Absolutely love these! Plus the glow in the dark🥰

The staff at Regal Nails were so kind, friendly and efficient! I opted for the special pedicure for $40 and boy, was it worth it!It was my first time visiting, and I will be a regular customer from now on! The prices are below what other nail salons charge too!

This place is a joke. Do not waste your time! I went in on a Sunday night for convenience. Wanted matte black and glitter on two other nails. Not even 10 minutes after I got home the paint had already chipped on 4 nails. Went back on Monday and she says come back later, ended up getting busy and couldn’t and scheduled to be back Tuesday at a specific time, went in and the owner did my nails and told me the matte color is why it peels because it just isn’t a good choice and basically had me do shiny nails instead. On Thursday my entire pointer finger nail broke off and again this time 6 nails peeling the paint. I work in an office, I type. I don’t do anything strenuous that’s bad or hard on the nails. Tried going in several times to be told to come back later. Spent my money and time and went in five different times. Finally I just went to a diff salon and had an amazing experience and guess what matte black holds just fine when done correctly. Avoid this place like the plaque!! The nails were crooked, uneven, too thin in some spots, and to thick in others.

I had a great experience my nail look incredible and was exactly what I wanted. The lady was joking and making my husband and I laugh and made me feel comfortable and the price was great too

I will never go here again! The got my hands and feet done. She made my toes bleed and cut the side of my finger and completely ignored the fact it was bleeding. The water she put my feet were in was so hot it left my feet extremely red, she than processed to laugh and say that no one else complains its too hot. I couldnt even put my feet in the water it was so hot. It has been three days and the nails are already coming off. One crack in half last night, I will never go here again, I wouldnt waste my time or money with this place!

I have been going there over a year now. Overall I’m happy with there service.

They do not listen to what I tell them to do just takes upon himself to do whatever he wanted never going back

The lady was really nice, good service, my nails look fabulous!! The lady finished my nails within 20 minutes and the cost was at a very reasonable price. I recommend this 100%!!!

I LOVE this place. Tina is my favorite, she always offers amazing service, friendly conversation and my nails look AWESOME. They last for a month (I get the gel manicure over my real nails) at least. The service is always accommodating. Tina has stayed late just to make sure I was able to complete my manicure. Great prices, and I can chill while I’m there...it feels like a treat.

Charlie does an AMAZING job on my nails... And Tina does an AMAZING job on my daughters nails... Plus if you need your eyebrows waxed then go to Tina.. Shes awesome at it!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at the nail salon today. He was very rough. My nails are TERRIBLE and it was very clear I was inconveniencing him. My nails are very sore and burned around the nail. Awful. Just terrible. And I still got charged for this disgusting service! The old man had terrible customer service!!!!!

My pedicure was awesome..done by mangers husband... but have not had good results with nails... but I must say Charlie is wonderful with designs😀

I have made an appointment.I love how they did my mani, but I was not satisfied with the pedi; mine was short when others had a longer time, I work on my feet alot so I was looking forward to it. the person who did my pedi was not gentle it hurt, they rushed to get it done. I will not come back.

Although my nails look good they are not what I asked for. My friend got something completely different than what she wanted. I paid extra, and they did not give me my change. I would not recomend going here unless there was nowhere else to go.

If I could give it zero stars I would... I have never been so rushed before, I went in for a fill and the guy who did it was chugging his energy drink, shaking, and did a horrible job, I said I wanted my nails to look natural, and when it was all said and done I didn’t have any nails pretty much, some were a lot shorter than others and the shape wasn’t even the same... I knew the reviews were bad but I was already in Walmart, but never again.

Do NOT waste your money going here. Id give a negative star rating if possible, this place is the WORST! I witnessed a staff member being rude to an elderly customer. So unprofessional and the manicure/pedicure is the lowest quality Ive ever experienced.

This is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I couldnt believe how sloppy and fast he was. The sad part about it I read all the negative reviews and went anyway out of convenience. Never again!

If I could give this a zero review I would. I went to the salon at 501 Walmart Drive in Winchester, Va and asked for gel nails. I have never gotten my nails done but was told that they were the best kind to get. I expected them to be honest and know what they were doing. that was NOT the case. The guy put superglue on my natural nail and put tips on. Mind you i had no idea that wasnt the way they were supposed to be. I asked for them to be shorter but the tech said its okay. i assumed he would shorten them later. The nails are way tooooo long and soooooooooo thick!!! Some friends said they didnt think i really had gel nails done from the looks of it. so it wasnt until i had access to a computer again that I began to research the process and realized what the tech did was give me acrylics with a gel polish. I was so upset because I can barely do my work they are so long and they look really bad with lots of unevenness and hardly any shine. I went to the salon to as for a refund and explain what i was unhappy about but the manager Chi Kim Dang told me that they use a powder gel. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. She was very nasty and rude to me. She refused to giive me her license number or the tech Pauls license number either. I have reported them to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission as well as the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and the Better Business Bureau. I just wanted my money back. They are fraudulent and dishonest. I think i deserve a refund

DONT recommend it at all. The guy who did my nails rushed through the whole process and didn’t even took the old polish off. I asked him to fix one of the nails that was not straight and gave me attitude back. VERY disappointed.

Was not impressed with gel nail color. Just had a pedicure today with gel nail color. I took off my shoes and part of gel nail color was off pinky toe. Toenails werent painted all the way. Sloppy job needless to say. I could use my nail and could peel the gel polish off my toenails. Toenails trimmed in every direction... no length left what so ever. Needless to say would not recommend this place. They wanna rush get u done and out of there and move on to next 1. My nail tech name was Tina. When called in to speak with manager Tina informed me manager not there... and I proceeded to let her know what happened...and she informed me she would pay for next pedicure. I dont know why they think I would go back... wouldve of liked a full refund... all she could say is next pedicure Ill pay for..
