This was a new experience for me! I loved it! The place is very clean, I was greeted when I first arrived and was met by an employee! My friend had an appointment and I didnt! They had a cancellation and I got to fill it! So glad we showed up a little early! I had a pedicure and manicure, first time! I know, dont wait so long, go, enjoy! I felt very comfortable and was comfortable with my employee! She was very thorough and made my experience a very nice one! I will return, great place! Oh, make an appointment is best, but you may still be seen!

Long wait time even with appointments,30+ minutes, this time went in at the appointment time and was told they didn’t have me down but if I waited 45 minutes they could get to me.

Though they are nice and do a good job, they do not honor appointment times! My appointment was for 4:30, I wasnt at in a seat till 5:10. The first time I came I had the same issue, with them being 20 minutes behind. Very nice, but not respectful of their clients time.

I went to get my nails done there based on their reviews. This nail salon was highly recommended on the Nextdoor app. and by a person referral. I’m happy to say that my first time experience with this nail salon was excellent. Jenny did an amazing job with my nails.

I called six times to make an appointment at this place, they didn’t answer the phone. Came in as a walk in, had to wait ten minutes while they answered phone calls- very weird. They were rude telling me that they had no availability, and I should have called ahead, completely ignoring me showing her that I had called six times via my call logs. Go somewhere else that respects their customers.

Just love Anvy! This was my first time at this new salon and I couldnt have been happier. I was seated right on time (I suggest scheduling an apt, they are busy!) and everyone was friendly and professional. Beautifully decorated and I enjoyed the relaxing water feature in the pedi area. I will be a regular here!

I always love visiting Anvy for my nails! This is hands down the best place in Winchester. My nails always look amazing when they are finished. Everyone is always friendly and punctual. I also love that Anvy is sparkling clean. I’ve been to many different salons in Winchester, but Anvy has been my favorite since they opened.

First let me start by saying that my bad experience was NOT with my normal nail technician, Gwen. This was a last minute appt and I had to see someone different. I went in to get my dip redone with a different color, and clipped shorter. My nails were really long, but they were my REAL nails, except one had a tip because I broke it right before I got them done the last time. The lady saw the one tipped nail and ASSUMED they were all fake. Clipped ALL of the nails on my right hand clear down to the skin. WAY to short, without asking. When asked why she did this, she replied “You said you want them shorter and I saw the one tipped nail.” NEVER have I had a technician clip my nails so short without asking if that’s what I wanted. I ended up leaving the salon with my nails looking HORRIBLE and didn’t get my dip redone. VERY dissatisfied with the service from this particular technician.

I had stopped in while being in the area, uninformed that they required appointments! The lady I sat next to was nice enough to tell me and I asked if they’d be able to fit me in for a full set- they were very accommodating and got me in and out in a little over an hour despite having other clients that had appointments already scheduled. The place was decorated beautifully and was very clean, all of the women were extremely nice and professional especially Kim who fit me in! I’m very happy with the overall experience and will be returning and recommending to others!

I have been an Anvy client for about a year. I LOVE this salon! Tina is my girl, but when she is booked, I’ve had excellent services from everyone there. The salon is welcoming, professional and very clean. I highly recommend Anvy!

This past year l went thru chemo treatments, l was told that l shouldnt go to nail salons because they are not very clean. But thats not true about Anvy Nail Spa. When they found out l had cancer they took extra care to wipe down all the areas l was in, l watched them do it without my asking. They have the cleanest Nail Spa l know of and very friendly.

Ive been getting acrylic nails done for over 10 years. I moved to Winchester, and was unhappy with the place I was going to. After trying a couple places, Anvy will be my new go-to salon! Its SO clean, theyre professional, and very precise. Im super picky and definitely approve!

I have been to quite a few nail salons in Winchester and this is by far my favorite! Everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, very clean..I got a colored ombre full set and couldnt be more satisfied..they are beautiful!! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!!

Both times I’ve gotten a manicure here, they’ve done better nail work than any manicure I’ve gotten in Winchester in many years. They are super polite and professional, plus the work is legitimately good. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially since I always have grimy dirtball hands and I leave looking like a queen.

I havent been a real regular for this Nail Salon but I went in and the salon is very neat and looks organized, they have many clients coming and going and are very friendly...however, I came in to get a full set of acrylics and was asked if I wanted any upgrades like gel and said no because I was limited financially this visit. The tech was nice enough but even after I showed her a picture of what I want my nails to look like in shape, it isnt what I got. Not to mention, my natural nail has been cut from the nail bed on a few of the nails and they hurt. Most of the nails are pointing off to the side. I was also not happy to hear that I would be charged extra for a specific shape of the nail...what?. Not likely that I will return.

FYI - You should call ahead for a reservation!!! I called around 12:15 pm, and got a 1 pm appointment today for my first pedicure visit to Anvy Nails. I love the quiet, elegant surroundings - no TV in the pedi room!! The comfy chair gave me a back massage while I got my feet pampered. The basic pedi included a nice foot and leg massage, and the tech, Gwen, did a great, careful job on my nails and cuticles. They take credit cards for payment for the service, but only take tips in cash - there is no place to put a tip on the credit card slip. Regarding other low-rated reviews, I dont think its fair to downgrade them because you failed to call ahead to check for availability. To arrive 20 minutes before closing and expect an hour service is unfair to the staff.

I am very disappointed. I am a regular customer and I had to stop going for about 2 months due to some family issues. I was FINALLY able to go back today and I was blessed to get off work early. Usually they are closed by the time I get off at 7:30.I called in about 5:15 to see if they had any openings for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The young lady that answered stated that she did not think there were any openings. What upset me is that she didnt even attempt to ask and see if anyone could accommodate me. I explained my situation and she just kept saying mhmm, never apologized or anything. She did at least tell me my tech Kay wasnt there anymore. I am really saddened by this level of customer service. Sadly I will not be going back.

Beautiful place but was very disappointed went in to get nails and toes done and was told had to make a appointment. When I go to a nail shop it’s because I need my nails done that day not to make a appointment so I would suggest y’all let everyone know online on your advertisement that y’all are appointment ONLY so that don’t happen to anyone else.

Many things went wrong for me1-My technician spoke in her language to other workers while doing my pedi. I find this rude2-My technician used the foot razor on me. They are illegal3-Was not allowed to tip on my credit card. It’s 2019..catch up with the times!

Yes it is clean. I went to get a pedicure after work and was turned down because it was 20mins until closing. So my $$ was not good enough for them!! I have recommended my co workers to patronize them and I will be sure to let them know how I was treated they will stop going as well. You can throw my kit away because Im not doing businesses with them again. INSULTED

We couldnt get the services we wanted, and the techs while mostly friendly did not know how to customize a set of nails. Prices were super high as well! I spent 93 on a set of nails and basic manicure.

I was given a gift certificate for a spa pedicure and was honestly really impressed when we walked in. It’s a brand new nail salon with beautiful pedi area with top of the line chairs and beautiful water feature. Staff was kind and did a great job on my pedi. Will be coming back to try my first dip mani next week.
