Unprofessional. Surprised they are still in business. Treated me as though I was a major inconvenience. I accidently smudged the paint on the big toe and you would have thought I insulted him. He used a completely different color than the color i had picked out on the nail samples. New to the area and definitely will not be returning.

Super rushed and sloppy job done on a gel manicure. Will not be going back that’s for sure. Very rude. Could have done better at home with dollar store polish.

I had Cindy aa a nail tech and she was amazing! I had shown her a picture of nails I wanted done and her attention to detail was top notch! I loved that she really took her time to make sure my nails were dome correctly and percise! Best service I have ever gotten from a salon! Will be going back there for sure!

Watched 3 people get pedicures and no cleaning the tubs in between people. Told me to come in as a walk in but still had to wait 30min.Decent nothing special. Nice staff.Wont come back just due to the lack of cleaning in between customers. 🤢

I went here for the first and last time. After just 4 days my gel was chipping and my “coffin” shape was off. My nails have been breaking off every other day . I’ve had to replace 2 . Never again.

Efficient and was able to get me in quickly. He shaped my nails perfect but 3 days after getting them done my right pointer finger nail broke. Hoping to stop by tomorrow and get this fixed… other than that inconvenience, they were very good

Went here for relaxation day from a long work weekend and received very poor service. I didnt even receive a massage she skipped over this step. I wont return or recommend not pleased with services at this establishment. Do better with your customers thats how you get return customers. 1 star for the very lackluster service and quality.

Lily is the best hands down!! Been coming to her for a year and a half on a regular basis and will not go to anyone else for anything! I am so picky about detail, thickness and dont like it when they try to up sell you into the more expensive services 😒... She has never tried any of that! She is very particular and precise! I will and do highly recommend her to anyone who asks where to get their nails or eyebrows done!

This was the worst pedicure of my life! I got a regular pedicure with gel. The woman put the sugar scrub on my legs and then didn’t rinse it off at all with any water!!! She used a dry washcloth to wipe away the sugar and (obviously) left behind lots of sugar. When I complained about this she got me a hot towel, handed it to me, and handed it to me to wipe off myself. The woman giving my husband a pedicure rinsed his legs with water like normal and gave him a hot towel massage at the end as detailed in the product. She then finished painting my nails, used lotion to massage my legs for a few minutes and NEVER massaged my feet. I asked her to grab the menu to show that I was missing the foot massage and hot towel part. She said she already gave me a hot towel and lied saying she had massaged my feet. She then starts yelling in the middle of the store saying fine just leave since I did nothing for you. So unprofessional. No staff did anything for me. We did pay for bad pedicures but I will never return and suggest you don’t either!!! Worst experience at a nail shop ever.

The guy wearing a green shirt was very rude I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and they didn’t even take me. I went to the bathroom for 4min and the lady took some other girl first and I’ve been here since 10:29 waiting and they took everyone before me. You guys need better management and nicer people because their so rude. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. My mom didn’t even get the color she asked for. Their very rude and their service is horrible, their masks aren’t even above their noses.

Traaaaaaaash! Nothing about this place is “elegant” more like ele-can’t because i absolutely cannot with the service provided. The lady was very unprofessional and neglected the fact that I have 2 feet! She only attended to one foot and refused to include all the details in the package I elegantly chose! When I brought up my concerns the response I got was “leave i fight you” and to avoid me going to jail for beating the elegance outta her I got up and paid for the half pedicure I received. I’m still in the process of becoming a changed woman so this was the best way I could have responded to such ignorance. Needless to say, I’ll be posted outside when you get off ma’am. I’m changing, not fully changed. Save your coins ladies and gents and take your business to a more elegant salon!

This rating is an average of the services. The pedicure and the eyebrow waxing were incredible and deserve 5+ stars. However, a different technician did my manicure. She cut my cuticles to bleeding, over filed my nails too short as well as to the point of filing off the color. To top it off less than a week in and 4 of the nail’s dip polish is cracked and coming off. This is with no major activity used and all previous dip manicures I’ve had lasting minimum 3 weeks before having issues. Huge waste of $40.

