Hello, I am a kid but I’m still giving a honest review. I do not recommend going here, when you get your nails done the guy doing it on me got it everywhere. I’m really annoyed, they also were very rude when they were explaining my nail was to small to do a lighting bolt. On some of my nails they missed like a whole corner of my nail such a waste of money my 8 year old sister could do better.

Not a fan giving out 1 star ratings, but this store deserves no more. I was there for a pedicure and in the end I walked out with the same amount of callus as I entered. Just a couple of fancy creams and 10 minute back massage chair for $29. I can still see all the dead skin around the nails as I type this message! Both the store owner and the male care taker were extremely rude and blamed my skin was bad when asked about the callus removal.

I will only go here for my nails. They are consistently good and also quite friendly. I am never disappointed and I often give my friends gift certificates for Vivians.

Worst experience ever!! Horrible customer service. Not even deserving of 1 star. Accused me of having fake nails which I’ve never had and do not currently have. Did not properly remove my dip polish. Very aggressive male worker in there. Very dissatisfied! Will not be returning. Probably the most horrifying experience ever!

Bad paint job. Regret spending my $25 I cant get back
