Decent price. If you get your car washed, they will give you a self-service wipe to clean your dashboard and complimentary self-service vacuum. The wipe left very visible and unsightly water stains on my dashboard monitor. I would recommend not to use it on any electronic screens.

This is my favorite car wash! Its right around the corner from my house which makes it super convenient but also they do a great job on my car plus even driving in they have a giant mirror up in front of you so you can watch your car tire go directly into the track its never scratched my car and I love the free vacuuming. They offer subscription service for car washes so if you live local in the area I highly recommend this place!!!!

15. Quik wash n dry spot on Mission in Hayward! Nice clean facility that can be really crowded on Saturday and Sundays but worth it! You go thru get it washed & the guys dry it off(pls. Tip!) then you get to finish (vacuum,windows etc.) yourself!

Confusing in the beginning.no live person to help you. But after pushing one of the buttons I got my car wash. Very nice. Was able to vacuum my car and the vacuum did an excellent job. I will comeback.

Great idea and friendly service but a few issues.Hand drying is not that thorough. I seen some folks wipe down there cars in the vacuum area with their own towels they brought.I paid for the top package that was supposed to include tire dressing but they only applied it on small part of the tire and not the whole tire.The only advantage to this place is its quick but youll still need to dry your own car.

For a drive thru car wash, it really did a good job cleaning the exterior of my car. Definitely worth the price when compared to other drive thru carwashes.

I got the basic wash for 10 bucks, and I was extremely satisfied. They have a ton of self serve vacuums, and excellent service.

My biggest complaint is they have to start cleaning the windows with towel specially just for windows because it’s leaving residue all over the windows and a nasty film all over the window other than that I’m OK.

You start at an automated ordering machine where you choose your wash. I got the $10 basic wash. Then you pull up to the main wash where you get dashboard wipes. Theres a large mirror on the ceiling so you can see where your tire needs to go. Two people scrub the car before it goes through. At the end, two more people towel dry your car.The price of the wash and the service is great. They also have vacuums. Most places like this dont have towel dryers at the end.

I like going to this place cause its so easy to go wash your car..they even give you wipes and for the price..its pretty fair. They have stalls for you to vacuum your vehicle yourself and its really roomy that you can have your doors wide open and still have space to move around

Efficient cleaning. I always go best wash. Nice vacuums to use after too. Very powerful. Not weak suction. Windows leave minimal streaks, so I have some windex in the trunk to touch it up after.

Nice lil drive-through car wash I frequent when Im in hayward they pre spray and brush down your car before it goes through the machine.And you vacuum after thay wipe it dry..

Soap was left on my Car, I did like the prices and the Service, Free Vaccum after car wash was a nice touch, (10 minute limit)

Its very convenient. Price has increase since I first started going. They use to hand out dash wipes and window wipes now its only dash wipes. I had the monthly service but I discontinued it. They also use to take out time and scrub the cars when you go through, but since business has pick up. Its spray a couple of scrubs an in you go. With that king of service. I can go else where.

They were very good when first openThe price was good and they had a good customer service but nowadays theire price went up and theire customer service went down $14 for extra wash and wheels cleaning and tire dressing but they did not clean the wheels when i asked them to clean the wheels they said the machine already washed it when i told that the machine didnt wash it good they said we dont do detail they also put way too much tire dressing that when I drove back to home my white car had a lot of black oil on both sides of my car so I definitely Will not go there again

With all the car washes around neo is the cheapest one I have been to. Their highest price at the time of My visit was 14.00 dollars.They have vacuums free of charge. There was very few in line at 9am.

Drive-through car wash always on point they have to people that hits a car with the brush then they hidden with the spray then you go to the car wash and when you come out to people wipe you all down I love it

Super super fast service on a Sunday evening. My car is still new so I didnt try out the free vacuums but its good to know thats an option! $10 (used to be $8, bummer) gets you a basic wash through the tunnel, which they guide you into and you leave your car in Neutral so it pulls you through the wash. They give you individually wrapped wipes for the dash and windows, and then hand-towel the moisture off your car after youve gone through the entire tunnel. I saw that they offer an unlimited wash option, which Im definitely going to look into my next visit!

I called and spoke with Kinder and she explained that I should have got the next level wash for $12 and it would have been better. This place has a $25 unlimited wash option. The was and dry is pretty quick but very clean. They give you a wipe for your dash and a wipe for the inside of your windows. they have free vacuuming stations as well which really comes in handy.

Nice place and the monthly subscription is nice. The only issues is the team doesnt properly maintain the brushes. Theres times I see them place the brushes on the floor/ground then use it to scrub your car. This lets the brushes pick up particles that scratch your car. Ive been seeing more micro scratches on my car since these washes but my car is gonna get a paint job anyways. From there Ill cancel my service but dont take a new car to this location because its not worth the scratches...

So I took my brand new car to this place. Long story short my trunk had new scratch’s on it. I know this because my car is new and I know my trunk was not scratched. So I told the women there and she said “We’re not going to do this” in my mind I just purchase my car at the beginning of this month and I know I purchased it with no scratch on the trunk. Idk I guess I’m crazy.

Definitely always great service. From the beginning when they hand you your two wipes up until when they wipe your car dry...but there are times the car drying sucks. Either way, for $34/month I do wish I use this place more. Maybe during the summer!
