Jessica did such a great job with my nails! Exactly what I wanted. I come here often and always feel so welcomed!

Was given an appointment, I got there on time, the nail tech I asked for had another guy file the top coat then they had me soaking my nail in acetone for 30minutes and didn’t bother to check on me. While the nail tech was doing a full set on another costumer. Why give appointments if you are not going to respect your clients time?? If you don’t have time, and your next client arrives be courteous and let them know your running behind on time to let them decide if the want to wait or not. or be honest and say you can’t do them 😡😡 Told them I was leaving because I had already been there 40minutes and no one was checking on me and another lady came and rushed through filing my nails. I have acrylic all over my hands and was still charged

First off they got new owners… what happened to the old ones because I NEED to find the old ones!!? Second off… I go to get my eyebrows done and the lady is doing my eyebrows. She then proceeds to get wax in my eyelashes, to the point I could barely open my eye!!! And here’s the best part… when I open my eye she has the audacity to say “oh no close your eye, just wait” like WHAT?!?! I have wax in my eyelashes and can barely open my eye!!! She also didn’t even try to get it out, she just kinda left it. Someone please tell me what happened to the old owners so I can get them to do an actual good job!:)

Without a doubt, Natural Nail Spa has the friendliest & most incredibly talented techs in the Winchester/NOVA area(especially Sam, Stephanie & Johnny!). Theyre reasonably priced, recently renovated and SUPER-CLEAN & SANITARY. They accept advance & same day appointments as well as walk-in clients. Ive been searching for a nail salon of this caliber for YEARS... Im so happy to have FINALLY found them & will now be a devoted client for many years to come! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Was my 1st time but wont be my last time there. Johnnys nail technical skills are awesome. He doesnt talk much.Sam did my pedicure and let me tell you, it was better than any other pedi Ive ever had. She was very talkative, which I loved. Shes definitely like me, a people person. She pushed me out of my color comfort zone for my toes. She chose blue and I absolutely love it!I highly suggest you give them I try!

2nd time here and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! 4 HOURS AND LEFT VERY UNHAPPY and paid $90 for what looks like unfinished nails. One of the owners even started throwing/breaking things (child like fit) with children in the shop. Guess Ill be looking for a new place

This place is very very clean, and there are endless color options. Johnny did an excellent job. He took his time and made sure you’re satisfied with his work. I highly recommend this nail place to everyone!

Just save yourself the headache. My friend and I came here for pedicures and they didn’t even greet us until after we’d been there for 10 minutes or so. Then they begin the pedicures and don’t open any new/clean tools, they don’t speak the entire time, not asking if you’re comfortable or anything, I was never even asked if I wanted my nails trimmed she just trimmed them all the way down to the skin on her own. Was not a good experience at all. She was more focused on the employee conversations than my feet and that was evident due to how many times she kept looking up and away from my feet to listen. I really hate wasting money and this was a total waste of money, would never recommend.

I found my the best nail place in town. The job they do is not only good, This place always super clean and they sanitize their equipment which is extremely important for me. Highly recommend to everyone!

Loved the Natural Nails! One of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The place was clean, the employees were polite, lots of colors to choose from, and I never felt rushed even though the place was busy.

First time I had my nails done there for a long time. She left nail polish on my skin on the side of my nails and when I went back in to ask them to remove it one of the girls said that it was oil based and then after a few washes it would wash off my skin but I said that looked like something my granddaughter would do so I had them remove it. I just had my tips painted and when they went to trim the tips from the rest of my nail it was poorly done in the corners of them were not cleaned with the polish and the nails were not evenly proportioned. From end to end of my nails the polish was not completely covered. I am trying to call them to have them redo my nails and for $45 and five dollarstip I do not think it was worth it. I will return to Diamond nails as they do a complete and perfect job every time.

Pedicure great! But the nail tech the older woman TERRIBLE! Can’t do nails rushing don’t wait for gel to dry don’t shape good. Just TERRIBLE! Will NEVER go again!!!!

