I went to lavish nail salon today with very high hopes. The aesthetic is very modern, nice, new. I was craved 82.40 for a “sport pedi” and a gel manicure, (tipped the nail tech 20.00 as well) as I was getting my manicure my toes were underneath a drier. I was home for two hours and decided to take a look at my toes, I touched them and all the paint started to peel off of every toe. I called and I was told I could not speak to a manager and I could not have a refund but I could come in and have it fixed today which I don’t have time for. Do not waste your money here, my nails look a hot mess with paint on my skin and around the nail bed. Which I was willing to let go until this happened TWO HOURA AFTER THEY WERE PAINTED.

I was gifted a gift card for this salon, went once and haven’t stopped. Friendly staff, Beautiful decor. Clean.

Five star experience as always. A little on the expensive side, costing about $60 but the work is worth it as the nails and designs last an exceptionally long time

Ive gone here three or four times. Was really happy the first few times. The last time I went for a regular manicure the nail tech decided to use a Dremel tool and literally ruined my nails. I went back today to see if they could fix them since its been a month and they look terrible and still hurt. The woman at the desk suggested I do a gel manicure to try to help my nails get stronger. When I checked out I asked about discount since my nails had been ruined the last time. She offered me a 5% discount. I guess at least it was something but seriously if they cared about their customers I feel like they could have done a little bit more. Apparently the tech who ruined my nails wasnt there anymore so Im assuming there were other issues. Its really beautiful there but I might be going back to my old place

I recently had my first visit with Lavish, and I’m so happy I found out about them! Hannah is the artist that I had my appointment with; she was just so kind and welcoming. I haven’t been this happy with a manicure (full set acrylics) in a long time! My nails aren’t chunky, bulky, or messy at all. This is definitely my go-to salon from now on!!!

I had the champagne spa pedi and manicure and it was absolutely amazing. I did it with the mental relaxation herbal. Its a long great process so have time to burn. Its costly but so worth it. Every woman should experience this every 6 months of possible. If not more frequently

Very Clean! Excellent customer service. My favorite techs are Lily, Myra, and Iris did a very good pedicure for me. Rihanna does some amazing artwork in nails. She sits next to Lily so I get to watch her work. The owner owns Omnia Nail Spa also.

I have no complaints being a 1st time client who is very picky about my pedicures. After going to the same salon for 15 years, I chose this salon because they didnt overcharge for the samr services I received at my previous salon. They did a great job and I will be repeat customer.

The interior of this place is so modern, nice and updated the nail techs for the most part know what they’re doing but I’ve had some bad ones too. I was charged $56 for an acrylic gel refill online it originally said it was going to be $45 for a gel refill and shape. I apparently was charged an additional $10 for the length? which I’ve never heard of at a nail salon my nails were a normal length and they would not take it off of my check. I ended up paying more for a refill I think than a full set. The girls at the counter are beyond fake. Myra does and amazing job but no longer coming here for the random additional charges that are unnecessary

I am extremely upset after my visit to lavish nail today and will not be returning to support this greedy business. Today’s visit was the straw that broke the camels back for me! I’ve been to this location quite a few times now, and the ONLY reason I continued to go back was because it’s looks clean and depending on which nail tech you go to, you get a somewhat decent job. For the price lavish nail charges the nails are beyond mediocre. The nail techs are never able to do exactly what I ask for, which is upsetting because they are people who specialize in doing nails. I was charged $55 for a basic full set mid length nails and received a $10 double length fee. After my nails were CUT shorter than what I asked because I was told they wouldn’t look right long. And an additional $10 fee for Shape + Length which I said I wanted square and was told it wouldn’t look right and the nail tech did coffin. Plus an additional $15 for a outline of glitter polish around my index fingers. I believe they are over charging because they can and the work is definitely not worth the price, especially since my nails never last up to 2 weeks. I feel taken advantage of and I’ve been finessed way more times than I should’ve allowed from this establishment.

