Lena is so sweet. She always wants the best for her customers, and to make sure they are satisfied. I have been here multiple times and only had one bad experience (with the male technician) so I came in the next day and Lena fixed them no problem. Costumer service is very well too

Waste of time and money. I specifically asked them upon arrival if there would be a long wait. They said no and assured me I would be help immediately. The pedicure then proceeded to go backwards. They started with the hot wax and leg massage and then left me sitting there waiting to be finished for 40 minutes and when the guy finally came over I could tell right away he was already in a bad mood. His attitude was extremely rude and unnecessary! He didnt do what all was suppose to come with the package and then painted more polish on the skin of my toes than my actual toe nails. I asked him nicely to remove it and which he left most of it still on my toes. The topper is they still expected me to pay $50. Never Again will I go back to this place and from what Ive heard they already have a bad reputation. Wish I wouldve known!

They can improve their Customer Service.The personnel complain about customers not letting them know when they dont like their nails or something is wrong, but when you do they act offended.I got my nails done I asked what the price was and was told $20 for a fill-in thats fine I just said I thought it was 17 well three people in the store chose to speak in Vietnamese complaining about the fact that I asked for a price. Isnt that what Im supposed to do?If you can appreciate the business that I give you every two weeks regularly then Ill take my business elsewhere.

I was an walk in, also the first time having an pedicure done (ever). The experience I had was very relaxing. The massaging of the feet to the massaging chair was an great experience. The ladies and a gentleman that work there was very friendly and helpful. I cant wait to go back again.

I had the man named jimmy i believe, he was AMAZING! I got there right before they were closing and he still took me, stayed an your after! Was the nicest man ever! He did a great job on my nails and toes! Even helped me with my baby and helped me get all my stuff together as i was leaving. The BEST experience and i will definitely be going back to him!

I feel so robbed.I first went in for a fill on my “dip” acrylics.They didn’t do dip so they offered me gel acrylics for $5 off. I then thought about it some then just ended up doing a replacement set for gel acrylics. I wanted the coffin shaped acrylics, The lady originally doing my set made them so thin they ended up looking like pointed instead of coffin, she rushed the plastic part and chopped off all the nail and burned my skin. So I said something politely then she rushed me to the manager/man. He then took over, and he left my nails uneven, discolored and blotchy. I was mortified. I left feeling like I wanted my money back but there’s nothing I can do. I have to file my nails and clean them up with the feeling of disappointment and regret for following through here. Please don’t go here, this place should not be in business.

DONT GO THERE! It was my daughters BIRTHDAY so we went for a pedicure. TERRIBLE!!! WORST ONE EVER!! The man had very angry bad attitude!! GOSH, I happily told the man it was my daughters 22nd birthday, and all I did was say How do you say happy birthday? with a SMILE on my face. He WENT OFF! Saying DONT ASK ME THAT! If I told you, you wouldnt remember it tomorrow anyway!! So DONT ask me that, its MY language so NO NO NO! You dont ask me that!!!! I was SHOCKED. Shocked. He went off about other junk too until I finally said I am here to RELAX with my daughter on her birthday. He finally shut the hell up and stopped complaining about his job and his life. And if it wasnt my daughters birthday I would have got up and left right then in the middle of it!!!BEWARE!!!

My daughter, neice, sister in law and I went and got a pedicure they did a great job and made sure we were having a great tim amd made sure we were comfortable. They made us feel welcomed. Definitely going back here.

Man!!.. thats why I like going to Lovely Nails but I needed to go to the mall to get something and I dont have a vehicle right now so I didnt want to pay the left two times but my eyebrows is not like I like them I didnt have my contacts in when I went there and I got my lip waxed and its not even a good job Lovely Nails is the best yes they are expensive but you get what you paid for I will not be going back there and I was going to go there to get gel nails in the next few days through the girl that works there named Lena but hopefully they look at their comments on Google because I will not be going back

I had a very positive experience today. I decided to splurge because I had a very stressful day. I chose the $35 spa pedicure with the callus removal, hot towel, and paraffin mask. Not only was it incredibly relaxing, matched with the massage chair for extra relaxation, but my nail tech would periodically check to make sure that I was enjoying the experience. I even got a free bottle of spring water. I am very pleased with my service.

I wish i could give the negative stars. The absolute worst place i have ever been. I guess the lady was new, i had three of my family members including myself get our nails n feet done. Our nails are horrible. My daughter nails are uneven and to tight, they cut into her skin. They did not seem to care until i started questioning the nail tech and told her to stop. The owner then went off on the nail tech. I will never go back. I spend too much money for this hack job. Now i have to pay more to get our nails fixed n done correctly. Dont waste your time or money at this place.

Literally, the worst experience I have ever had. Went in to have a full set and was there for almost 4 hours! I had my full set done, waited for them to dry and as I was about to leave I had asked her to fix my ring finger because the diamonds were crooked and I also had knocked one trying to buckle my son in the stroller. As she finished fixing them, the other lady that worked there said they were awful and all needed to be fixed. So, as I was waiting for them to dry after she fixed them the tips start to bend and break off! The guy that worked there offered to redo them. He tried to fix them the best he could but ended up having to take all of them off and redo the whole set! And theyre still horrible! Theyre so thick and bubbly! Asked for a certain shape and didnt get it! Needless to say, I will never go there again! I wouldnt even have given them a star if I didnt have to.

