Nice, new car wash in Auburn. Very contemporary design and cleaning process. Very clean operation (no pun intended)Reasonable prices. Easy access in and out.

They care, for real! Plus much better equipment and job than Goo Goo does. Also, the rug cleaner washes and dries? Yup.

I like rich’s because they have a narrow shape vacuum head that you can easily vacuum under the seat.

We use the unlimited car wash. We really enjoy having it. Car wash seems to do a great job cleaning our vehicles. Doesnt require elbow grease which makes it nice

I come here almost on a daily basis. My car is parked in grass under trees and between the ant trying to move in and the birds assaulting it with poo every day is pretty much necessary. I know. 1st world problems. But its nice to be able to go somewhere quick and inexpensive to clean your car. If u go to the car wash every day for 1 week and never again for the month the membership more than pays for its self. So being able to go everyday for the month. Totally worth it

Used to use Googoo car wash service for nine years. Rich came to town so tried them. I would say it’s borderline decent service. Today was the end. Very poor customer service. Coming in and paying and getting in line to go through the automated car wash somebody had left their car sitting right in the middle of the line with the door open and there was no driver in the car. The two workers on duty were just letting it happen!Everyone coming in had to drive around this one car parked in the middle of the lane, To get lined up again with the car wash. The employees were doing nothing about it — when I ask him please have someone move the vehicle, one Employee prepping my grill yelled “oh my god” so loud that of course I heard him complaining about me asking for them to move the car. That’s it. That’s not professiona. Not to mention the fact that I ask him to spray me well because I had a few bugs from the highway on the grill in the back of my side mirrors and he refused. Also not to mention they don’t monitor the music in the parking lot while you’re vacuuming your car cleaning your mats and drying your car. I had to listen to rap music with the F word in it so loud it was like it was intended for a stadium. It was just some young punk with all the doors open on his car blasting his speakers to the max so everyone could enjoy the profanity and music. No thanks the proprietor needs to get control of the situation. They don’t know what they’re doing managing that place and they’re letting it go to the dogs.l I’m done with Rich

I love this place. Wish I had more time. Love that they have cleaning spray bottles and cloths for your car. They also have a machine that cleans your rugs. I will definitely come back.

I had a difficult time using credit card to purchase a car wash so I used cash instead. The car wash really clean your car! I love the discount they offer on them.

Very nice drive through car wash! Put it neutral, hands off the wheel and for $10 to $15 you have a squeaky clean vehicle.

Great service and you can setup a membership, which makes driving in a breeze. Good wax/protection for your paint against the souths pollen issues. They are a little heavy on the tire shine. It usally ends up on my truck when I get home from spinning off the wheels.

My Equinox looks clean and shiny after going through the wash.Very satisfied with every visit so far. The price is also great!

Mike at Richs car Wash in Auburn Alabama is so nice and very courteous. He really goes out his way to make sure that you are satisfied and taken care of!

I’ve gone through this car wash twice now. The first was decent, but the rear of my tahoe wasn’t cleaned, the rear tires weren’t cleaned either and I had to come back around to ask the attendant for the air freshener. I figured they were just getting the opening bugs out of their system. I went back a second time. I had to wait more than five minutes with no cars in front of me for an attendant to show up after I paid. He picked up the sprayer and sprayed the front left side of my bumper and then ran off again. I had to stop him at ask for the air freshener and stated that they don’t have any. This second visit was on 1/30/2020. I’m writing this in the parking lot. Rear of the Tahoe not cleaned again, rear tires still dirty with brake dust, no air freshener. I think I’ll stick to goo goo car wash from now on.I will say that the mat cleaning machine is awesome and the air fresheners smell great, if only they’d give you one...

The first few times after going there the the wash missed a few spots(nothing major). The last time I went no one tried to get the bugs off the front and the wash stopped midway through the wash leaving half the car washed and no tire shine. When I pulled around they said I could pay for another wash to get a better clean. I paid 20 for the full package and expected that.

Top Notch... Absolutely Love this place. Cant believe it took me so long to visit. Ive passed by it a thousand times. Man the State of Art carwash cleans your car something serious! My car has never looked so Clean and waxed using a Drive thru. The vacuuming areas are so personalized. You dont have to worry about being in the way. The vaccums are also designed to fit in every crack of the carpet. Im definitely going back again and again. Highly recommend if you have one in your area. 💜

Washed my car 5/22/20. When I came out I noticed the trim was lifted off my roof. Filed report and Jason at corporate told me their equipment had not malfunctioned, unfortunately this just happens with Toyotas. It had not happened previously, either at Richs or any other similar type carwash. My recommendation, if you have a Toyota, even a relatively new one (mine is 2017) dont go to Richs Car Wash.

I paid for unlimited car washes for my wifes car last month. It says on the website that they automatically deduct monthly from your credit card without having to renew each month. Today, my wife went to get her car wash and she couldnt get in with her pass. The worker came out and told her that she has to renew her membership each mont . He said that the main office told him that. My wife left since it was on my credit card. Guess I will save 40 bucks a month. I doubt that is how it is supposed to work.

Richs Car Wash opened yesterday and is offering free washes. The staff was very friendly and the wash was what you should expect at a drive-thru wash place. Using the provided vacuums, I noticed scratches on my vehicle that were not there the last time I washed it. I was frustrated and the manager (Michael) came out and explained how the wash works. He was very calm and patient with me. They reviewed camera footage of me entering the wash and saw the scratches were there prior to my visit. Oh, and the washing mat thing works great.
