

This was my first visit to VIP. I didn’t have an appointment, but Tony was willing to take me as a walk in, although they normally do not accept walk in’s. The shop is incredibly clean and all the materials used were brand new, including the gel polish! Tony made positive conversation with me during my time in his chair. There was absolutely zero pain and the hand massage was a nice treat. He ensures you are satisfied with the length and shape before he paints your nails. Tony was thorough and took pride in his work. I will definitely return to VIP.

Im my opinion the owner was to pushy in making me have services I did not want to have and to make matters worst I got acrylics (which in other places have lasted me over a week). It has not even been a full week and one of the acrylics already broke. I basically paid almost $100 plus tip to have a nail brake in such a little time period. The crazy part is that I got gel because he stated it would last longer and would make the acrylic stronger. He also stated that if I mess it up and would have to come back to fix the regular polish he wouldve charged me $15 to repaint that nail. It was definitely not worth it because basic polish has lasted me way longer, the worst part is that I got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Sunday one had broken. When he was done he said a story about a previous customer who had gone in a tipped him more money vs getting the gel that she wanted; in other words he said this story so I would pay him more tip because he had pushed for me to get gel on top of the acrylics (so its like insinuating that if I had money to get gel on top I could tip better-its like he saw me made of money or something).He also literally had said that some people rather pay more for their services than tip so its not something I just assumed by one story he flat out said it. Lastly while I was getting my hands done he kept saying that he does a good job despite me not being from there unlike other shops, which he did take his time but thats not something a customer wants to hear. I would have appreciated that he let his work show for itself vs saying this repeatedly throughout the manicure. Now I have to buy the gel and go somewhere in my town to get it fixed because it looks really terrible to have a missing nail & so short after getting them done.

The BEST pedicure Ive ever had. Helen is an OUTSTANDING worker and so friendly. Business is spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there. This is the only place I will use from now on.

It is very clean in the salon. The owner and his wife run the place. They have been there for 10 years. I go in for manicures. They are always well done and last. They look beautiful. They are always on time and their prices are reasonable. ♡

This business is run by a husband and wife team with the wife doing the pedicures. My last visit was not at all pleasant after I explained that I did not want a gel polish. It’s too expensive ($45.00) and the color has to be ground off. The Mrs developed an attitude because I wanted a basic pedicure ($30.00) and did a terrible job and charged me an extra $5.00 for taking the gel off. The previous visit I was told that I had to have gel because a toe turned. I have been going there for several years and they were wonderful but they have lost a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Very nice place and very nice owner and employees. I visited the other day for the second time and had a great pedicure, but my manicure - not so much. It has been exactly a week, and the bottom of my nails (got full set acrylics) are lifting off from my real nail. It pulls my hair when taking a shower. I felt this roughly 3 days after the day I got them. Pretty disappointed.

After trying multiple nail salons locally and being disappointed with their results or service (or both in some cases) it was such a relief to find Tony at VIP. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, did not rush me at all, and offered to come in on Fathers day for me even though they are closed!

I am sort of a salon hopper due to work schedules, etc. But mainly because there are so many nail salons I have visited that you literally feel like an imposition to the staff. Today the salon I had been visiting was unable to do a fill and I was so blessed to be able to get in at VIP. I have NEVER been to a nail salon where the staff and owner were so welcoming. They are fantastic. The prices are very reasonable and the attention they provide is priceless! Five stars is not enough of a grade to give this place!

Pedicure was great but I got a full set of acrylic French tip w gel & the bottoms are lifting off my nail and it’s been 3 days. Now I am reading reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one this has happened too. I would not recommend the mani but the pedi was great

Tony and Helen are the best! Helen gave me one of the most relaxing and awesome pedicures Ive ever had. I had the deluxe collagen pedicure and my legs have never felt so smooth and soft! Just be aware that you need to make an appointment because the owners do all the services themselves to assure quality.

I had a wonderful experience. I was able to get a same day appointment and did not wait when I arrived early. Tony did my nails and was absolutely meticulous. I will definitely be returning.

