MY BIRTHDAY TREATMENT TO MYSELF!!! Very disappointed Ann did my nails over twice! My hands are always seen in my line of work she got an attitude that I asked her to clean the GEL nail polish off my hands. It was on my knuckles between my fingers. I also asked her to file the ridges down in the gel polish my nails are not smooth they have right plea from the nail brush ANN made my day so bad. I was there 2 1/2 hrs I was overcharged I didn’t want to create a scene so I took pictures of my nails as I left. Mary knows better it’s her business she really didn’t help with the issue. I didn’t want to be a bother but I work extremely hard for my money. TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I have bubbles in my gel polish also!! ANN didn’t want to give me new or unused nail files or anything she is very unprofessional and she will hurry and say she doesn’t speak English!! She shouldn’t be caring for customers if she doesn’t understand what they want. She knows how to say how much you have to pay! I’m baffled HAPPY NAILS IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MAY WALK IN FOR SERVICE SO TREAT WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! YOU FAILED WITH A F… left and right hand is a mess I’m really really sad

Mary did my nails and she was incredibly sweet... however, I’ve had these nails for 7 days and they’re already lifting. $100 set gone down the drain because I have to remove them. I had a feeling they’d lift because she drowned my cuticle area with acrylic and it wasn’t seamless.

I loved this place! Mary is so friendly and kept me entertained. She did a beautiful job with my moms nails and my nails. My new favorite place!

I really wanted to like this place. The technicians were incredibly friendly and accommodating to those who arrived after us without an appointment. Unfortunately, my gel manicure chipped in less than 24 hours and my daughters acrylic nails began to break away also in less than 24 hours after our visit. Not worth the price if it doesnt last a day. Probably will not go back.

Awesome I got there an hour B4 lt closed and was treated like the first person of the day also got a free design. Totally recommend ‼️

Went to have a gel manicure they suggested liquid acrylic to strengthen my nails because they werebreaking.The male nail technician said to get a clear neutral color and it would last for about a month.well let me tell you it didn’t last for a week before it began to chip off!! I was mortified because I was away on a business trip and had no way to get them fixed. Plus the nail technician did such a bad job trimming my cuticles that I horrible painful hangnails on most of my nails!! Not happy with Happy Nails will never go back!

Went there everyone was nice . The lady who did mu pedicure . Asked where I am from and if its my first time . Then charged me $55 for a pedicure.

I have been both burned getting a pedicure and caused to bleed at this salon. Issues with different people there. They are not very attentive and also somewhat rude. I have probably been there as a last resort while Im in a time crunch and every time I remember why I do not go there regularly. I hope the last time was really my last time...

This isnt worth the money. They dont shape the nails well nor paint them properly. They dont even put the top coat right.

I am in town for business and was able to sneak in an appointment for a manicure and pedicure here. Im SO glad I found this place because it was truly such a treat. The atmosphere is relaxing, the shop itself is gorgeous and the customer service was excellent. I will absolutely make a point to return the next time Im in Wilmington!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

This place is a hidden gem! They do amazing work and its so clean inside! Theres none of that acrylic nail smell. They use hot stones in their basic pedicure and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an upscale spa pedicure at a fantastic price. I have yet to wait to get any service done but I would wait if I had to because they are a huge step above the rest of the nail salons in Wilmington. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are here.

Had a really fantastic experience here! Im not a loyal nail salon visitor and tend to go random places, intermittently on a whim, but my visit here was very good.Got a pedicure. Massage chairs are good (usually the main reason I go for a pedicure) and I picked two colors, one for an accent which she readily obliged for free.She did my nails meticulously perfect too.The only downside was her accent was so difficult to understand--not to sound bad, but rather I always feel AWFUL when I ask to repeat 3-4 times and still dont understand. Still, she did wonderful work.Ill DEFINITELY be back here, though!

Took my fiancé here to get her manicure for her pictures with her new ring! Great customer service and really fast! They are always really busy so prepare yourself to wait w little bit but overall the experience was great and the quality of the nails was great! Awesome location and really clean inside as well! Mary at Happy Nails did such a great job on my nails! They are so beautiful! Hung did my pedicure and did a great job as well!! They truly make you feel like family and i would recommend this place to every one that needs/wants their nails/feet done!!

I stopped in on my way home after work tonight on a whim and not realizing they were about to close. Not only did they graciously assure me they had no problem getting me in, I just had the best pedicure of my life and my shellac mani is perfect! I had a Sports pedicure which I will ask for every time now. Love this place!!