My daughter and I visited this nail salon for the first time and our nails were horrible. The place is set up nice but looks can be deceiving. I truly believe they think that because the salon is nice they can provide subpar service. We arrived close to closing time so I was thankful they took us. However, I dont think that should allow for our nails to be done poorly. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and my daughter got a pedicure. I had to repeat that I wanted a mani and pedi many times so there shouldnt have been a mix up on what service was requested. My daughter and I were both rushed at the pedicure bowls. The male who did my feet did my pedicure quickly but he did a good job however, I didnt soak at all. My daughter didnt get her feet soaked long as well and they hardly scrubbed the bottom of her feet. While I was getting my pedicure another worker started my manicure. I was expecting the normal routine of a manicure but never got it. Before coming in I recently took of my gel from a previous service at my normal salon. Usually the salon will file your nails, smooth, and remove any old polish. The woman left old residue on my nails and hardly smoothed my nails out before starting to put on the new polish. I asked her shouldnt my nails soak before she continued and she told me they dont do that there and she already used a spray bottle on my cuticles to soften them before removing the cuticles. I thought that was odd and didnt want to be a bother so I just went along with what she was saying. She then started to put gel polish on my nails and I told her I was only getting a manicure. She said the front desk clerk (maybe manager) told her I was getting Gel. I said Im not sure why because she repeated several times that Im getting a mani and pedi. She finished the manicure but the whole time I was thinking this is about to be a horrible job. There was cotton ball hair in the polish, uneven polish, lumps and etc. She would have left things worst if I didnt say anything. Trying to be polite I asked her was she going to fix one of my nails (even though most of them were jacked up) and she said it looked that way because its probably hair under the polish that wasnt swept away. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Right then and there I should have said this is unacceptable can you please correct it better or just not paid for that service but nooooooo me being too nice decided to just let it slide. I was sort of desperate because I had an event to attend that evening. That raggedy manicure was not worth $20 at all. My nails chipped the same evening and I was very gentle. My nails were badly chipped the very next day. Went I took my polish off I had the same old gel residue under my nails. Money wasted. My daughter toes were also chipped very quickly as well. I think if the guy who did my pedicure would have did my nails I would have been ok. Usually when I get a manicure anywhere, they soak ya nails, remove the cuticles, file and smooth, you then go wash your hands, they then lotion your hands, and polish them, . The woman told me they dont do any of that. That was the first and last time going to this nail salon.

Amazing place! Brand new and super clean. The staff, Ann and Henry, were amazing and both had tons of experience and were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Went with my girlfriend, we both got a mani and pedi, will definitely go back. A little more expensive than other choices in the area but you definitely get what you pay for here!As a bonus they have Gucci the dog here! He is super friendly and will help you relax and enjoy your visit. He made the visit so much more fun and pleasurable. We will bring a toy for Gucci next visit!

I highly recommend Lavish Nail Spa if you want to relax and be pampered. I am a client from Pro Nails Salon and my wonderful nail stylist Ann told me to come to Lavish and support their first week opening. She has been doing my nails for 4 months now and her work is beautiful, as you can see by the pictures. I told her the theme I wanted, which was my colleges color hunter green, and she did an amazing job. The hands were done at Pro Nails while the pedicure was done at Lavish. I will definitely go back to Lavish and continue having Ann be my technician. 😊

UPDATE: it hasn’t even been a week yet and every single nail is lifting and breaking. They look so bad. Complete waste of $80. Normally a set can last me 2-3 weeks… it was less than a week when these started lifting and my real nails underneath broke from the separation. I’ve had $25 fills last twice as long. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!I was charged $80 for a French ombré… that’s double what I’ve EVER paid for that same service. The man who did my nails took TWO HOURS to finish them and they charged me $80 and I’m not even happy with how they turned out. None of them are pointing the same way and you can see through every white tip. Not worth the money and they’re beyond rude. The have very contradictory covid policies as well. They made me sanitize my finger tips bc I couldn’t submerge my hands in water from a recent spray tan and then made us wear masks after having a sign that says “strongly recommended”… that’s not the same as mandatory but apparently to them that means mandatory. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the employee forcing this policy on us had her mask over her nose. But hey as long as you’re in the back you can take it off to sip your drink the entire time! They seriously need to reevaluate their pricing and priorities. If you’re going to charge $80 these nails better all match and be done in under 45 minutes, NOT TWO HOURS!

I had to go back twice because my pedicure was awful and it still looked like a child did it after the second visit. Instead of removing the polish from my toes they painted over 3 layers of polish and the top coat. When I asked why she wouldn’t respond. My Birthday weekend was ruined!!! I will never visit this place again.

