Got a powder dip on saturday by sunday they were already chipoing and breaking on the corners. This was my first time going to beauty nails. I wont be back!! Ive never had this happen before.

I had a walk-in visit to Beauty Nails last Friday. I asked for a full set with a natural look/color. It was recommended by the nail tech to get gel because said gel will last longer. The color ended up being a pale pink but I went with it because it’s spring and Easter was coming up (and I normally don’t try to make a fuss at such small things). Not even a week later the color was coming off of the tips of the nails and fading into streaks on the nail itself. Two days ago I wake up with literal pain in two of my fingers. Both nails on both fingers were already coming off and raising from the back. I have two nails that are set crooked and practically touching the finger beside it. Also I feel like the back of my nails where they round it out at my cuticles were filed down very thin with the dremel. The service was fast which produced results that I’m just not happy with.

I had an appointment for a fullset. When I came in, there were people ahead of me but the nail technician seated me right away and i got my nail done exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks beauty nails. I will definitely refer more friends to you.

I sent my wife here for her birthday and her nails looked great and she had a good time. her nails were so pretty they made me want to hold her hand all the time.! thanks Beauty Nails.!

I came in on a whim and I’m glad I did. My nail was broken and the tech was able to remove it without any pain. She shaped my nails beautifully and took her time. I will definitely return. The ladies were kind and made sure you were satisfied.

Staff was unfriendly. When we had a question or concern we were dismissed. The quality of work is below acceptable. The nails were not prepped properly, thus leaving bumps under the paint, a few of the nails were applied crooked, 2 of the nails were filled crooked. When asked to fix they denied seeing a problem and continued. The color was almost wrong if it wasnt for another tech halting the manicurist.

They’r awesome on every single way. My daughter recommended this place, so I was kinda skeptical at first but it turned out perfectly. I got a pedicure and a full set which I love them. Highly recommend this place

I just want to clear the air for a few people! I just read a very disturbing review about My Nail Salon. No I wasnt there so I personally dont know what happen, but what I do know an from my personal experience here is this.....these people ARE GREAT, LOVING, CARING INDIVIDUALS! I personally have NEVER had a problem with NONE of them. I have challenged My Nail Tech with difficult nail designs an not once have I been told no or I cant do that. She at least tried every time an to be honest she has done an AMAZING JOB every single time. I would and have recommend anyone to go to Beauty Nails!! I apologize for how you all were treated yesterday because I know you all are AMAZING & WONDERFUL!! An from what my daughter told me about what happen you were not in the wrong at all!! She should have paid what she agreed to pay!! Ill see yall soon! Love you guys an thank you for always treating myself and my daughters with the up most respect! Thank you for always accepting my challenges! 😚 We appreciate your work!

Tricia is absolutely amazing. Walked in an hour and a half before they closed, and they were very happy to help. Tricia was gentle, friendly and not pushy about other services. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was what I expected. Tricia is my new nail lady! The whole staff is very friendly.

Me and my mom go and get our nails done here. We both absolutely love this place. I have never had a bad experience, I’m always treated with the upmost respect. The prices are excellent, the place is always clean, and they always greet with a smile. I would recommend this place to anybody. By the way I will see y’all tomorrow❤️

This place is Horrible now!! My nails were uneven and I pointed out to the girl and she told me I was being difficult and the only way she would fix it was if I paid her more! Then someone else went to fix them but didnt succeed in any way and then I wanted a very some design that somehow got messed up as well! Not to mention the paint itself is messed up where you can see through it in spots!!! The new owners are Horrible and I wound not suggest anyone go to here anymore!!Its a shame! Tyler and his wife (previous owners) were AMAZING! They NEVER mess up the shape or nail its self nor was there a design they could not do no matter how difficult and if u didnt like something or had any questions they had no problem fixing or answering it!I Paid 40$ for nails to look so horrible I literally cried after I left! I havent gotten my nails done in over a year and then these people ruin them and over charge me sadly the woman wanted 50$ but I refused I only gave the 40 because the guy attempted to fix her mess

This place WAS great until new owner ship is awful. It took 3 people to do my nails and they where a mess. I will never go back.

Quick and enexpensive. Ok for simple acrylics. Not very well ventilated and the shop is run down.

They over price me 30 for a full set when the chart on the wall clearly says 25.... I can go around the corner for better quality for 30.. lost a value costumer.

I have been going here for eight years...i drive from front royal....my nails always look amazing.

Unbelievable. I dont know how they stay in business when they treat customers so rudely. The older woman who took my reservation yelled at me and demanded that next time I came, I bring cash. When I suggested that 20 minutes late for a reservation was not appropriate, another nail technician began to yell at me as well and said I could just leave. The poor girl who was doing my nails was shaking. It made me wonder if she was free to leave herself. I will never go back. Terrible place!

Love my nails they did a fantastic job but I was with cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in.

I had a wonderful pedicure, and I am looking forward to going back.