Had my nails done at a different location on Labor Day, and I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who fixed them up just after 2 days of wear and tear from the crapshoot spot that did them originally they turned out amazing. He changed the bubbled up matte polish, fixed my chipped nail and fixed my crooked nail, all while he airbrushed the white tips on which I was nervous about but he did so good! I am super impressed with the set he did, and highly recommend them if you have a situation like I ran into. I scheduled my appt online as well which was a plus and received a confirmation 2 minutes later hours before my appt.

Amazing service, quality of work and attention to details. Highly recommend. I would also book an appointment with google as the first lace is very busy. Booking makes a difference. They open the door for you.

The facility is unclean and my nail tech was incredibly rough, making me bleed several times. I had to argue with her to perform the service that I asked instead of the pricier service she wanted me to do. My nails look fine but the experience was uncomfortable to say the least and not worth what I spent.

The place is filthy. The chairs are dirty, cup holder on chair tray was crusty. Dirt around edges of the floor. They sprayed Scrubbing Bubbles in the tub but did not wipe it or rinse. Instead filled tub for the next person. The man who did my pedicure didn’t scrub the callus on my heels. Overall I would give them a negative star.

My biggest complaint was that my friend and I were scheduled to have manicures and pedicures. According to their menu a pedicure should last 30 minutes. Our pedicures were done in 15 minutes and they still charged us full price. They also seemed like they were trying to rush us out when I asked what about our manicures. They seemed like they had no idea what I was talking about and I told them we had booked manis and pedis. They rushed us to a station and did quickie manicures and also charged full price. They basically took 25 minutes to do both manicures and pedicures when they advertise it should take about 50 minutes. I get that they had what seemed to be a lot of walk ins but we had scheduled our treatments a couple days earlier. I was underwhelmed by the customer service.

Very clean. Nails came out super good & they were also able to fix the imperfections that the last salon did. They could work a bit more on the ambiance of the place. I would give 5 stars if they could provide more colors and do more designs like the client asks.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I have been going here for almost two years and feel so loved and welcomed by all of the staff. I even tried out some other places when traveling and I always compare to Elegant nails. I will continue to go there to be pampered.

Not worth going to unless it’s your last resort!The male tech (husband do one of the female techs) has by far the worst customer service practices I’ve experienced so far while getting my nails done.My nail trim was slop and choppy, I looks like I bit my nail rather than I nail cutter being used on them. I requested dip powder but he refused to do it stating it makes it difficult to take it off later. When I expressed that the nail salon I went to previous was able to apply the dip to acrylic and take it off without any issue he still refused to apply the dip so I resulted in getting airbrush which didn’t give the same ombré affect that I wanted.When I asked if he could shape my nails some more since they were uneven he responded back condescendingly that he will get to later he’s not done ( when he was done they were still an even)Needless to say I will not be coming back and if I do I will not be having that male tech do my nails again.No wonder the woman he was helping asked to Switch so his wife could do her nails I should’ve said no.

My experience was good I had lily as my tech 😌. My daughter went today 4/25 the guy did a shabby job he didnt soak her hands, polish was bumpy and they werent dry if he was in a rush maybe he shouldnt have taken her and arent you supposed to clean under nails and trim cuticles next time she goes we will wait for someone else 🤔🤦‍♀️

This was the worst nail/salon experience. The techs were incredibly rude and when I declined upgraded services it was all over for me. They made me feel uncomfortable and I could not wait to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The regular pedicure lasted 21 minutes and they did not do half of what the description states.

The lady that did my pedicure (unknown name but had a Bob hair cut) was rude and refused to finish my pedicure. I have pedicures monthly and decided to go with my Niece to have a pedicure and a set of nails. Needless to say I did not do the nails. During the pedicure, the lady was rushing through and did not exfoliate well at all. After I requested her to exfoliate some more, she was plane out rude and refused to finish the job. How embarrassing to treated this way as a customer. Nicely enough the gentlemen doing another customers pedicure had Viana complete my pedicure and did exactly as anyone else would have done without qyestion. Thank you Viana and Jimmy!No one should be treated this way or humiliated!

