Was referred to Lily’s by a patient and they do not disappoint. They always do excellent work and make me feel comfortable. I am never there that I don’t laugh and have a relaxing experience. Would hands down recommend their services!!

I have been coming here for years but lately they have been overbooking and I have had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to even begin services. Last time! Yesterday I had a standing appointment (I don’t know why we bother) and waited for over 50 minutes for them to even start, then she took a phone call and went and did someone else. I politely got up used the restroom and left. My time is valuable as well and 2 hours to get a gel pedi/mani is too long. I won’t be back!

I live in Mount Sterling and was in Winchester so I decided to get my nails done here. I look up the best reviewed place in Winchester and Lilys popped up I have only one complaint, other than that it is a great environment and great staff after leaving I noticed some dirt or something black that is in the nail and I cant get it out. Im not sure what it is. I would recommend this place. Were all human, but I wish I had noticed before I left. 😔

I normally go to a different nail salon in Winchester but after being referred to Lily Nail by a family member, I thought I would give them a try and I am so glad that I did! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the place is so clean! They did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! I will not go anywhere else from now on! Lily’s it is!! 💁🏻‍♀️

My favorite nail salon, I always get sns nails.. They stay shiney and last longer! Kathy there does my nails and theyre perfect every time. Theyre so nice and remember almost every client.. Especially if youve came in more than once. Theyre very helpful when you need help deciding what colors would match, etc. Defiantly recommend. And most importantly... Theyre super clean. All the employees are so nice! Sometimes they do get a bit busy but to me, thats a good sign bc theyre clientele is high! They only have a few people employed there. But the wait is worth it if theres any. And they try their best to get you an appointment as soon as they can! Ive been going to them about 2-3 years now and absolutely love them and their work!

I live in Ohio and stopped in Winchester to pick up a family member on my way to Destin. Had some time to spare and thought a mani/pedi sounded good. This place DID NOT disappoint!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly there and really care about if you like your results. I am beyond impressed with this place. Anytime I am in Winchester I will be coming here!! The ladies are all always nice and consistently do an excellent job when I go, whether for gel, SNS, pedicures or my eyebrows. I take my 11 & 13 year old girls and theyre always so nice to them as well.

I adore Lily, she does the best work when it comes to my nails and she is just so gentle.I could never give this much trust to someone else especially of how she has her associates work on my feet They were so understanding on that subject and stopped when I asked them to, I paid 40 to 50 bucks for SNS and that is with extending my nails since I struggle growing my own for the longest time.This is the number one Nail salon that will single handly gain my trust and business.

My mother in law gifted me a pedicure gift card for Lily Nails. Lily done my pedicure and I could not have asked for a better experience. She was very friendly and funny. The atmosphere was calming, the massage chairs were fantastic and the result of my feet were incredible. The way she worked was amazing. She was answering the phone and attending to other customers while my nails were drying or why I was enjoying the massage chair. I would recommend Lily Nails to anyone.

Made an appt with this place still had to wait 30min to get my nails done still. When I said something about it the worker kathy smarted off, instead of just apologizing for the wait! And was just plain rude! Because they took so long I hand to change what kind of nails I was getting. She rounded without asking what I wanted because square is what I get. I will never be back! I wouldnt waste my time here!!!

Great customer service & friendly atmosphere

Was turned down for mani/pedi for myself and two daughters because the tech didnt even know where the other person was or when shed be back around, and I dont even do acrylic or SNS, so.....The elderly lady in line behind us was also turned away.Why even be open for business?***In response to the owners reply**Again, I stated exactly what happened and what was said to us this morning.I also watched the older lady behind us get inside her car and leave immediately behind me, pulling out literally right behind me.
