Clayton is a knowledgeable technician. We have a mole infestation that is driving us crazy with all the holes. He was great with communicating about the moles & explained what Croach would do for treatment. He was friendly and professional. After having the office send over an agreement, Clayton started the initial treatment service. We are pleased how fast we were able to start the eviction of the moles. We have used Croach for many years.

We had Clayton come by today for routine service. Clayton was, as is always the case with Croach technicians, professional, friendly, and fast. Croach found rats in our crawl space a few months ago. They were on top of it ASAP with a full inspection, removal, and cleanup estimates. It was a little pricey but in line with others’ services we heard about from neighbors. All told we get great value and service from Croach.

I have used Croach for years, so Ive obviously been happy with their product(s) and service. Michael L. performed my service today, and he, along with all the other technicians that have serviced my residences, always explain what is going to be done ahead of the beginning of the service, and when finished I am I provided a report on what was seen and an explanation of the treatment. They are attentive to the bug traps in my garage (which does require me to be home so they can have access to the inside of my garage), and replace them. I always get a report on how much rodent bait has been consumed each time. If I need to re-schedule a visit, I need only make a phone call or send them an email requesting a new date. They then get in touch with me later when they have me worked into the schedule.I am happy with the services provided by this company.

We had a bald faced hornets nest bigger than a basketball! Clayton, pest control tech, explained the situation, cost and his game plan since the nest was 25-30 feet under an eaves. The nest was taken down quickly. Service was great and the tech was super friendly!

So far everyone has been great - from the initial set up to all three follow-ups.Today we had CJ out who was very friendly and offered up helpful suggestions for next steps they can provide and a couple of tips besides.Well worth the money to have such great help with our rat problem.

David Saga was here today for our service appointment. We have been trying to find time to shop around to go with a different service as we never feel like we get value for the cost of these services. David’s visit today will make us stay with the company at this point. It is the first time since signing up with Croach that we felt that the technician did an amazing and thorough job. Unfortunately we got roaches in our apartment due to neighbors and we were so panicked and so stressed about the situation. Thankfully when I called CROACH they immediately understood and sent someone right away for an inspection, on the same day I called and then the first treatment was only 2 days later ! The treatment was also less expensive than what I imagined, so that was great.CROACH sent me Cassie who is AMAZING, I could not have asked for anyone better. She was completely understanding, explained everything that she would do in detail, and showed up exactly at the time she said she would for every treatment. She was even super sweet to my dog which is always a plus ! CROACH and Cassie were so great to me ! I now don’t even see one of the nasty critters.Thank you Cassie and CROACH !!!

I have used Crouch for approximately 7 years through there quarterly maintenance program. What’s nice about the program is when you have random issues (hornet nest/ mice etc) they come out at no charge which is great. They always go above the call of duty. Good communication and service. I was out of town yesterday, but had asked for an emergency visit for an angry in ground wasp nest on Thursday and boom Clayton showed up took care of the nest plus did my quarterly!

The technician C.J. is outgoing and friendly and conveys an air of knowing his profession. After a quick glance over of our house, he spotted a wasp nest underneath the eve at the roof peak; how he saw that is beyond me. He immediately took it down and from then on, I knew he was good!

David serviced our house today for the standard bug control stuff. He was very personable and professional, and very thorough as well. I appreciate that he took the time to also check conditions in our crawl space, let me know what he found (evidence of rodents), and made recommendations for further inspection. The company was very responsive and quickly contacted us to schedule the crawl space inspection as well as an inspection of the attic, which I had requested since we hear bees (or wasps ??) in there every summer.

I was on the verge of dropping my Croach service after mice kept getting into my garage, despite regular technician visits. After speaking with customer service, they set up an appointment with their specialist, Dylan Ritchie. He came, analyzed all the spots and potential entry points for mice, then he sealed them with wire and caulking. He even replaced my traps. Because of Dylan using his expertise to identify specific trouble spots, I’m still a Croach customer. Overall it shows the company will do its best to address the issue. Thanks much.

As usual, the Croach technician was on time and performed a thorough inspection and pest control. They have been an excellent pest control facility and the people there are a pleasure to work with. We received the 8 insect traps we requested for the garage, which has been very useful. We do plan on moving to southern Washington in the near future and hope that the area we move to is an area that is serviced by a Croach facility. We would love to continue using them.

Eli is very friendly and professional. He is thorough and solved our ant and wasp problem. Since we live by a greenbelt, we saw occasional rodents however since our service, we havent had a problem.

Inspector was first class and did an excellent job.The crew that came to do the initial crawl service was mixed. On one hand, they volunteered to screen over some extra holes around the deck that were not in the original quote.On the other hand though, they tracked some visible dirt on the carpet in the closet where the crawl space access is, that I needed to vacuum up, and they left all of my patio furniture all pushed out of the way where they needed space to install the screens. Both of these I see as somewhat unprofessional.

This morning my son was playing on a retaining wall in our backyard and discovered a brand new yellow jacket nest, getting stung 7-10 times before he managed to get away from them.While my mom was checking my son over and dosing him with Benadryl, I called Croach and asked them to deliver sweet justice. Clayton came over in less than an hour and waded into a swarm of still-angry yellow jackets to located and neutralize the nest. That alone makes Clayton and team awesome, but Ive got more!We ended up taking my son to the pediatrician so they could check him out, and in our haste we left the garage door wide open. My technician Michael has done pest control for my mother for years, and now hes helping me. As a first time homeowner, I was pleased with how efficiently he worked and how he explained everything. I will update this review in a few months after the carpenter ant treatment has had time to produce results.

I used there service to do a quick rodent inspection/prevention. The gentleman, Ken Craig, that stopped by was friendly and professional. He was able to get his job finished and have a pleasant conversation about what he was doing. Gave me a break down of all the items he used in and around the home.

I had Angel come to my house to do an inspection and I didn’t have any idea of how extensive the problem was. He was great and took the time to find where all the problem areas were. He took at least to hours doing the inspection and afterwards, he gave us a full report with pictures of the problems. I would definitely recommend Angel as an inspector. He was very personable and professional.

David Saga, serviced my home was very friendly and thorough he checked my crawl space and went into my attic to inspect it nothing others never did he also filled all the black box station’s, he sprayed around the entire house and eaves and windows. While he was inside checking the attic he heard my smoke detector dinging needing a new battery he asked about it and I told him it had been going off for a week because the ceiling was to high for me to get to as a senior so he brought in his latter and replaced the battery. I have been having trouble with rodents in my attic and despite our best efforts they have been smart to avoid everything we throw at them. Dylan has been very very responsive and knowledgeable during this stressful process and discovered the last entry/exit they have been using. The office staff has been kind and willing to get someone out here in a timely manner and Dylan is a great craftsman. He has built a new door for my crawl space and today he and Eli filled in a gap between my gutter and roof to prevent any more of those pesky jerks from chewing a hole to my attic. They were both timely and professional, and if you ever get those two on your service count yourself lucky! Id recommend this company

They told me I had to get all my insulation replaced because it was full of mouse feces. Had another company come out and they said that maybe 1/3 of it needed to be replaced and all the other insulation was untouched by rodents. I dont appreciate being lied to in order to pay more for something I dont need.