I had Jack . He has sleeve tattoos . He was very friendly as were the rest of the staff. They also offer 1 relaxing drink per customer . They were very covid appropriate and amazing . I will definitely be returning 🥰

Loved it! It was my first time as this salon and it was such a great experience. Everything was bright, airy, and very clean. Temperatures were taken for each client, each tech wore a mask, and there were barriers between each working space. I just got a simple gel manicure and it’s beautiful. Henry took his time and was very meticulous. Such a relaxing experience, can’t wait to go back!*I do agree with other reviewers that this salon is a bit pricier than other salons in the area, however I feel it’s totally warranted given the quality of work. Love it.*

I am so happy with my first experience at Lavish!!! I have tried the other nail salons in the area and this is by far the best. All of the technicians were fun and friendly and did an amazing job on my manicure as well as my moms!! It is gorgeous and you definitely feel pampered. I will for sure be back soon :)

I just want to say that not only is Jack GORGEOUS to look at, but the way this man took care of my feet had me literally so relaxed my brain stopped functioning. He was amazing. I didn’t feel a single thing he had done to my toes, his foot massage put me in a trance & he was so sweet to me & my mother. I have been to every nail salon in the area and this place takes the cake!! I have been a loyal customer of Lavish since September 2019 when I stumbled here accidentally! Jenny is the BEST and always does a fantastic job! Every time I make an appointment, I am taken right at that time (which doesnt happen at most salons!!)Even if I have a broken nail, they will take me quickly and I havent been charged, now THAT is good service! I hosted my wedding party here the day before my wedding and they took such good care of us!! Yes this salon is pricier than some, but you get what you pay for and I would much rather pay more for good quality work and service!

First and last time.This was my first and last time in this place. I did gel pedicure and they fixed 4 nails in my hands were broken. My hands looked so fake and weird. One of my nails turned burble because the glue they used grabbed on my skin. My foot looked terrible and the skin still everywhere. I am really upset and not happy because of what they did to me. When I tried to ask them to fix it they got agitated and angry. They charged me $130 plus tip for this horrible service. They really ruined my day and wasted my time. I am now in another place trying to fix what they did.

Went there after they reopened due to the National pandemic. Great service, very professional, very clean. I got my Botanical pedicure done and it was very nice. Everything was sanitized and they do their best to protect the public in any way possible. They use disposable tools so no one client gets used tools like some other salons do.

I go to both Lavish Nail Spa and Pro Nails to see Ann and Gucci is literally my favorite part of the month. Always professional but always keeps me laughing and in style. She’ll keep my nails fresh and my brows sleek AF. My nails always look 💯 and I love laughing with my girl. Gucci is always professional and is always dressed to the 9’s. The most dapper of puppers. I will only ever get my nails and waxing done by Ann and Gucci. If you want your life to be on point your nails and brows need to be on point and Ann will do that for you. Love love love her. Karen’s and Ken’s need not apply, your energy is not needed there. Ann and Gucci are the best.

Very disappointed with the level of care I received today. Sammy used a nail file and a brush on me that was just used on another Customer without cleaning them!!!! When I asked her about it, she shrugged her shoulders and said,’ It’s the only one that’s here for her to use. This is a considerable health risk and beyond unacceptable!!!!! They never keep track of the color of acrylic they use on me, which takes them forever to attempt to find. The technician Sammy move to aggressive and slow with handling my hands. She cut me with the nail file. It took an hour and a half to complete my nail 💅. She uses far too much pink that covers the white after I asked her to leave more white. The colors also didnt match. Ive been a loyal consumer of this company for years before they opened up this new spot. I can’t believe they aren’t giving quality of care with these high prices! 😢

Go nowhere else for your nails! This place looks unassuming from the outside but is all luxury on the inside. The pedicure stations are equipped with massage chairs, arm rests with tray tables, and full shields for everyones safety. They have an array of teas and are ready and willing to serve you a beverage of your chose.

I normally dont get my nails done, but I saw that they were doing discounts so I decided to treat myself. I did not have an appointment, but they were more than accommodating to me as a walk in. The woman at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She made sure that the nail tech was able to do my design, and checked at the end to make sure they came out well. The nail tech, Lana, was super sweet and paid high attention to detail. Again, I normally dont get my nails done, but I plan to go back there for a refill in a few weeks!

The place was very pretty and the people were nice but my lashes didn’t even last a day. I know how to take care of cluster lashes, usually they will last two weeks maximum but it didn’t last one day.

I got the dip powder nails done when I went for the first time. Both the Receptionist and my Technician were extremely accommodating, patient and kind. The Receptionist (with short hair) is so wonderful, she sat with me to help me a pick color since I am Red-Green color blind. My Technician was kind enough to make sure I was happy with the look before doing all my other nails. My experience there was 10/10! I recommend!