Can honestly say this was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. I think I could’ve done a better job and made my hands bleed a lot less. Walked out with more hang nails than I came in with.

Johnny just did a great job on my nails. I’m from out of town and needed a broken nail fixed. After I️ say down already I️ read reviews and was scared I️ was going to end up with a terrible job. He really was polite and did a great job. Even asking a few times to make sure I️ was happy and told me if I️ needed something changed to just let him know. Give them a chance ;)

After 5 days my gel manicure started lifting. On one nail, the polish came off completely. Im not one to complain but I did go back since the other ones were starting to lift. When I was getting them done my technician commented that they needed new polish in that color...he had to let them dry under the lights and re-do them several times. On top of it, they were very rude about the whole thing and acted like I was just trying to get something for free. Never again!

Dont know were they get there license tryd to say I have hard skin on my feet I say all u have to do is your job they just want more money I feel its already enough money I wont come back here ever even it is the last nail store

My daughter and I go there every chance we get for pedicures and LOVE IT THEY DO AN AWESOME JOB. however this afternoon we were there and just got home and realized my daughter left her wallet lay on the counter above the nail drying station does anyone have any idea how to get ahold of Johnny the owner. I realize its late but my daughter is panicing with worry

If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. I went there with two of my cousins, one got a pedicure and two of us got manicures. My cousins pedicure was so rough it made him bleed. My manicure took the woman not even 10 minutes. She didn’t clean off all the dead skin, my nails are extremely rough and the paint job is horrific. They never filed our nails either. My cousins manicure is the wrong color and rough as well. While we were there, 3-5 people walked out unsatisfied and the techs blamed it all on the customers.

They did my nails great ! They are nice ! The only thing is make sure you get the right length because they might say there short,but there not so just check that

I was leaving for Jamaica and needed my nails done, July 4th 2014 all the other nail salons were closed for the holiday, forcing me to go to this hole in the wall salon. The guy at the front desk was very friendly until he found out I was going to Jamaica to get married, he made a weird face and our conversation seemed to come to a complete stop. About 5 minutes went by and he asked So, your marrying a Jamaican dude (all the while having a crooked disgusted look on his face) I responded with, no. Well his whole demeanor changed and he was suddenly giving me all of his attention. I felt appalled at this twerps obvious racism. I myself have never felt this from anyone and here I faced it head on from this jerk. Not to mention the ignorance he was showing the African American ladies that came in the shop. I have gotten gel nails for years and this set was the WORST set ever. I made it two days and a nail broke, then two days later 2 more. I wasnt working, I wasnt lifting, I was relaxing on the beach and lifting a new drink to my hand every few minutes. This shouldnt happen for the price you pay, and the services I have had at other place. PUT YOUR MONEY INTO ANOTHER SALON. THIS PLACE REALLY SHOULD CLOSE THE DOORS!!!!

I got a pedicure. the guy was very nice and did a great job and treated me respectful. the only thing I disliked was him going to smoke and coming back smelling like it.

Worst nail shop ever. Negative stars should be a thing on google. Shouldve known something was up when there was no wait on a Friday evening. The guy talked the entire time to another employee about what happened to him the night before and did not do well at all. He kept stopping to talk then wouldnt remember what he was doing. My nails were filed crooked and the acrylic wasnt smooth on some nails because he skipped steps because he wasnt paying attention and rushing. If this was the last nail shop on the planet i would not go here again. I just paid 30 bucks for my nails (fill with gel polish) and am going to my nail shop after the Memorial Day holiday to get them fixed, which will be another 30 bucks. DO NOT GO HERE OUT OF CONVENIENCE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Went to get my 9yr old daughters nails done for her bday. Just wanted basic nail polish and they kept trying to upsell me some gel product stuff. I had to deny it 3 times because a little girl does not need all of that. Felt uncomfortable and after I declined they spoke in their language. Almost feel like they were talking about you.

My experience was just terrible. Ask for a cut down and she cut every nail a different lengths. Said she could fixed after i complain and made they thick and bubbly. My nails look like crap. I ask for her to use a new file and got mad and was talking in her language to co-works. And wanted to charge extra for the new file. I wouldnt even give them this star. Dont waste your money or your time. They hospitality sucks. The ladies are just rude.

I got a pedicure and it totally sucked. My foot was super dry and my nail polish wasn’t painted right. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

I wish I could give them no star but I had to give them at least one this place is the worst!! I went to do my eyebrows and I explained her how I want it and she said okay. When she was done I was shocked.its was terrible just terrible!!! i told the owner that I didnt like it but she didnt even bother to say sorry! I will never ever go back to that place again! They are very rude and disrespectful people!! And I dont recommend anyone to go there!!!

Honestly for this review, i really just don’t know where to start. the staff member that i was working with gave me such an attitude. i tried to correct him on one thing and he got so defensive about it. not only that but have you not seen what this store uses as the acrylic brush? the brush they use for acrylics is way too big, even when applying the acrylic powder, they used way too much monomer instead of acrylic alone. i’ve been getting nails for years now, this is one of the worst places i’ve been too.

I want impressed at all. The younger man is very rude.

Awful salon!!! My pinky nail is crooked and the paint job is horrendous

I was pretty disappointed. I brought my sister and mom here for a girls day and it ruined it. Our nails had air bubbles in them and one of mine broke a day later. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