My first time at Natural Nails & Spa today was great! I had my appointment with Johnny and he did amazing on my ombré nails! I changed the shape to almond, something I’ve never done before and they turned out amazing! Will definitely be back!

Got a fill and it’s messed up completely, made all nails crooked, all nails have nail polish sloppily underneath nails, rose price from 30$ to 45$. Service done in 20 minutes, did not take their time at all. Do not recommend at all.

Very clean and upgraded well, however the techs they have now are very poor in their work. I’ve stopped going here after 2 years because I’m tired of chipping and cracking of nails within two days of paying a large amount. If you don’t have Jessica do your nails you might as well keep in mind they will not last. I miss the old crew.

They cut a piece of meat out my toe than acting as if they didnt know what was happening than the lady said why she so angry . Very disrespectful and unprofessional Was very disappointed NEVER AGAIN.

I went in to get my nails done and they told me on the phone it was going to be one price and then once it was done, in gel polish when I specifically asked for regular polish, they charged me $15 more than I was told. When I asked them about it he told me he could take the gel polish off and redo it but it would have an additional cost for the redo. They did really well, however it is super unprofessional to tell a client your charging one price and then charging them more because you put the wrong kind of polish on.

The best place for nails in Winchester!

Ive been going to Natural Nails for nearly 3 years. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. It is clean, classy and the staff is wonderful! I love them all, but Cathy does my nails. She is patient, kind and very talented. They are very busy and i would recommend making an appointment. The service is definitely worth trying out. I think the prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I love this place!!! I am a regular, I’m there every two to three weeks depending how rough I’ve been on my nails. I’ve been going for a year now! And the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is great! Beautiful place! Super clean! Downside, always super busy! But definitely worth the wait if you go in without an appointment. And defiantly worth the price!

I have been coming here for a very long time. Used to be the best place in town. Yesterday I came in and had to wait while I saw other walk-ins taken first. The tips that I had put on starting separating from my real nail last night. THREE times during my time there women came in to have their nails corrected. Not sure what is happening. Used to be worth the money...I’ll go back to my old place.

I got acrylics for the first time and the woman who did them was patient and explained the process to me as she was working on it. I got nicked a few times but i really dont mind. The cat eye nails look amazing and are totally worth the $5. :)

Ive been going here for a couple of years and couldnt be more pleased. The nail techs here are great! Jessica is the nail technician I ask for because she really knows her profession! She can do anything I’ve asked her to do, all I do is show her a picture or explain what I want and she does it. She is also a really nice person. Have always had a pleasant experience here.

I had heard extremely good things about this nail salon, so I decided to drive the 30 minutes to see what they were all about. Let me say this, as soon as you walk in you know that youre in a friendly atmosphere. Super sweet nail technicians, theyre gentle and communicate with their customers which always adds to the experience. My nails turned out beautifully, and the overall visit won me over. This will be the nail salon I go to from now on!

Okay I went in for a pedicure and full set. This place was recommended to me by a colleague and so I thought I would try it. First during the pedicure they were filing my toes really hard where it burned. Then I noticed after using a pumice stone On my feet they handed it off to another nail artist to use on someone else. I’ve never seen anything like that and it seems really unsanitary and unsafe. It made me wonder what if the one they used on me wasn’t clean. Then came my manicure (yes I can’t believe I stayed after the stone) but I really needed it done. I had 3 different women doing my fingernails through the process which seemed wierd to me as well. Then at the end I had bubbles on my nails and the lady told me that I was “not seeing it right” but there was a lady that said she seen them and she somewhat fixed it for me. She did her best. I just had a lousy experience. Maybe they were having a bad day but the pumice stone is what really worried me the most. This is just to inform not to bash the place. I haven’t been in so long so i don’t know what’s normal but I’m pretty sure that’s not.

