This is my first time here and I will definitely be back! Not only are my nails amazing the environment is wonderful. It’s so nice to not only get amazing nails but have a good time while being there. Tyler is amazing but the whole staff is friendly and just amazing people.

First time going to Fancy Nails but I’ll definitely be back. They were able to squeeze both my mom and I in today. Neither one of our services felt rushed. Peter did my nails and they turned out amazing. I tried out a different place 2 weeks ago and the pink nails are what they gave me the shape and filing were horrible. Peter was able to fix them so well it looks as if I got a new full set (the blue with butterfly’s)

Went in on a Saturday evening, Holly got me right in and did exactly what I wanted and was so nice! Travel 30 mins and definitely will be going back! Prices are perfect and so are the people. 10 out 10!

The salon is very clean and inviting. Its been busy both times that Ive been in, which means they must be doing something right. I get the dip powder manicure and they have tons and tons of colors to choose from.Perla is wonderful. She listens to what I want and is very helpful with suggestions for my thin nails. She is very nice, takes her time, and does a great job. She is also very gentle...all the thin nailed ladies will understand how important that is. I will definitely be going back.

Such a bad experience! First thing to happen is they tried to switch nail techs midway through appointment, which I didn’t appreciate and I asked other woman just finish putting on acrylic at least???? So she rushed to do so and my nails were terrible. Very uneven and different sizes. Owner had to remove nails and do them himself. Here is result..So under satisfied. Only had 3 days and I want to remove. If you aren’t a $100+ client it seems they don’t care as much.

Editing my review, I went back again because this is the only place in Winchester that actually takes their time, doesn’t rush, has given me the best shaped coffins I’ve received, and they’re the cleanest nail salon I’ve seen in Winchester. I went to elegant nail spa right before coming here to Fancy nail spa and they fixed my nails and did a wonderful job! Thank you Christy & Tyler!! Arrived w/o an appt and was seated promptly. The associates were very friendly. Don’t judge this place by the outside, it’s great quality inside. Thoroughly enjoyed my pedi.

First time here an everyone seems very nice an professional. Pearl was my nail technician an she was great. The gentleman that welcomes you at the door is very welcoming. I will come back.

I really had a great first experience at Fancy Nails. Peter did a great job on my nails and feet. He did exactly what I wanted done to my nails. I REALLY enjoyed my V.I.P deluxe pedicure. It’s totally worth getting. I will return!

My grandmother and I used to go here but stopped a few years ago due to poor quality and service. We got a tip off that owners had changed so we decided to try again. So happy we did!! The store is super clean. Quality products. Extremely pleasant staff. We will be continuing to come here.

I specifically asked for grey oval shaped nails with a lowercase case on the middle finger. as you can see, non of that is right. My friend asked for black short with a c on the middle finger and did not get that. from watching others around us, we can see that these ladies did not even do the process of our nails right and were very quick to do it. I recommend not coming here unless you want something very simple and don’t really care what your nails look like :)

Very nice, the lady who did my nails was super gentle and clean with the way she did nails. I wish you couldn’t see under the nail but that’s okay. I still love them. $55

Will definitely be coming back. Was nervous because of some reviews but it was great. I was a walk in and they took me as soon as I got there. It was very clean and nice inside. Peter did amazing! Love them.

Peter did my nails… my nails are uneven, streaky, and no top coat on one of my hands. Told me to wash my hands proceed to walk outside and smoke a cigarette DID NOT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS!! I asked for the most simplest nails ever pink with a sparkle polish on my ring fingers. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!

Been to multiple shops in Winchester and this is the first one that has been an excellent experience all around. The environment is welcoming and always friendly as I was greeted immediately and taken care of right when I walked in the door. Nail technicians are all professional, knowledgeable in their craft, friendly, and most importantly very clean! Tyler, the owner is always upbeat and makes you feel like you are at home and part of the family, which for a man walking into a nail shop is important because I have no clue what I’m doing lol. A+!!! I will recommend this shop to any of my friends and I will 100% be a repeat customer!

My friend and I decided to come here after reading all the great reviews but it was extremely underwhelming. We both got full sets and it was very rushed and sloppy. She barely shaped the nails so they were square and chunky. There was also acrylic left on the bottom of the nails that they never cleaned up. The design was ok but she only painted it on once and never went back in to clean it up so the lines were very shaky and sloppy looking. Not worth the $70, def recommend Magic Nails instead!

I have been coming here for almost a year now. After the first visit I was so pleased that this is the only place I will come to. I have never been disappointed with any of my nail sets.

I had my regular nail place I went to for years. I needed an earlier appointment time one day and tried fancy nails since they were the only ones open early. I had Jessica my first visit and she was awesome! Very polite, willing to help and great to chat with! This will now be my go to nail place!!

I’ve been coming to Fancy nails for @ 6 months now and I absolutely love how they are able to do a wide variety of nails and nail designs/techniques. Pearl does phenomenal pedicures and Tyler and Jessica both have by far exceeded my expectations when doing nails. They have great personalities are very welcoming.

