I’ve been going here for the past year or so. I don’t get my nails done often, but everyone is always so nice to me. The price isn’t bad either. I always get complimentary mimosas and leave relaxed. Louie is new there, but so patient, kind and does a fantastic pedicure. Lynne, Julie and Jenny are all great as well. I recommend to anyone in the area.

Mrs Lynn is awesome at what she does. Always so nice and pleasant. My nails look the bomb after each visit and the polish is not cheap & thinned out do they last!

Coco is excellent she serviced my pedicure needs completely. Would recommend that everyone go see Coco. Let her do what she do to perfection.

I had a relaxing experience here and had no problems with pricing or quality of service. Bonjour Nails is in a great location in Mayfaire inside a strip mall connected to Harris Teeter across the street from the Chick-fil-A. It was my second time getting a gel manicure and I was satisified with how they turned out.

I have never written a review in my life and I just wanted to share in case someone else tries to go to this place. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done and I have gotten my nails done a lot. The lady was so rude to me and rough with my nails. I got a dip manicure and she did not know what she was doing. It was so bad!!!! My nails look awful! And the color was not what it was supposed to be. All around awful time. If you are wondering if you should go to Bonjour Nails, don’t!

I don’t often get my nails done so when I do, it’s a special occasion. I have been to Bonjour Nails in the past and have had a positive experience, but this last pedicure and gel manicure were not up to par. My gel started peeling back from my nails on day 3, and a week after getting my nails done the gel is so peeled up at the corners that I’m going to have to remove it. Disappointing and unfortunately won’t be returning.

Such wonderful ladies that work here, the Owner is absoulty amazing and makes sure its perfect when it comes to doing gel nails!! The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, and always smells nice!! I drive atleast 20-25 minutes just to come here. I wont go anywhere else!! They are that good!!

I had never been here before but I will definitely go back!! I got the dip nails done for the first time and let me tell you she did a fantastic job, I waited a bit to do a review to see how they would hold up and no joke its been 20 days and they look exactly the same (plus my nail grow out after 20 days 😂). If you are hard on your nails and want to jazz them up for a few weeks try the dip, its awesome! And the technician did such a great job and didnt leave stuff on the sides and actually covered the whole nail. You know the ocd little things that can make you upset, she was very meticulous and I appreciate that so much!

They do notttttt know what they’re doing. My nails look awful! I got SNS and she did NOT do it right, I’m ashamed I paid for that, and tipped. The job they did is literally a shame to their culture.

Absolutely amazing work! My nails are so beautiful I have gotten so many compliments. They are literally a dream come true. My sisters and I went in early afternoon and they took exceptional care of all of us. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The whole place was very clean and pristine.I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone in the Wilmington area!

They always do a great job here! Very clean establishment. Sometimes theres a wait, but its worth it. Making an appt is better if you dont want to wait.

They spent a long time treating us, and they were all so nice and friendly. Best of all, our nails look beautiful. I always leave this salon with full satisfaction of my visit. The quality of service is most important in my book, and they always prove themselves! I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, and feel comfortable visiting for a full manicure and pedicure (even considering covid circumstances). Started getting the dip gel manicures a month or two ago and my nails have grown so much. I’ve never had my natural nails this long! Lyn always does an exceptional job on my manicures. Mailyn did my fills. She fixed the shape and thickness. Was very kind, courteous and professional. The entire salon was clean and well kept. I feel that I got a good deal considering how much attention to detail there was here. I dont recall the name of the person that did my pedicure but she was very thorough and gentle as well.

Bonjour Nails is one of the cleanest, fastest salons Ive been to. The technicians are also very nice and do a beautiful job. And, theres always someone available to take care of you so you rarely have to wait. If you do wait, its never for long. Its also conveniently located .💕

Bonjour Nails is the absolute best! My no chip always lasts at least 2 weeks and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are quick, consistent, and thorough. Come here!

I’m not a person who post bad reviews but this experience wasn’t great. My nails are pretty and front receptionist is nice. My nail tech was super rude. She jerked my feet and hands around badly. I have multiple cuts on my feet and hands from her being too rough and not careful with her file. I bleed a few times from being cut pretty bad by a nail file. Overpriced and not worth the hype. Definitely won’t be going back.

I got to this location a few minutes after they opened and had the whole place to myself. The lady that welcomed me was so sweet and assisted me as I removed my shoes and socks. And then assisted me with the massage chair remote so I could really relax.I got the deluxe pedicure which comes with free paraffin wax and recommended the shine option for my polish which would last longer, ...sounded good to me!💐

Amazing. Best pedicure I have ever had. No joke. I was in town for a big event and my nail technician was so detail oriented, took her time and paid extra attention to everything! Highly recommend and amazing price point!! $26 for the best basic pedicure ever!

My favorite nail place! They have so many color options and the staff is super friendly. They have a lot of Gel color options as well as the new powder formula, SNS nails. I have only gotten manicures here but see people getting other things done like eyebrows and waxing. The price is the most recent price for their gel mani which is pretty standard. I feel like their manicures last longer than most other places I go.

Went here a week ago and got the nail dip the nail technician did not create the shape I asked for instead she did what she wanted was very rude and my nails have not lasted there are already peeling off didn’t even know that they could peel. I have been here several times before and never received the service that I did on this visit. It took me a long time to make this post because I really wanted to think about it but I only feel that it’s fair.

I was in town for work and decided to try this place for a much needed mani and pedi. The staff was super sweet and did a great job. The lady who did my shellac manicure was very meticulous and made sure they were perfect.

Lyn always does my nails here and listens to exactly what I want. Love my nails every time!