This place is great but it really depends on who does your nails. When I first started going there, I had several different techs do my nails and I wasn’t very impressed. Bryant does a great job, so I learned to always call for an appointment with him and I’m never disappointed. Prices are reasonable.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I have been going to Elite Nails for years, but they are always difficult to get into. I needed a pedicure before Saturday & they were once again unable to accommodate so I called Natural Nails. Not only were they able to fit me in, this place is hands down ten times better than Elite. The atmosphere is fantastic, the place is huge, my pedicure looks incredible, and the techs all speak English. I will only be coming here for my nail needs!

I chose the supreme pedicure and for what I got Im wondering what the basic wouldve been. My toenails looks pretty but for $45 .. barely a massage and no special paraffin dips or anything

I have been going here for years now & have loved all my technicians! My favorite now is Jessy & my moms is Meme. I will say for the past two days I have called many times to make an appointment and there has been no answer. So that’s sad I hope they are still in business. It’s not like Stephanie not to answer the phone. I also loved David I had him at two different salons it’s very sad he is gone. But Jessy is absolutely amazing! She does perfect Ombré!

I have tried many nail salons across town, and none have beat Natural Nails! Theyre friendly and except walk-ins and most importantly their price that is listed it what youll pay! Everytime I go there I end up loving how my nails turn out!

I didn’t have to wait, so that’s a plus. However, I found a few of the staff to be filled with sarcasm. I got my nails done somewhere weeks ago prior to coming here and they asked who did them. I told them and they were surprised by the cheap price. Then the tech asked me did I want my nails done. I said no not for 55.00. She laughed and said well that’s your choice why didn’t you go to them for your pedicure. Then I asked them about how good do they do eyebrows (which I think is proper). Once I asked to get them done the tech said “are you sure, seems like you don’t trust us”. They began to get busy when I was in there and a black woman walked in and one tech asked did she have an appointment. The lady replied no. The tech said we’re busy. 10 minutes later a few white ladies walked in and they asked them what services did they want. Not fair. Won’t go back. By the way my pedicure was 44.00 for gel polish with lotion. At that price I usually get lemons or something in the water lol. My eyebrows turned out great too. They are overpriced.

I came here expecting a great set of a acrylic nails for a reasonable price they promised on the phone. When I ended up going the place was crowded, the woman rushed when doing my nails and did not get the edges at all. Very sloppily done. I paid an unbelievable price of $58 and I was up charged for every service I asked for and a week later one nail completely falls off (not even my own fault) and when I call (stupidly) to reschedule an appointment and tell them about my broken nail they proceed to tell me that “they would be the judge of that” when I asked if it would be free of charge to replace my broken nail. So obviously I didn’t go back. And I went to Top Nails on Berryville pike and had the best experience of my life!

I have gone to natural nails a handful of times now. The first time I went I got a brand new set and was charged $63. Never in my life have I been charged that much for a full set of acrylics. ( maybe they thought they could take advantage of me because I’m young?) I always make an appointment when I go, and I always end up waiting at least a half hour after my scheduled appointment before I get taken. I’ve never had nails fall off as often as they do after getting service here. It’s the most expensive salon I’ve been to, with the poorest quality nails.

First experience, they kept to the appt time and got my friend and I started right away. Quality of work was really good!

They are quick and they do it to your satisfaction. The environment is delightful and cozy. I would tell my friends about this place.

I had a terrible experience here I went to have my nails filled and asked the woman to not cut my nails and to keep the same shape I have been working on growing them out enough to have the almond shape and they were exactly as I wanted them to be. She did not cut them but she filed them so short and completely changed the shape and I continued to try and tell her that this was not correct but she did not understand and was getting frustrated with me. Later that day I returned and another girl said she would fix them but treated me as if this was my fault. She filed my nails so close to the skin it hurt and barely filed half of them. They did not offer me any kind of compensation or discount and I just felt that their customer service was awful I was very upset because the only way to correct this now will be to pay for a whole new set or wait for my nails to grow out. I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone else.