They were open early, everyone was so friendly and upbeat, great atmosphere, my only complaint is there seems to be some acrylic residue left on all of my fingers and the acrylic seems to have little bubbles in it. The lady who waxed my eyebrows was so cute and took her time to Make it painless and perfect.

Always accommodating. Was a customer when they first opened, returned to the area and am a customer again. Great work!

I initially went here because I was told they serve wine, which they do. Ive gone back ever since! There are multiple techs so Ive only had to wait once as a walk-in. They really do try to make sure you have a good positive experience. They also include the wax dip in a regular manicure which I find most places do not. Very thorough salon and sweet customer service

Would definitely not recommend. Waited 30 min. Then was rushed asked for square nails, got round...and right toe nail is bleeding...Paint is smudges. Just no.

I only get nails done about once a year. My best friend took me here as part of a birthday weekend the other day, and she made appointments for us to get deluxe pedicures (with female techs). We also got manicures. I havent had many before and was wondering if I could get ombre with the gel polish on my natural nails, so she called ahead and asked and they said yes. We were running 5 mins late on that day, so she called to let them know. When we got there, we went in and they were busy. The place itself looked nice and we were excited. A man at the desk asked what we wanted, and my friend said we had an appointment for pedi/manis and that she had called ahead. He said ok and directed us to the pedi chairs. My friend repeatedly referred to the appointment we had, to make sure they knew the details of what we wanted. He did not seem to care. The tub water at my station had some sort of yucky-looking film over it before he started the jets, but I just thought maybe it was bath salts or something. The same guy sat down to start on my feet and another woman came to help my friend. We explained what we wanted and I showed the man a photo of the simple ombre polish I was hoping for. My friends tech starts sanding off her old gel polish and my friend asks if she could soak them off instead. Instead the tech argues with her and says shell be gentle. After awhile my friend started asking to make sure they knew that we wanted the deluxe Elegant Spa Pedicure bc they werent doing things that were included. They clearly didnt know thats what we were expecting and shifted gears to get the paraffin wax and hot stones ready. Then the guy tells me that he cant do the ombre polish on my feet, and I said ok. I was just excited to be there and wasnt going to let that ruin my time. As theyre finishing up the gel polish, the woman accidentally drops the UV light on my friends foot and smudges her big toe polish. But instead of fixing it, she just puts on a couple more coats over the smudge. My friend tries to tell her at the end that it looks really lumpy, but the woman insists its fine and wont fix it. Meanwhile, the man starts my manicure and begins by sanding my nails. I was nervous that he was going to try to put on gel acrylic nails instead of gel polish like I had specifically asked. When he pulled out the fake nails, I told him right away thats not what I wanted. He then (no joke) laughed at me and said there was no way he could do that, if I wanted ombre polish I had to have the acrylics. Which is fine except that my friend had specifically called ahead to make sure it was ok. So I said ok and instead chose the same color I had picked for my toes. My nails were unusually dirty bc we had been camping, but I didnt clean them out bc we were getting manicures. My tech did not even attempt to clean the dirt out from under them - I had to do it myself outside in the car afterwards. My friends tech did the same. Once everything was done I noticed that he had left space after my nail bed before starting the polish, so it makes my nails look even shorter. My friend and I are not difficult customers, and we didnt have super high expectations. We still left a good tip bc we dont want to screw anyone. But the staff at Elegant Nails didnt listen, argued with us, and didnt even do good quality services. I even got laughed at! We both agreed it was the worst mani and pedi we had ever had, I could have done better at home and saved $170.