Full set came off in three days. The owner told me that it was “my nails fault and not his fault”. I asked for a partial refund and he argued with me about what I paid. I offered proof of purchase and he would not accept. Some of the other reviews looking now are mentioning the same thing. Wasted well over $150 on a business with terrible customer service. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund.

I would not recommend this nail salon. I got a gel manicure, and one of my nails chipped the same day! I usually expect a gel to last at least a week before any chips start. Also, two of my nails were filed on an angle. This place was more expensive than the place I normally go to in Arlington - 35 for a gel manicure in Winchester seems way overpriced for the caliber of this nail salon. The owners seemed nice, but I still wouldn’t recommend this place.

My friends and I wanted to get our nails done, and we saw all the many great reviews for vip nail salon so we decided to try it out. We didn’t realize that it’s best to make an appointment before you go, but Tony was still able to fit us in. The salon itself is very clean, and it has a nice vibe to it. Tony was super nice, funny, welcoming, and helpful. It was our first time getting our nails done and he helped us decided what we wanted to get done. He also gave us tips on how to keep our nails lasting as long as possible. He was super funny and made light conversation which was very nice. They have a very friendly and welcoming environment at their salon, and they treat everyone like family. I am so happy with my nails and the whole experience! This is the best salon I’ve ever been too. The service was amazing and they did an excellent job on both my toes and nails. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, you should definitely go here. Tony did my acrylics they turned out fabulous. He was very gentle and made sure they turned out perfect.

VIP Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon I have been to. I have tried multiple salons in Winchester and this outdid all of the others by far. Tony did a full set of acrylics on me and was very careful and detail oriented. He made sure everything was okay during every step of the process. There was no rush at all and he let me take my time while picking colors and reviewing his work on my nails. After he had finished I realized I wanted another coat of gel on two of my nails and he had no problem at all and didn’t charge extra. The lady technician was also very sincere and was helpful with color selections. Tony was absolutely hilarious and made the experience exceptional and incomparable. They did not push anything but provided helpful information in what would work best for me. I would recommend making an appointment because they take their time and they do not usually have many nail techs working at once. Outstanding experience and job well done!

I have been using VIP Nails for years, all of my daughters have received their first pedicures there! Tony is so friendly and funny, and Helen always does my pedicure!! They are both AMAZINGLY TALENTED!!! I will not get a pedi, from anywhere else!! They have always been super about fitting me in, without complaint and I still have received the VIP treatment!! Super clean and a nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The couple was very nice and accommodating. They took their time on all of us. The feet massage was heaven and the massage chairs couldve put me to sleep! The temperature of the water and the towels was perfect. Very friendly and attentive. Also, if you pay in cash they give you a discount!

It was an amazing experience with my friend. The owner Tony and his wife made it a really fun interactive visit. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the foot basins and how they treat each person with only clean items. They spoke with us the whole time and ended up giving us a nice discount at the end. Best nail salon in Winchester! I have been going there for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. After reading some of the one and three star reviews that a few ladies left (which there are hardly any by the way) all I could do was laugh due to the fact of how ridiculous they all are, especially the one left by a local competitor - Dont be mad that they are a better nail salon than you!!! Tony and his beautiful wife are always polite, and professional. I always look forward to my appointments and chatting with them! ❤❤❤

I went to get my nails done and I didn’t know what was best for my nails. Tony helped me choose the best option for my nails and took his time making sure they were perfect! they also did my eyebrows here and the shape was amazing! 10/10 reccommend this place! never going anywhere else for my nails. truly the best service and the owners are such friendly, good-hearted people!

I am from two hours away and have several hours to “waste” while my daughter is shadowing at Shenandoah University. I tried VIP based on the reviews on yelp. I can assure you that the only place that you will get a pedicure as amazing as the one that I just received, is at a very expensive spa. The atmosphere is also incredibly pleasant with relaxing music playing, it being quiet and being VERY clean.