I was traveling pretty far to get my nails done bc I could not find a place that was as good as where I was going. One day I was googling nail salons in the area and came across Lavish. Finally don’t have to drive far for a beautiful dip manicure that lasts! Beautiful salon, great customer service by everyone that I’ve come in contact with, clean, and professional.

High/end nail spa means high end prices. This is the best nail salon Ive been too. Beautiful, clean, very professional. I had the champagne pedicure and it was amazing! No one should be talking bad about this place. If you dont want to pay the prices then dont come, this salon isnt for you. If you want to go somewhere else and get ratchet nails then go ahead. Dont listen to those Karens out there that want to talk bad about anyones business. There is a reason there is a 4.7 Star rating!

I have been going to pro nails since I was 10, but I had to follow my nail tech, Ann, to Lavish for the grand opening! The salon is extremely clean, elegant and the service is very professional. I got pampered the entire time I was there and even had a mimosa(for free) while getting my nails done. Ann always does a perfect job on my nails, she is a wonderful tech!! The next day I went back to get Eye lash extensions filled. Iris, the lash tech, makes you feel comfortable and calm during the entire lash process. Every time she does my eye lashes they come out better and better each time & I have never had a bad experience with her. She is very gentle on the eyes which is extremely important!! I am so happy with my services this far at Lavish and I will be going back real soon. Although, I do have one complaint ....Gucci(the best dog ever) was not there for grand opening. I would like to hope Gucci will be there during my future visits!

I was very happy with my dip manicure and pedicure with Henry. My daughter and granddaughter were not happy about the fact that they were not given adequate time to dry their toes. My daughter spent almost 200 with tip and was upset that she had to go out and buy polish to fix her toes.

I have been coming to Lavish for a couple months. I really enjoy the salon - all manicures have been completed to perfection, and they have a great selection of gel and regular polish that exactly match. That all being said, I was turned away at 5:30 pm (for a polish change) when the salon hours were until 6pm. They said they decided to close early, but there were still a number of people in there. I have a busy week and this was the only time I could run in. Disappointing.

I admit it was a very nice gel manicure but the pedicure was just okay. What disappointed me was the price they charged, the $75 (plus tips for 2 different technicians) way more the I have ever paid for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Id loved to go back but not for that price.

This nail salon just opened and it is absolutely stunning. I dont get my nails done often, but this is the first place that left me feeling very lavish (sorry, I had to say it lol). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am definitely eager to go back to this location in Delaware. Highly recommend this nail salon to those of us that are more particular about our nails.

Nasty attitude. As a new customer, I was never informed upon scheduling my appointment to call before coming into my appointment. When I arrived and proceed to sign in instead of being greeted, I was approached by a short haired lady who was very nasty and stated next time before you come in you need to call and get the ok to come in so that we can take your temperature. I told her this was my first appointment and I was not informed that information upon scheduling, she never responded and walked away. Now I work in customer service, healthcare to be exact, so I understand all that’s going on, but that’s not how you address anyone. The lady that must’ve scheduled my appointment actually remembered that she did not provide me with that information upon scheduling. Because I didn’t like how I was approached I decided to cancel the appointment. Bad servicing.

Just a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and peaceful, theres not all that chatter amongst the staff. The technicians are friendly, experienced and give you their attention. Go, you will have a wonderful experience too! 😊

Great place, very clean and all staff is very friendly. However, I paid 90 dollars to get my nails and toes done which is an insane price. Toes look great, but very unhappy with the way my nails came out. She rushed it and missed so many spots. Will not return there

Excellent service! I went in, with my 2yr old and 4yr old, to have my gels removed and a regular polish applied. They were more than accommodating. Nail tech did an excellent job. And got it done fast! Even got my 2yr olds nails painted for the 1st time. Fast service. Super nice people and environment. A+++

I booked an appointment everything went fine at first then when she did my nails uneven inconsistent..when I said something to the lady I was apparently wrong..Im a paying customer and will I wont tolerate is the quality as someone else

Went to Lavish while visiting my sister for the weekend and got a gel french manicure. The prices are comparable to the nail place I frequent in Connecticut, but the manicure from Lavish was far superior to my normal manicure. My nail tech, Jenny, did an amazing job and the salon is elegant and well equipped. I wish I lived closer. I will definately return when I visit my sister again.

