I am out of town and enjoyed the experience for the most part. The woman who did my nails took such good care of them. Everyone is so professional, funny, and easy to talk to! Beautifully done full acrylic set. The only reason why 4 out of 5 stars is because they rarely answer the phones. I had called 3 times with no answer so we just did a walk in.

Absolutely amazing job! Friendly and comfortable environment. Took the time to make sure my nails were perfect even though there were other customers waiting. My absolute favorite place to get my nails done. They are amazing! I asked for a design and I ended up getting a 3D design by nail dip powdered absolutely loved it! And everyone there is amazing! Place is Clean!!! And, the pedicures are amazing. Along with getting a small massage after getting nails done. I’ve never found anyone to do it. They go above and beyond

Afortable, but it is always busy even if you make an appointment. Out of all the nail salons this has been the one where my nails have lasted longer, which is why I chose to drive 20 minutes to get them done there 🙃

I did my nails with Heidi and she is amazing. I also did my nails with the beautiful Colombian lady with long hair! They are all friendly and awesome. Prices are not bad either, i will be going there all the time.

Overcharged me I still don’t even know how a $23 pedi & a $28 fill means you end up paying $67... but the quality of work was nice but definitely ripped me off with random add on charges to my service that should have been mentioned or stated on their price board. Just more professionalism in general

I went to lucky nails with a simple request. All I wanted was a manicure and my nails painted. When I requested that she (Miranda) clean up around the very top corner of my nails She continued cutting at the side of my cuticle that she had already cut. The result was that she cut me! This was not what I had asked her to do. I asked her if I could get a design on just two of my nails. One on each hand. She said no and blamed it on me that she cut me. Then came the icing on the cake, I had to tell her that She wasnt painting my whole nail! She was completely missing the sides and only painting the middle. The manager on duty heard everything yet said nothing. I called him today to see what he was going to do to fix this wrong. He said Miranda didnt get paid for that day. This infuriated me. I told him now I feel guilty. He said people Are always trying to get something for free. She was punished and thats all. I will never go there again and I would advise that you dont either!

Great staff took care of me right away (walk-in). Let me set the pace if talking or quiet. Was really great with letting giving me choices (I didn’t know what I wanted when I came in) but did a great job with my nails when I did decide. I’ll definately be returning.

Favorite nail salon in Winchester yet. After some not so great experiences at other salons in town I decided to give Lucky nails a go and I am SO glad I did. They are super friendly and do great work, Ive never loved my nails more.

Walked in without an appt. And there where 3 people getting their nails done the lady that did my nails was on the phone when we first started and I asked her to get off and theres nothing like a artist that focuses on one side of the nail show my nails were a little crooked it looks like they had already grown out half a week that color masks the imperfections of the nail halfway through the lady picks up her phone and begins talking I asked her to get off her phone which was very rude. did I mention that I flinched three times from pain maybe Im just a baby but she kept saying sorry.. price is good so I guess I really cant complain

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went last Thursday with a bridal party I was part of to get our nails done for the wedding. I wont even discuss the terrible job that was done, the fact that one of my nails (dipped powder) cracked the entire way across, how I literally had to ask for her to fill in the huge gap she missed, or all the other things she screwed up.What I will discuss is this injury I left with. When the lady did it (with a pumice block, NOT the cheese grater looking tool) she didnt even stop or acknowledge it until I said uhm OW! I feel like you just took a chunk out of my foot?! to which she said ooh. I did. completely unapologetically. And then she CONTINUED to file over it!! Fast forward to when I went to check out. The man (owner maybe? I honestly dont know) was cashing me out so I told him about it and showed it to him and asked for a discount- which seems pretty standard considering the circumstances. He said ok, took my card and told me the total AS was swiping it!! I had already calculated what I would owe and knew right away he charged me full price. When I questioned being charged full price even with a chunk being taken out I was told, VERBATIM, youll be fine. Obviously I was upset at this point. He asked the lady and she lied and said I had a bulge on my foot that I didnt tell her about. I can PROMISE that is NOT the case. If I had a bulge Id be injured everytime I got a pedi so now I am angry.Its now been a week and I have cleaned it daily and kept triple antibiotic ointment. However, as you can see, its still super sore and infected which I now have an oral antibiotic for.I would have been satisfied with a discount/the pedi being removed from my bill even though my experience altogether was awful. But to be rudely spoken to saying Id be fine AND charged full price?!?! I wouldnt reccomend this salon to my enemy!

Worst experience ever I walked in 40 minutes before they closed and the salon was empty the whole staff were sitting on chairs talking when I walked in and asked if they could give me a pedicure and the whole staff looked at each other and nodded their heads no and even one ladies told me “no I’m tired”. As soon as I walked out, all the staff walked out and closed the place.

He told us it was $20 and when he was done with our nails he told us $28 a piece😑