I went in there for a full set of acrylic. I wanted a red ombré and it looks like complete trash. The only reason I would give it two stars is because my mom and sister has a greasy experience. However, the lady doing my nail, was all over the place. She did not take her time with my nails. She was constantly getting up and on FaceTime with people and answering her personal phone. It was definitely not worth the 55 dollars. I wish I could show you all the nails, but I’m not sure how to upload a picture

One of my very first nail salons. This nail salon has sort of set my expectations for what I consider to be a good nail salon. The staff really go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and happy with their service. I have unconsciously compared every other nail salon service to my very first girls pampering night at this location. The place has perfect lighting. It has a really great atmosphere too.

Today was my first time there and I loved it! When I arrived I was welcomed immediately and asked what services i needed, I previously made an appointment and arrived just in time. After being greeted I was showed the color options and given a bottle of water. After given time to review the color options I was lead to her chair she took her time on my nails and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The other worker that was there made me feel very welcomed and comfortable like I had been going there for years! I loved it and cant wait to go back!! prices were great too@@

Elegant Nail Spa is Great. I suggest making an appointment. They are great and book up quickly, friendly and all the people that work there do a great job! My manicures always last at least a week! Prices are good for the service and environment! The shop is so cute, very clean, and chairs comfortable.

Love this place! Gave it a try after reading many great reviews. The salon wasnt very packed but all of the technicians were busy, but I decided to wait for someone to get my nails done.The receptionist that greeted me was fantastic. And she was also my nail technician. Very funny and very attentive to detail. I was a little confused on what I wanted and how I wanted my nails to look like, but she helped me out and explain to me things I didnt get. Im definitely gonna make an appointment with her next time I come in.The space is very clean and very open. I love the decor of the place.

I made an appointment for a gel mani/pedi. I didn’t have to wait which may have been the only good thing. I never once felt relaxed. I felt rushed as it seemed like they were pushing for more people to be seen. That’s fine, but at least pay attention to what your doing. It looks like a five year old did my nails. My tech was more concerned about the walk ins than her finishing up what she was already working on. I Not only have polish all over my hands but a few spots I started bleeding because she was so rough and looking elsewhere. I got home to really inspect my nails and am so disappointed in them. I’ve been to this salon before and have had good experiences but this was the ultimate turn off. I wouldn’t recommend it. I surely won’t be going back either.

I recently moved t and decided to make an appointment (super easy online process) with Elegant Nail Spa a few months ago. Im on my 3rd set of gel manicures and basic pedicures with her and I could not be happier! I had no idea gel manicures could last so long without chipping, lifting, or cracking! I wore my first set for over 6 weeks and would have lasted much longer but my nails had grown out quite a bit. So so happy I found Elegant Nail Spa ! All of the rest of the staff at are friendly and hospitable too!****

This was my first experience at Elegant Nail Spa . I brought my mother-in-law and we both LOVED IT! It was clean and very cute inside the salon. I booked an appointment online AND called to confirm the nail technician I asked for would be available. I get to the salon and the nail technician had already scheduled another appointment at the same time as mine. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people’s time. Also, the owner never wears his mask correctly.

I was cut 3 times with their drill. My polish could of used another coat. They were really rough on my nails. I wish I could include picture.

Girl did my full form set today (first time putting on forms) and they are soooooo pretty! I love my nails. LOVE that she cleaned up my cuticles before putting on the forms too. Most places just slap on the acrylic (or in my case the forms) w your cuticles all over the place. It really is the little things in life. Thanks Girl ! And the owner and the rest of the girls are polite and customer service is GREAT!! Try this place when my usual place was too busy and now this is my go to pedicure placeThis place is standard with the inside and the pedicure chairs are in good shape. When you go in they offer you something to drink which is a nice touch . I always get the same girl and she is just the nicest girl ever. You know its pretty amazing because you go to some places and clearly theyre just going through the motions but these people seem to actually care. They smile and they do their best to make you happy.I got the deluxe pedicure with French polish .🌱🎋🌴🌼🍃🌞😂🍀🌲🌳

All the techs are patient and experienced. They make sure you’re satisfied and happy and eager to please! They’re quick without rushing so you’re not losing any of the quality! Def try the Dip technique! It lasts so much longer than painted acrylic or gel !