Nails are honestly very good but I was a little displeased with the customer service and stopped going here because I felt like I was getting ripped off. $40 dollars to apply my acrylics and the same for a fill, then the next two time I wanted a fill they were different prices? I’m sorry but the lack of consistency there is ridiculous and I’ve never had to pay MORE for a fill then to get them initially put on anywhere else I’ve been. I don’t mind paying for good nails but a fill in my own opinion should not cost the same or more than initial application. Only giving two stars instead of one because my nails came out fine, just wish I hadn’t been played like a fool.

Does not deserve four stars. Had to wait longer than I was told, manicure was rushed, communication was lacking. Asked for an upgraded glitter nail, showed them a pic, was told they could do it and it was not at ALL what I asked for. I wanted to leave as soon as my sister and I were done but I had to wait to pay....going on 10 minutes...just to pay and leave. Been here an hour and a half just for a basic gel mani. Not worth it.

Worst job on my nails I’ve ever seen. Polish job was the worst I’ve actually ever seen.... which should say a lot. Clumpy and uneven and bad top coat job too. They were not busy either..... do not recommend.

Honestly, I didnt find anything wrong with this salon at all, nor have I witnessed any. I just came for a walk in last Saturday and I have to say, I was so impressed with how nice and fast the nail technicians work. I recently visited this salon and the service was excellent!! I love the location and the salon was a very soothing environment to take away the stress of my day. I was greeted by someone who i assume is the owner/manager and she was very friendly. I could overhear other employees positively interacting with their customers as well. That was a good feeling for me. My teenage daughter received excellent service and they treated her with respect as she received her manicure and pedicure. My nails look FABULOUS and I receive alot of compliments on them!! We both will be returning to Bonjour Nails!!

This is my go-to place for nails when I am in town. Not only are they super friendly, the pedicure chairs are awesomely comfortable, their manicure stations are always busy but clean and efficient and they will make sure that you are tended to in a timely and professional manner. SMS is the manicure type I perfer but they do all types. This is a well-established business and has a good history in all regards. Be sure to call ahead for better timing and best service!

Once a year Christmas I get my nails done. I started going there three Christmases ago. The first two times I was very very pleased with my nails. But this year it was a completely different experience. I had a different nail technician. She was very very rough with my hands. She was so rough with a file that she drew blood on my fingertips. And she used way too much glue. I feel like the skin around my fingernails is all glued to the nails. It feels very uncomfortable and it doesnt look as good as it has the past two years. Im not slamming the whole Salon but that nail technician! I would never have her do my nails again. Ill probably find another place to go next year.

This was the worst job Ive ever had done. I went one time trying to find a better salon. Well they looked really good at first but withing 4 days my nails were all chipped off and I got the gel !!!! I dont understand what they did and they dont fix them free unless its been 24-72 hours. So needless to say I will NEVER be back

Worst service ever. I am from out of town my feet look terrible. I just have not had the time. I asked for the callus to be remove. Lady said callus been removed. I could have done better. I asked is there a different package I have to pay. She said you need to come more often. Money was not an factor I would have paid. I have paid before. I hope skin color was not an factor also. If I ever come back to Wilmington, I will never come back to Bonjour nails.I am back at the hotel. Posted pictures of my feet. I guess the $26 dollar pedicure did not include lotion or removal of the blue substance used for the bath soak.

This salon is very upscale, clean and in a great location. The owner Lyn and I have been friends since 1996. Very friendly and courteous staff.

I have had a great experience at Bonjour nails every visit. The staff is great, they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. They are definitely worth the visit. And the pedicures are great!!!!!!

This place was very nice, clean, & didnt smell like a typical nail salon. I got the signature pedicure, which include a scrub & clay mask & it was very relaxing. However, the actual paint job & cleaning up of my nails was terrible. She missed about half the nail on the majority of my toes. Didnt clean up the cuticles or dead skin around the nail. Now, this probably was just the nail technician I had, so Im not going to slam the whole place for it. But I was so disappointed that I had to go get a color change somewhere else the next day as I didnt notice it until later that day. Its disappointing spending the money + tip on something that was so terribly done.

Love this place because they do a great job and freindly employees and specially the owner Lynn she will pamper you while your getting your nails done. I will give this place a 5 stars and plus A for the cleanliness nail shop. I was pleased to get my nails done here and I definitely come back and tell everyone I know to come here. Love you lyn.

After moving to Wilmington it took several bad experiences to finally find a professional salon where you can make an appointment, feel pampered, can relax and walk out with nails that are beautiful and perfect. All of the staff members are extremely professional and I love the experience. My mani & pedi last longer. I consider Bonjour the BEST NAIL SALON IN WILMINGTON.

I LOVE BONJOUR NAILS! Whenever I go in there I am always greeted with a smile! My family has always gone to this nail salon and always will.

Friendly staff who do a great job. I went without an appointment and had to wait for an hour but they were very attentive to my needs.

Got charged for a full set instead of a fill-in, on top of two pedicures and while I was sitting in the chair waiting for the lady to do my fill-in, a roach was climbing on the walls and floor. The tech didnt even seem bothered by it. The pedicure was mediocre at best and they did close to nothing to exfoliate the bottom of our feet. And after it was all done, they had the audacity to ASK for a tip, even after over-charging me for the fill-in. I most crtainly wont be going here again and I dont recommend anyone else do so, either. I usually to go Longleaf nails and theyre great. The only reason I even came to this place was because Longleaf is closed on Sundays. Never again. I wish this review would let me add pics of the cockroach. Friggin gross.

This salon was absolutely amazing! I am visiting from VA and had some time to kill and decided to look for a nail salon. Luckily this was within a short distance from my hotel. I walked in and was immediately acknowledged. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was top notch. Coco was friendly and made sure to pay attention to my pedicure and making it a personal experience. My only regret is that I dont live here and cant take them with me. Kudos to an awesome business and great people.