Nasty front receptionist. Short hair and round. Things with COVID 19 precautions change constantly. For her to talk to me in a very condescending tone. I walked out and will never come back for appointment due to her. Staff is nice. Every time I book there and spend 200+. I will NEVER return. I will make sure I let everyone I know as well. I am not a child. Good luck in business with that at your front door. Work on your initial contact staff. Embarrassing. Yuck

My first time here and the salon was beautiful, nice and clean. However, I cant say the same about my nails. I got dip powder on nails, pedicure and brows and my bill was $93. 3 days later my nails started chipping horribly. I wanted to express my concerns so I tried calling the salon but would never get an answer. So I reached out via Instagram DM because I do not like to leave bad reviews publicly. They read my DM but never responded. Which leaves me here... poor quality service. Ive been getting dip powder for two years and never experienced chipping like this. A waste of money!I must say my feet and brows were perfect

Omg! This place is gorgeous. I have never seen anything like this in Delaware. The staff are friendly and professional. I got the Spa pedicure it came with an extra massage and gel polish. My feet look and feel great. I almost forgot to mention it also came with a glass of wine! If you have not been here before you are in for a treat!

Got an ultimate pedi that was listed for the price of 50.00 on their list of services. When I arrived at the register to pay the price was 55.00. I asked about the price stated on the listI was told that there was a 5.00 service charge added on for all services. This isn’t stated anywhere on the list. Very disappointed I the unprofessional practices. Won’t be a customer again.

Went there yesterday for the 1st time my daughter and I had an appointment for 6pm for pedicure and gel nails. Get seated for pedicure was asked if I wanted a drink. Never given options so I said sure and asked for water. Man messaged someone on walkie for water never received it. So the woman that did my pedicure didnt speak a lick of English. I asked if they had the grater for heels since Ive been in quarantine since March. Had no idea what her response was. I showed her the issues I wanted taken care of. She said ok for $70 she will remove dead skin. For $70 AMERICAN DOLLARS WHAT!!! OK what is included in a regular pedicure for christ sake. So I decided to get the $70 pedicure. According to the menu she gave me it was to include a ton of things that I NEVER RECEIVED and not to mention less than 12 hours after this rip off pedicure my feet look worse than they did when I went in. My 4 year old granddaughter could have also done a better paint job. For the service I received yesterday I would have paid easily $25/$35 MAX anywhere else. The tech also cut the bottom of my foot as well as continuous scrubbing the back of my leg with the pumice stone. BEWARE!!!! I have a ton of pictures*** response to the owners. I Did pay $70 for just a pedicure under Kate. My daughter had the gel manicure and regular pedicure. Not me! Check your records again

Went to this new nail spa on a girls trip and we had an amazing time. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and they have a bar (OMG)! All of our nails came out amazing and the technicians were very sterile and nice. Definitely will be going back with my friends!

I have been to a lot of nail places/spas all over the country and the level of service and attention to detail is none other. The pedicure room is semi-private which provides full relaxation. With a glass of champagne, hot stone massage and foot mask, I was very relaxed. Don’t let the shopping center exterior fool you, this place is so luxurious inside and very well run. I was treated amazing from the time I walked into the the door. I was visiting from out of town and every time I come to town for work, I am stopping by the get a mani/pedi.

The young lady at the front desk was VERY NICE and displayed very good customer service...HOWEVER the nail tech I had was BEYOND inexperienced as far as what HE did for me...so much so another tech had to finish the job!! I will NEVER return here....VERY OVERPRICED for a LESS THAN mediocre job!!

When I went they had a kids group party going on so they took me to the other side of the pedi rooms. While I was okand really didnt care about the noise I think another guest complained. The staff did a great job trying to smooth over the experience with mimosas which was appreciated lol. Maria was great and I will be back to work with her again. My nails looked great. My toes were horrendous when I arrived and were misshapen by my own clipping- when she finished they looked like I never touched them. I was very impressed. I have found my new nail salon. Ive tried many in the area since moving here 5 yrs ago and this was the most comfortable experience to date. :)

It is a very elegant place and they offer extraordinary service. I recommend everybody to go and experience the most luxurious service with mimosas...

Lavish is gorgeous, you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail of this salon. My nail tech, Ann-was amazing ! She made the experince at salon relaxing and wonderul. I cant wait to go back :)

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to in a very long time one of the best in the entire state it’s just opened it’s clean it’s gorgeous did I say clean also everyone’s really nice and friendly . I make it a point to stop here every time that I’m in Delaware

I went here about a week ago and my acrylics were horrible quality they all broke within a week of getting them done. Will not be returning.
