Joe is the best. last week I mailed a package and I lost the receipt with the tracking number. My package did not arrive on time and I was worried on how to track it. Called the store and Joe looked up the number and also tracked it for me. Awesome guy. He always so humble and kind when I go in the store.

I love this shop and its employees so much! They’re always so helpful and honest about what the best option is. It is super convenient and a great place to mail out your packages from.

I have been going to this location for years and I am so thankful they are in our community. All of the staff are exceptionally helpful and truly care about their customers. While I have had all sorts of issues with the ups store and fedex store, I have NEVER had an issue with goin postal. I can’t recommend them enough!

Went here to mail a package and didn’t know much about shipping costs or anything to the United Kingdom. I had a wonderful woman help me out with finding a smaller box to lower shipping costs and even helped tape everything up so it fit correctly in the smaller box. She was so friendly and extremely helpful with getting the package mailed. Much better experience then going to wait in line at the post office!

This place is awesome. There’s no need for a post office when you have a place like this. They provide all the services that the post office does but without the bad customer service that you normally get and all your government post office. No tenure slouch that believe they are untouchable but instead genuine smiling faces. Joe is my personal shipping guy. He is awesome to collaborate with.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Don’t waste your time! Go to the post office. They promised my letter would be on time and it was 5 days late! No refund or nothing, just rude people. So disappointed

Worst place ever! Spent 11$ to have something shipped within two to three days and it never showed for seven days. Still don’t have the package! Why would you pay if you can’t deliver on time? I’m sorry but this place is trash, deliver on time or close down end of story! Wish I could get a refund for what I paid. It’s not about the money, it’s about principle. Stay away! Your stuff will not be there on time.

Purchased 2 rolls of stamps and they charged $60.00..did not inform me of the huge markup!!!!!! how can they legally do this?

Joe is amazing, he is very nice and respectful. I switched from the UPS store on narcossee rd because they are very rude and charges you ridiculous prices and your mail still doesn’t get to the destination on time.

Friendly and efficient staff, I have printed documents, mailed documents and had a large package mailed and each time had a good experience.

RECOMMEND THIs POSTAL PLACE TO THE MAX. Workers are friendly and very patient. Good sense of humour and all.

Worst experience ever! Too many stamps

This place is much closer than the post office for most of the Lake Nona area. They charge a premium on top of what the post office charges, but it beats having to drive up to Curry Ford Rd and wait in that long line. They also ship by FedEx and UPS, and tell you what the cheapest shipping option is.

If you speak Spanish and you are going to look for services to this place even if the service is Latino you are going to receive bad service I am a neighbor of the place and for convenience this is the closest to my house I used it more than two years but always the same poor service If you have a question and want service, dont visit this place. I do not recommend it if you are in line prepare to see how they advance attending to the one who has just arrived especially if he is a woman. Unfortunately because this place is right next to my Hagar. From today I go to the golden road goin mail where from the moment you enter you can see the address of treatment and service. I hope this comment can save someone a bad time.
