Came for a full set, pedi, and eyebrows before my baby girl arrives in a few weeks. I am so happy with the work done! I WILL be back! Also love that they were NOT over crowded and I had minimal wait time.

I consider this to be the best nail place in town. Im always happy with nails. Clean and relaxing.

I went to this nail salon for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised by the selection of color, and the impeccability of the nail tech that I had. I highly recommend this salon especially for people that have out of the ordinary nail designs.

Dear Lord it was the best manicure/pedicure I have ever had!! The pedicure is so amazing, I got the lavender pedicure and my nail tech did such an incredible job! She really took the time to care for feet and toe nails! When she did my manicure I was blown away at how professional she was at painting my nails! She even gave me a shoulder rub and back massage while my gel nails hardened under the uv light! This is the place to go if you want your nails done right!

After continuing to patronize this place for over 2 years I am finally done! Don’t bother making an appointment ahead of time because you can almost be certain when you show up ON TIME for your “scheduled appointment” the technician will have someone else in the chair. Although this happened more often than not, the final straw was when I witnessed a customer walk in 5 minutes before I did for my appointment, and sure enough the technician I had an appointment with was just starting on the customer’s nails. Several times prior to the last incident, she was halfway through or nearing the end of the customer’s manicure, so I patiently waited. At times, she would have another employee remove my old polish and I would sit while she finished up. Also several times, I would overhear customers calling to schedule appointments and they would repeatedly give the same time to every caller?! Their tools were never sanitized in front of clients also, and I would often think I should ask if I should bring my own.. poor, poor business practices all around!!

It took way too long for a simple acrylic and gel manicure.

First time going here but definitely will not be the last! I got a gel mani and the green tea pedicure and it was absolutely phenomenal! Andrew, who was my nail tech did an amazing job and took his time! I was there at 9:30 when they opened and left at 11:45. The pedicure itself does not even compare to the rest of the nail salons in this area and the customer service is out of this world! While my mani was drying they gave me a back massage which again was amazing. I will definitely be back to work with Andrew again! Thank you for such a relaxing and pleasant morning!

This was the first time I have ever been to this nail salon. I have to say I am very picky after going to the same place for years before moving to VA. I did have an appointment and even after I arrived I did wait ten more minutes but they were very obviously busy and understaffed. The lady was very quiet, working on my nails(got a fill), not very talkative but thats ok, she did an EXCELLENT job and never once made me feel rushed. I also got a Green Tea pedicure... Wow!!! Amazing, relaxing and absolutely wonderful. My total did come slightly higher than the previous nail salon I went too but my nails look amazing and my feet feel, literally, like I was walking on clouds. I will definitely be back in two weeks to get fill and another amazing pedicure. If you want total relaxation... This is place. Thanks Ladies and one man for a great experience. Fyi... Make an appt. Lots were turnt away due to timing.

I’m in love with this place. Such wonderful pedicures, especially with the included massages. But my one suggestion to them, please put on a classical station instead of the one song on repeat. I just bring earphones. Highly recommend after going almost everywhere else in Winchester.

Been to this salon before. They rush you. Have to get as many customers in as they can. Manicure was bad. They use to massage your arms and hands but not any more yet prices are the same. Children running around. Not sure they sterilize their instruments. I had to leave before my manicure was complete as my fingers were bleeding. They should be reported!!

Okay guys, just keep in mind I have NEVER been to any sort of these places before BUT..... TINA was exceptionally proficient in EVERYTHING she did for me. It was even some of the extra small things she didnt have to do was just great. She was so gentle, mindful, as well as caring about what I would like and not like. I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to ANY MALE/ OR FEMALE there was no wait of any sort and they were extremely professional. I cant say or thank them enough for all their hard dedicated work. If I could give more than 5 I would !!!!

Never again! I came in for an appointment, I was asked to wait 10 minutes, 30 minutes later I was still waiting and someone who came in after me without an appointment was seen first. I guess because she was having more services done? I walked out and won’t be back! Completely unprofessional, rude, and a huge waste of my time. Will not go back again

I wish I knew about this place sooner! The techs really take the whole mani/pedi experience to a new level. The techs took the time and effort to ensure that we received world class service. This was one of the few times that I didnt feel rushed or delayed in order to fill more seats. Ill be back for sure.

Very neat and clean. Good selection of colors, custpmer service and neck massage as well with mani-pedi.

Called ahead for appt, still had to wait over 30 minutes. Basic pedi with just plain polish was $30 plus tax! Will not be back!

Had a nice experience. Got regular polish, only lasted 2 days before chipping.

I only come to places like this for my fiancé today I decided to get a pedicure of my own and this place was phenomenal service laughing with us broken English but understood what was being said took their time and didnt rush nor complain while doing it... would return but its not my cup of tea fiancé and aunt will be returning more than once definetly would recommend!

I went this evening after work at 6:12...they are open. However they wouldnt take my business since I wanted acrylic nails. They require an hour to do so...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got there around 4pm and no one else was in the salon .. got pedi which was nice but my moms polish looks horrible and like a child painted them as well as the old polish still smeared on sides of her toes. At 615 still waiting to have my nails finished and left without polish bc guy was so slow!! And he was rough - as paying lady sitting at front counter cleaning her sons ears! Just gross!!!

In am in town looking at houses as we are relocating from Charlottesville- I walked in around 5:30 pm on a Sat, there was two other people in there so I was a bit nervous, the young lady did not really talk due to her broken English, however the pedi I received was fantastic!

Excellent service!! They spoil you and are by far the best nail salon Ive ever visited!!

Love this place.

When I got home and saw my toe nails I freaked out. I actually had to clean out the nail bed and under, clip my toe nails because they were misshapen and to long, and remove the polish because it looked like a child had done a finger painting. Not an easy task for a 9 month pregnant woman. I was so upset.