Jessica was amazing. I was very scared to have a Pedicure to my ugly feet, but she made those tootsies ship shape in an hour! I was also fortunate enough to get the manicure to follow and 3 weeks later Im here leaving a comment and still enjoying the beauty of my now strong (previously weak) nails! No chips and color still as vibrant as when I left. I wont even start on how awesome my toes still are. I hope no one cares about this, because I hope to have any availability to Jessica in the future, especially a week before our Labor day vacation. I should probably schedule an appointment! :)

I know I wrote an amazing review before but the next time I went it was awful. Not only did the gentlemen doing my nails not listen when I said I didn’t want them a true point he also filed my natural nails so far in it was painful to move my fingers. And the application of the acrylic looked like a two year old did it with how many bumps in it there were. I wish I took a picture before I went and spend another $15 to take them off because of how bad they hurt once I left.

Im very satisfied with the way my nails look, the atmosphere is great and upbeat. couldnt ask for better 🖤they also use completely brand new and sterile tools!

I went here after hearing and seeing all the great reviews but I’m very irritated and disappointed with my nails. The tech seemed very rushed and was not allowing the gel UV lamp to complete its timed cycle before continuing. My gel nails chipped literally hours after I left the salon, when gel is actually supposed to last about 2 weeks. I’m not sure what happened on this trip since everyone else seems to have had a great experience, but I feel like I just wasted money.

Ive tried this place out 4 times. I will not be going back. I had Peter do my nails twice. Do Not go to him. Hes very rough and rushes. The quality was poor and sloppy. I also had a lady that really struggled with doing ombre nails. She redid them twice and they were very think and bulky. I am not pleased with the quality of the work.

They are the best in the city they get me right for every occasion like photo shoot, birthday they do and try they best to give you what you asked for they satisfied me every time I would recommend them to the whole city 💅🏼 They are fun 🧖🏿‍♀️It’s always a peaceful and joyful environment 💆🏿‍♀️💯

Made an appointment and still had to wait 45 mins for my turn. I asked for cheetah print on my ring fingers, and I am very disappointed with how she did the cheetah print. The lady did not clean her area after she got done with the person before me. Also, no social distancing at all and tons of people without masks on.

Some of the workers are nice. I went in and one of the workers was sleeping in the chair next to me, then woke up and did my nails so rough and sloppy. Then he wouldn’t tell me to change into the dryer he would smack my hand or the dryer itself. Was truly disappointed. They used to be so much better.

I use to go here all the time. The employees were great but they would take so many appointments we always waited more then 30 minutes with an appointment. I gave this place another chance tonight and itd awful. Hot as hell inside, lady was not friendly. Sloppy job and rushed out before we were dry. The owner is a great guy but really needs to focus not only on the gorgeous unique nail designs they can do but the basic services as well. Will go somewhere else from now on.

My husband and I visited fancy nails while we were mini vacationing in Winchester. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I watched them do fantastic and beautiful designs on long acrylic nails. I have natural short nails and I got a gel manicure ($45) and I showed them a picture....... yikes. I will post a picture of what I showed vs my nails. Also..... one of my nails already chipped and I went yesterday.. kind of sad about it. The pedicure was really relaxing. No complaints there.Thinking maybe this place just specializes in acrylic. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The first male technician was aggressive and did not ask what I wanted however another technician spoke up for me and corrected the type of manicure I had requested. Ultimately the technician who took over did a great job and help me get the color I wanted.

The stars are for the ability to do nail designs that others salons can’t. A few of my nail accessories fell off within a couple of days and some nails were slanted. This place could do better with their dusting.

Made an appointment but wasnt attended to for 30 minutes. I had someone ask me what design I wanted when I came in, but then was ignored for half an hour as other appointments came through and were seen. Not really sure why they take appointments if they dont bother being on time. It also smelled particularly toxic in the salon like it wasnt properly ventilated.

I called last minute to get a pedicure the day of my gender reveal. They got me right in and they are quick but efficient. The massage was so relaxing, it was definitely needed. I have nerve damage in my one toe so I asked my technician to be gentle and he was super gentle like requested. And the place is super clean and beautiful ! I definitely recommend and their prices are fair. 5 stars 😁I had Peter as my technician and he was super gentle and did a great job with my French manicure

Although I have to travel a little further than normal for a pedicure, let me tell you it’s worth the trip! My feet are happy, my pocketbook is happy and I strongly believe that I will be a permanent customer !

I went in to get my nails done two days ago. The guy who did my nails rushed me to pick my color, huffed n puffed at me the whole time, was super rough, didn’t make my nails even, and didn’t wash his hands after coming in from smoking a cigarette to do my nails... He didn’t talk to me, he slapped the thing you put your nails into to dry them, and would tap my hand when he was done with it and needed the other hand.

Just moved here and was looking for a good nail place and found this one hands down amazing. Jessica did my nails and is amazing. They are all so sweet there and make you feel like family. Please if your in need come see Jessica thanks again sweetheart.

I am SO disappointed in this business. i went there just ab a week ago. the lady who did my nails put WAY TO MUCH ACRYLIC ON MY NAILS. im sitting here trying to soak my ring finger off due to the pain im in right now. the acrylic is lifting my nail bed up and the pain is AWFUL TRYING TO REMOVE THIS NAIL. not to mention they overcharged me over 120$ will NOT be going back.

I’m 8 months pregnant & they made me feel like a million bucks again with just a basic pedicure & dip powder tips. The ladies there were fun & sweet & the environment was very welcoming & clean. I even fell in love with the design the lady did that I’ll come back for when I have my wedding day. Will definitely be going back.