First time I made and appointment and they didn’t take me and my sisters and we were waiting thirty mins. But they took people in that came after us so we left. A year later I went in there they did amazing work and I tip then $5 extra. The next time I went in there the lady rushed my nails then forgot to put the marble like I asked her in the beginning. She got the paint on my skin but missed the sides of my fingersnails I didn’t tip this time and I’ve gave them chances so I’m not going back.

After waiting for 30 mins, a woman came who must be friends with one of the nail techs was started right away even though I had been waiting and I heard her tell the tech she didnt have an appointment. The tech said its ok in Spanish thinking no one would understand...guess its a good thing I studied Spanish for 6 years. I left and wont try here again. Idc how good you are at what you do if your customer service is poor

I had a horrible experience. i was not asked what shape i wanted at all, the nail lady didnt ask me anything at all, she didnt even greet me. when i told her that i wanted coffin shaped nails she was complaining to the other nail techs. she then told me that next time theyll be better.. i paid $38 for no DAMN REASON

If I could give a zero rating I would. I usually get a rounded shaped nail and they messed them up, they arent even, then I had to pay 5 dollars to get the shape I originally had . bad experience all together .

I usually have a good experience depending on who I have. The older lady is very rude to me, belittles me about my body and doesn’t do anything I want her to do on my nails or makes a comment on what I want being too much for her to do. Other than that I usually have a good experience.

Got mad my mom complained ONCE she was hurting her nail during appointment and she throws the file onto the table and tells her to do it yourself IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT SOMEBODYS MOM?? LET ALONE A PAYING CUSTOMER!! She proceeded to walk to the back pulling up her hair as if she was gonna fight us!! LOL. Wish she would have tried. Same post as their fb...First of all this was one of the places I would normally go to as some of my clients do too. well this past week I got my old nails removed, new set, fresh right, welp, the other day while I was working doing hair 3 of my nails broke completely in half. I didnt even notice until I cashed my client out and used the computer. called talked to stephanie. she said they would still charge me per nail since its been a week. NEVER have I had my nails do that. ok thats fine. but I charged me atlmost 50 dollars rushed me on my service and still want to charge me to fix. ok.. I dont mind paying but its been only about a week. seriously. so if you want your appointment to be rushed. sit for like 30 min to get your nails started and then have people interrupt your service. then this is the place to go Ive given then a change again and again. Im not one to fuss but that was my last straw with this place. took almost an 130 my I got my last set to get done and out of that place. P.s you can get better service and pedicures elsewhere. heres a pic btw completely off.

I came here almost a week ago with my friends, and the guy who did my friend’s nails was rushing and didn’t take his time at all, and she had paint all around her nails so we made him do it again, AND THERE WAS STILL PAINT ON HER SKIN. not to mention my other friend was waiting patiently to get hers done, and then these 2 girls came in and the technician took both of them right away! then to top it all off, 2 days after i had gotten them done both of my nails broke off. for them to do nails so terribly, their prices should not be that high. would NOT recommend .

I just visited this salon & am officially hooked!! Ivy the Nail Technician is AMAZING & I will get the names of the pedicure technician because she was also wonderful! I know she used to work at the mall and came there and she is muy excellente:) even the sweet girl who greets you & the gentleman that helped soak my nails! I wasnt in the mood to have my nails done because Ive just not been having any luck since moving up here. There was another salon I had tried a few times before this one I think magic nails maybe idk its right beside a 711 and mattress store and in front of the Hilton garden inn but they just are NOT good!! But my husband found this place & put me in the car & made me go lol and Im so HAPPY he did!!! Not only is it a beautiful huge salon with tons of colors but they also specialize in natural nails as well as acrylic and I love love the natural nails aspect and thats what I did!!! Ivey you are amazing and Im so happy to be your client now & to all of you there I will tell everyone about this salon because you deserve the praise! Beautiful work and Ive had nothing but compliments on my hands and feet!!! This is the place to go to be pampered and treated like a queen!!!:) and the variety of colors they have AMAZING!!! I will only use this salon from here on out & will bring my whole family to use them as well they are that good!!