Man who did my nails was extremely rude to me. he told me he could do the nail design and but when he tried he couldn’t. he was angry at me for the length of my nails and continued to complain. all i got was a fill and charged me the price of a full set. would not recommend ever coming here and i will never come back. all they care about is making money and messing up people’s nails and days.

Its as if a four year old did my manicure. THE worst Ive ever had. He cut my long nails down to nothing, barely trimmed my cuticles and the botch job on the polish is embarrassing! Im on vacation and have to look like a slob now. Dont waste your money!!!!

Lily did my gel nails and Lee did my pedicure. Both were very nice and fast.

The prices are also amazing. I would suggest that if you do stop here, try booking an appointment beforehand especially on weekends. They get very busy that time. Ill always be returning!

I had a lot of fun watching my thermo-sensitive mood gel change color. The staff was patient and assisted me in picking them out. They lasted over two weeks. The salon was clean and relaxing.

I came here for the first time a week ago and saw a woman I think her name was Tina. I got the powder dip done on my nails and she did a terrible job. Every other place I have gone has dipped my nails at least 5 times then set them, this lady only dipped them twice, they are very thin and bumpy. She did a horrible job. 2 days after I got them done my middle finger cracked then the next day my thumb and 2 days later 2 more on my other hand have split. It was not worth the almost $50 I spent by the time I gave her a tip. I basically got a glorified messy manicure. I would not recommend this place. They did however offer to fix them but I am just going to go somewhere else instead.

My go to nail salon! My best friend introduced me to this place and ever since my first visit I havent got to any other place to get my nails done! Everyone does an amazing job whether Im getting a mani or pedi and I always leave completely satisfied! Definitely recommend! The prices are also very reasonable!

Honestly the nails were ok, the man was a bit rude and he left me a for a few min to go smoke. Once he finished my thumb nails were shorter than the other ones. One of my nails looked thick from the top and then a few days later my middle finger nail fell.

Paul does a wonderful job, takes his time and does exactly what I want and like. He is the only one who I let do them.But,DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. You won’t have any left. I have thick eyebrows and I told the lady I just wanted her to clean them up and keep the shape. I have arched eyebrows and now I have straight lines. I literally cried. I’m so disappointed considering she didn’t do what I asked and did what she wanted with them. I wasn’t rude but I will never get my eyebrows done her ever again.

She keep leaving me in the middle of filling my nails and cutting my cuticles to work on other customers. She then asked me, to make a payment before she put paint on my nails.... Which was odd because the customer before me didn’t have to pay before she receive polish on her nails. The Customer service there is horrible!

This has been our favorite place for pedicures the past year, and we come every couple of months. However, the last 2 times have not been up to expectations. My technician left me to attend to more walkins, and even did a manicure for someone else, while leaving me with cold towels and I didnt get all the massage I am accustomed to. We usually get the upgraded spa pedicure, and this time it was not worth the price. We will try somewhere else next time.

BEST NAIL SHOP IN WINCHESTER, HANDS DOWN! The staff is so friendly, very very skilled, and professional. I love having different nails and they cater to pretty much everything you find on Pinterest from accent nails, marble nails, holographic nails, SNS, they offer it all! Ive been coming here for about a year. People are always asking where I get my nails done & I never hesitate to tell them the #1 spot!

I went here to get a pedicure with my boyfriend. They have different types of pedicures to choose from. The prices were reasonable but they charge and extra $15 for gel polish. I would recommend this place but maybe use regular polish for your toes.

Beautiful Place and friendly staff, but don’t be fooled very UNSANITARY!! My teen daughter and I went to get ourselves a pedicure (first time for my daughter) shortly afterwards we both got nail fungal infections, my daughter got so bad some of her toe nails are now loose and about to fall. Not only did we get an infection, but nail technician cut my skin while cutting my nails!!

The staff was very friendly and they did a wonderful job on our pedicures. I will definitely return.