I stumbled upon this place while I was looking for a new nail salon near my office and boy am I glad I did. I waited until after my second visit to write a review because, you know, maybe the first time going there was so great just because it was my first time. Wrong! This place has been great each time Ive gone there! The owner is very personable, speaks to everyone who comes in, and has great conversation. I make an appt before I go in to make sure I wont have to wait if they are busy, but even when youre waiting, they are on the ball with soaking your nails, etc. to help prep for when a chair is available to be more time efficient. And each time I go in, the customers in there are all happy and are repeat clients who the staff is familiar with, which speaks volumes for how their customer service is. I highly recommend you check this place out if you havent already!

Technician does a fabulous job with nails, I tried a few of the nail salons in this neighborhood and this is the best by far. Ive been a few times and this time I got had a pedicure done which was excellent !

My friend and I came in this weekend for a mani/pedi and had a wonderful experience! We were seated in luxurious chairs, served, and pampered in a very professional and clean environment. The price was great, and the service even better! This is exactly what Ive been looking for in a nail salon! This place was very nice. I felt very safe. Thet have partitions up everywhere so you feel extra safe. They have to just tell their customers to wesr their mask at all times. I didnt want to say anything because I didnt wanna have to hurt nobody. Lol. All and all great service. Ohhh... if youre coming from Philly, just wait a little longer because this place is expensive. I paid 77 bucks for a gel overlay and gel toe pedicure and she didnt go to work on Myras feet like that. Okay, Im done.

The worst! DO NOT GO HERE! They have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. My mom and I both got gel, and it was TERRIBLE AND LUMPY. Also, the gel was literally impossible to get off. This is the worst salon in DE! They also bring in randoms off the street to do nails. BEWARE

Just moved from another city here looking for a nail place close by my house, a lot of them were closed on a Sunday. Some were appointments first so you had to wait. Didn’t want to wait that long so I googled salons near me seen this one. Walked in was greeted and asked to sign in and she asked what we wanted. The lady at the first desk near the door Mary does HORRIBLE NAILS she is so distracted with talking and moving around not paying attention to who is in front of her. This is my first time at this salon and the VERY last time this is the worst salon ever please DO NOT GO HERE. If you do don’t go to the first chair. I think she was the owner. My nails look like I’ve had them on a month.

This place is horrible! They over charged my daughter myself and a friend. They were so rough and cut my daughter and myself, even after we repeatedly told them your hurting me your hurting me. If the prices are on the board where do they have the audacity to charge extra for simple things that come with a full set? On top on us being there for FIVE HOURS TO DO 3 SETS OF NAILS.. Never will we return and be sure to never refer anyone! The nail salon by ritas friendly and welcoming and not over priced!

If I could I would have gave this place a zero I was looking to get a refill from a nail salon on sunday because the nail salon I go to are closed on sundays so I google nail salons near me and came across happy nails this place should be called sad nails he told me the acrylic he had wouldnt match the pink acrylic I had on so I ask him to soak my old set off and do ombre well lets just say it looked like I did them and trust me I cant do nails he had acrylic on my skin they was uneven my shape was off I set there for 3 hours just to go to another salon for a soak off and have my nails redone the nail salon I did go to laughed at my nails it was a horrible experience never again thanks to the other nail salon for saving me on and he put glitter on my omber to cover his ugly nails at happy nails waste of time

Theyre ok, lady did nice nails (didnt get her name) but man did not polish my whole toenail, and they werent friendly or HAPPY looking.

All I wanted was a manicure, I guess that wasnt high priced enough for them so they let me wait for an hour as they took everybody who came in asking for more expensive stuff. If they cant respect my $12 I cant respect their establishment

First time here will be back I loved the vibe of this place so peaceful so clean everyone is so sweet I also like how its nontoxic no smells at all my gel mani and pedi came out perfect I love the selection of colors they have Im very satisfied with their service.

I got my nails done here and when I left I noticed that you could see through the black polish on a few nails. I went back inside to let the gentleman know that I just needed a little more polish to be put on (I didn’t think I was asking for too much, after I just payed for my nails to get done). He looked at them and told me I was wrong. I once again showed him the spots on the nails in which still needed more polish and he told me “NO, THEY ARE FINE, THAT IS HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO LOOK”. I work in customer service myself and no matter what, even if I was wrong, the customer is always right. I will never go back to this place and now have to go somewhere else and pay to get my nails done again. Do not go here!!!!

Nice People, Horrible service. I got a mani pedi. Got my Mani done first then they sat me in the spa chair and proceeded to work on someone else that came in after me. They took so long I couldnt even get my pedicure. Then they messed up my paint. I had to leave but informed them I would be back so they could fix it. When I came back they did worst then the first time. First and Last time there.
