Terrible the lady who did my nails was extremely rude. She was like relax every five seconds and basically refused to finish the job properly because I asked her to stop digging her nails into mine. Very unfortunate because my first experience here a while back was good. I definetly wont be coming back here. She also refused to do my pedicure and said she never had a customer like me. I know my body is tense but I never had a nail technician react to me in this way. I know my standards are high because I usually get my nails done in Long Islsnd. This was super whack and she charged me full price $38.00. She said her name was Nillin who knows if that was even her real name. The only decent thing she did was try not to accept the tip but I felt bad and gave it to her anyway and she left it on the table.

The worst part about this place is that I cant take them to Columbus with me 😭😭😭 Awesome service, both physically and verbally. You cant tip on the credit card, so either have cash or be prepared to use the ATM. I dont know if life will ever bring me back to Wilmington, but I totally have this place saved in my favorites just in case.

I drove from Jersey just to come here. I went for a mani and pedi and had a very pleasant experience. They followed all CDC guidelines and I felt very safe. Two was my tech and she was so friendly and she was the friendly welcome i needed. I already referred 2 people!!

Nails are done nicely, but THEY WILL BEAT YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!! I had a friend come here for a pedicure last week and paid $32 while I was charged $42 today. My friends came today with me as well my one friend paying $53 for acrylics full set and eyebrows and my other friend paying $50 for only the acrylic full set. So eyebrows are $3? I don’t think so. They make up prices as they go and pick and choose what they want you to pay that’s why you won’t see a board listing prices like other salons have. This is extremely unprofessional and disregards how well they do nails, plenty of places in the local area do them just as well. I recommend LA nails on Kirkwood highway very affordable, professional, and beautiful nails!

I went in for red matte nails and got basic red nails that the gentleman tried to wipe the gloss off of. They are really friendly. I walked in a felt like i wasnt supposed to be there, but their regulars got warm greetings and smiles from everyone. I tried sparking up a conversation with the tech doing my nails but that was like pulling teeth. So i sat quietly, got my nails done, paid and left. First impressions are everything to me.

The best. For years I found it necessary to change salons when the service or sanitation level dropped. I have been happy with ispa since opening with this management.They have a large variety of up to date colors and techniques, including gel, dip, and color change polishes.

By far my favorite place to get my nails done... its super clean and modern, they use sterile tools each time and everyone is very friendly. They use plastic on each pedicure bowl which is awesome... makes me feel better knowing its fresh and clean. I drive 25 minutes each visit but well worth the drive. I have referred many people there and theyve all been extremely happy. The owners John and Yen go out of their way to make sure each customer is satisfied.!!

Went in today to get my nails done. Was not expecting to listen to a full blown conversation. From a customer to the employee. That all religions are fine but Islam and muslims are not and also stating false information. Not only were her ‘facts’ incorrect but degrading and disrespectful. The fact that this was allowed in their salon is just mind blowing. I was beginning to be a regular but no longer!!!!

My absolute favorite spot. Large selection of colors. Great relaxing pedicures. My nails are always on point. Very friendly staff. Ive messed my toes up many times and they would fixed/redo the polish! Cant rave enough!

They make their prices up as they go. No price lists posted anywhere. The owners wife is rude to say the least..after getting a emergency service at another salon for an event, I returned to them for a nail repair. Not only was I questioned about what salon did I go to,.. they proceeded to very obviously discuss me in their native language. Then to put the cherry on top she charged me $15 for the 1 nail repair. Never again. Would quit my nails all together before I went back.

Highly reccomend ispa!! They are super friendly, enjoyed talking with the guy that gave me a pedi, and the girl that waxes. Place is super clean, prices were good,and they did a great job! I definitely will be going back:)

My absolute favorite nail place. My whole family comes here every week. Completely redesigned with a new owner but still as wonderful as we remember. Very sanitary - they place clear bags over the foot tubs to make every experience sanitary. Scrubbing tools are disposable and metal tools are sprayed thoroughly prior to use. Name just changed from Nail Expo to iSpa Nails! I highly recommend you give this nail place a try. Located across the street from TD Bank.

I went in with something in mind and asked specifically before they begin only to find out half way through that they cant do in. Now Im heading to my vacation with mixed matched nails. After being a repeat customer this is very disappointing. Then to be told I should have asked the boss instead of the technician doing my nails.

Do not go here for a dip manicure. I was a first time client and will never return. It wasn’t cheap, so I was pretty mad when three nails chipped halfway off in less than a week.

I typically very much so LOVE this place, but unfortunately my time of loving has come to an end.I usually see Yen, as she knows sometimes my toenails can be ingrown or either impacted a bit, and the skin underneath my free edge comes out much further. She is wonderful. The past 2 times I haven’t been able to get her. I was ok with getting anybody. The last time though, I will not opt for that and suggest Yen if I decide to come back. I cannot recall the girls nAme but she looks quite young, has fully blonde hair. As she was doing my pedicure she was poking around and asking me if I had ingrown and I said yes. She also wanted to know if I wanted my toe nails cut which I told her yes but not too short. She went to cut my toe nail, and I told her it was sensitive, she cut it anyways and immediately I started to bleed, as she seemed frantic to try and cover it up like I couldn’t see, she didn’t stop the service or grab any antiseptic or scar glue to stop the bleeding, instead she kept cutting and poking around when I kept saying that it hurt. When it got to the sides, she starting GOING AT IT on my cuticles and sides and digging really hard.1 week later, my toe started to swell, nothing horrible but was a little sensitive. But today when I woke up the side of my toe was THROBBING, swollen and red as all get out. Basically I GOT AN INFECTION! Had to go to the walk in clinic for them to drain the infection....I do love this place for my hands, but I will no longer be getting pedicures as I feel as sanitation and safety was an issue in this case. I feel bad having to make this known but just be aware people!

I am not a veteran when it comes to getting my nails done. I have done it a few times and have had my share of opinions within the industry. However, this morning I spent about 30min reading reviews and comparing prices for basic mani/pedi services. I was impressed with the number of positive reviews ispa had and felt the pricing was reasonable given the industry. The atmosphere was great. It is a smaller salon with a great soothing tone. I was asissted by Tom who was wonderful. We had great conversation and he did a great job. I could tell he took his time and did not rush. He was particular about his work and left me feeling great and that I got my moneys worth. It cost $50 for a gel mani and pedi. I also enjoyed the massage chair while getting the pedicure. A huge range of color choices for those that applies too. I was only going for a simple white.

The lady that did my nails was rude and pushy. She ignored my requests for things I wanted done during my pedicure and kept suggesting I get gel polish for my full set which is unnecessary. I eventually opted out of the full set because I just wanted to hurry and leave. Their selection on gel colors is decent. The man that started my nails was nice enough. However, he messed up the polish and instead of taking it off just painted over it. It was super lumpy and uneven. I asked him to fix it. He buffed it with a nail file and then put MORE polish over it. I complained and one of the female techs said thats only one coat. Im not sure how she got in to the conversation or why she thought it was only one coat when we were at 4 coats. I finally got them to remove it but then I was left to sit in the corner to wait for someone to redo the nail. They kept taking other guests. I waited at least 15 minutes before someone fixed one nail that THEY messed up. Then as I was leaving she tried to charge me for someone else in addition to myself. Bad customer service and a bad job in general.
