Not busy when I went (walked in and was helped right away). Fair prices. Was not informed of additional charges for design and gel polish (I did expect there to be as Ive paid additional in the past, so I wasnt surprised when I was charged. As someone that does not get pampered often I would have liked to be told upfront when requesting service.) Services rendered as expected.

I got an acrylic fill. None of my nails are the same shape or straight and the acrylic doesnt meet the cuticle of my nail (they look like theyve been on for a week or longer) I have stray acrylic and gel polish all over my fingers. I asked the owner, the one who did my nails, to fix it and she said I can add polish to fill the spot. Thats unacceptable. My husband and friend got a pedicure. They were both rushed and half done. She twisted their ankles hard after being told that it hurt and theyve been broken. I will never come back here. After all these problems, she expected me to pay full price.

Absolutely amazing. Got a spa pedicure and everything was perfect. They were so careful and attentive. The massage was incredible and it was one of the nicest pedicures I’ve ever received!

Ive been going to Top Nails for awhile, it was good at first but things begin to change.The quality of her work became poor, she started rushing on my manicures 💅. Foran example i got a manicure, the gel paint started chipping a week later. I went back to get it fix she offer to paint all my nails over, she pick the wrong color and a week later they chipped again. I gave Annie tips on both occasions, and on both occasions she criticize me on both tips wanting more then I was able to give. So Im done!

Very nice salon. Annie is very nice & super fast on acrylics! The pedicurist was great too! Prices are competitive to the area and they are taking extra precautions for covid protocols. 👏

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Wants to overcharge you and rip you off. Nail lady YELLED at me and disrespected me. 0/10 don’t recommend

Best, fastest and cheapest place I’ve ever been. So happy with the results! a gel pedicure and acrylic nails with gel was only $85 but looked better than places charging more :)

I was a little weirded out that they ONLY had five star reviews. Did they pay for those reviews or what? NOPE! Theyre really that good! Celeste took her time and was meticulous. She did a great job.

Ive been to several places but I love this one. My nails looks like natural nails and they do designs as well.

Love this place!! They took their time and we didnt feel rushed at all! 22 days later and my gel manicure and pedicure are still on! No chips or dings! Felt very relaxing in there! Would highly recommend this place! Looked clean and they are super friendly!

I have ridiculously thick eyebrows and the person who does the eyebrows does an excellent job getting them back under control. I have yet to get a manicure or pedicure from here, it is not really my thing, but if I am ever in need of one I will definitely give them a shot.

My nail tech was mad cute! Prices are good. The did a great job. Come in to support them at this new location.

It was fine .. prices went up which was a shock at the end, and the lady wasnt the most personable she basically forced my fiancee into something she didnt really want at the begining. Probs will try a new place next time!

I’ve been there twice now the first time I got matte Gray gel acrylics. One hand was shiny and one hand was Matt and on the sides of my nails on both hands weren’t painted. This past time I went I got a full set put on when they were taking my old ones off they split my nail in half on one hand. Then when she was using the machine to shave down my nail she stabbed the Skin in front of my nail and is now an open wound, and on four other nails she burnt the sides. I was bleeding on three fingers and she continued to still use the machine and I never saw her clean it when she was finished. Again my nails were not painted all the way. On top of all of this she still charge me full price which was also $10 more than what she charged me The first time and it was the exact same thing just a different color. I have been getting my nails done twice a month for the past three years and I’ve never once been so disappointed. I will never go back to this salon