The people here were very nice. However, after just one night of having a gel manicure, my friend and I both had our nail polish chipping off. After just 3 days the nail polish was gone. All of the tables were messy and looked like things had just been piled on. A girl walked in asking how long of a wait it would be for a pedicure (there were only 2 people working, which were on me and my friend) and they told her just to find somewhere else. They rushed and buffed part of my nails off. Finally, they told us they give every customer a $5 discount when its their first time visiting which never happened. I would NOT recommend going here.

I treat myself to a pedicure about once a month and VIPs new pedicure chairs are so fabulous you can go to sleep in them. Tony and Helen, the owners, are extremely gracious and friendly. Most important of all, they are sticklers for cleanliness. Their price are also more reasonable than nearby salons.

My experience was not what I was expecting. I received a pedicure and It was the worst I’ve ever received...needless to say I will not be returning there for no service of any kind. For the price you pay you expect a decent relaxing spa day but sorry to say that didn’t happen.

Tony does the best nails in Winchester. They found themselves a regular; he really took his time with each customer and genuinely cares about you as a person and the care of your nails. He did a beautiful job on my gel acrylic and on my friends. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment when you go. Wow. I have been to many nail places in Winchester and I finally found a really good place. He does not rush and makes sure you are 100% happy with the shape, color, etc. he is also very funny. It was a really really enjoyable experience!

Cheerful atmosphere and clean. I give it a 2 because of the quality. It is terrible. I had them done twice. First time they didnt fully cure and I had to come back the following day. The second time they started chipping on day 6. Maybe their products are old?

It is so rare these days where you find someone who takes so much pride in their work, but that’s how VIP Nails operates! The owners (husband & wife) are so incredibly kind and accommodating. I came here with my MIL to get pedicures. Everything is by appointment only because they’re the only two that will take care of you. The pedicure chair bath is lined. The parafin treatment is in a single use bag. Everything is super clean and hygienic. We got the happy pedicures, and they took about about 45 minutes taking care of us, with a really long light leg massage. Prices are comparable to other nail salons, but you get better service here!

After being cut, having my nails ripped down to the beds from acrylic removal, among other things from other salons, Ive been scared of getting pedicures and manicures again. VIP was suggested to me and Ive never been happier. They take care of you here, make you laugh, dont push services, and make you feel comfortable. They also offer discounts to returning customers too so Im definitely coming back soon! Love it here!

I just went for a basic pedicure and a french manicure today with one of my bride-to-be friends. I must say that I am not the best judge in nail salons because this is the second time in my life to ever go get my nails done, but this place is amazing! The massages alone will make me go back whenever I want to get my nails done. I have needed some foot massages/reflexology and although I would have benefited from a longer massage, what they did there is amazing. The price is not bad either. The french manicure looks great. Awesome service! I highly recommend VIP Nails to anyone who wants their nails done plus awesome massages.

Tony is the best, he made my appointment very comfortable by interacting with me and it was only $50 for the deluxe unlike 65 most other places! Definitely worth it!

Went here a week ago with my sister. I absolutely enjoyed my experience. We did the deluxe package and every part of it was done well. Plus the couple that does the work will only speak English in front of you which I enjoyed because I always feel anxious Im being talked about at other places. The massage chairs here are very clean and nice as well. Prices are better than some of the other places in Winchester as well.Im going to leave my initial review here as I truly felt this way bit I just took my sister back here for another pedicure and am baffled. The owners are still very nice, but the service was so rushed we had a noon appointment for a deluxe pedicure. They rushed the whole process it was only 30 minutes long, they did not use hot stones this time which maybe they removed that service in not sure, there was literally no massaging except to rub a scrub into our legs and a very quick oil rub. This experience made me feel like a number whose experience did not matter. Im so disappointed as we both loved this place so much and were both baffled when we left at how different the experience was and we had thr same exact people as last time as there are only 2 workers there. Im changing the rating from 5 Star to 3 because of today.
