I went on a Thursday and my nails were already coming up on sunday! the nail tech was friendly and nice! but she didn’t prep my nails correctly and because of that my nails are falling off. right after i had come in another customer had come in saying her nails were coming off as well and she got acrylics and had only had them for 3 days. please saying your money and go somewhere else

This place was awesome! The staff was so personable and SO friendly! I love my acrylics and my 2 sisters love theirs as well! I give 4 stars because after a $5 tip my total was $58.00 which is really expensive for nails.

Ive gone here for a pedicure about twice a year for the past few years and have never been disappointed.

I called when I was on my way. I needed my nails taken off and a new set. I waited less than 15 mins..(with no appointment). They were really kind. I had the WORST day and literally sat there and cried they my whole session! The lady was so so kind to me..she kept checking on me. It was really nice and she did a really good job and sheDid quick work!!

My wife when here and said everyone was very nice and professional. Quality was great and a solid value. She has had some poor experiences elsewhere. Good job!

I have been here twice and wont be going back again. The first time was a pedicure, and it was alright, although I felt rushed & the water was cold and had been sitting there for a long time before I got there. Not the greatest experience, but I figured it was a fluke and Id give it another chance. I went back for a simple manicure and was made to wait 35 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment AND confirmed the appointment. The technician did a terrible job; very sloppy, rushed, and honestly when I do them at home they look better than this! She filed my nails extremely roughly and they were totally uneven, even after pointing out some obvious slants and asking if she could fix them. She didnt even trim my cuticles, and the nail polish is bubbly, not covering the full nail, and even missing entirely from some of my nail! Very disappointing, and I honestly just wanted to get out of there and have it be over. I understand that when things are busy it can be stressful, but I felt like I was ripped off of the experience I was paying for because she was rushing to get me out of her chair. Will never go back again.

They do such a great job. We got pedicures and it was so nice and relaxing. My feet feel and look great!

Love them! I bite my nails and most places are so rude about it. I have gotten gel nails from them before a school dance even though my nails were short and they did a great job and were so nice. I have been to plenty of other places that were so rude. I have also gotten acrylics here to stop me from nail biting and they were great!

The bottom and sides of my nails look HORRIBLE. This looks like I did my nails at home... Yet I paid $40. Only giving 2 stars because the manicurest was nice (although when i changed my mind from another color to white, she suggested that white didnt look good and that I shouldnt get it). When she was painting my nails too, she missed spots and I had to go back and tell her to fill them in. Wont be coming back :(

Bonny Nails is the best Nail’s spa in all Utah County, I’m using their services since almost 3 years ago and I had never been disappointed, the decoration is very nice with peaceful colors that makes you feel relax, the massage chairs are very comfy and they are very very clean. They always do an amazing job and dedicates time to each customer. Long and Kim are my favorite persons there, they are very professional and friendly... for eyebrows waxing, Kim is the best in all Utah... I love this place, I wish to have more stars to give to them. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Kim and Long for be so amazing 🙌🏻

They were very busy but very accommodating. Instead of just rushing our party of 5 through, they still paid attention to detail with our pedicures and they did a great job! The massage chairs made me want to fall asleep and I love love that they do a paraffin was treatment as part of the standard pedicure. I love this place.

Went with a friend for her birthday and it was great. Staff was friendly and my nails are beautiful. I did acrylics with a gel polish. Will be back for a fill in a few weeks!

Love this place. Kim goes above and beyond for me and my friends EVERYTIME. She does great work and never rushes. All the employees are kind and professional. I drive over 25 minutes and pass so many other salons just to come here. Definitely recommend to everyone. I call ahead most times and they always fit me in. Great color selection and Kim will do any nail art you want. Again love this place!!

I called before arriving and made an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived 5 minutes early and as I walked in no one greeted me. I sat down and waited 30 minutes until finally I was taken back to a chair to get a pedicure. The pedicure was rushed because they were so busy and it costed me $47. There are other salons in Utah County that do better work for the same price.

The workers really know what theyre doing and are fast and efficient. Very good quality for an excellent price.

It was a really nice time I got acrylics and I love them they were he asked my multiple times if I was liking them and every time I said yes. It had great service It was overall a great experience

They we very patient and kind and made sure we were happy during the whole experience. Salon is very clean and they disinfect very well. The were very kind to my 2 girls who wanted weird colors and designs.

Called before coming in to check prices and make an appointment for my group of 4. When we showed up on time for our appointments we were asked to sit and wait at least 15 minutes before they were actually ready for us. We were told over the phone that pedicures were $27 with regular polish and $30 for gel. After we had our pedicures we were rang up for well over what our price should have been. When we asked why the woman told us that we did not receive the “basic pedicure” for $27 but a “regular pedicure” which cost more. Never did we tell the woman we wanted the regular pedicures nor did she tell us that she even offered two different kinds of pedicures. Nowhere in her shop does she even have her prices listed. We all left feeling deceived. Won’t be going back again.

Had gel mani and pedi today! Kim was amazing as usual. She does perfect nails. She also waxed and colored my brows. Perfect color and shape. April did my pedi including a wonderful massage.The salon is beautifully decorated and has recently added new tables and pedicure chairs. I highly recommend this nail salon.

This place is a joke! I got a pedicure today that was $30 dollars. She turned on the water, clipped my toe nails, and put gel polish on. Took a total of 15 min. NO MASSAGE, NO CALUS REMOVING. I complained about it after and they just said that’s our basic pedicure. There are so many nail salons out there skip this one and find somewhere better! Essence down the hill has way better pedicures that are cheaper and include a foot massage!

I have come here for years. They were always the best price and best quality. But my husband and I went today and it was the worst service we have ever had. We called ahead and when we arrived we were the only customers. Our pedicures were rushed, my nail polish was messy and still on my skin when we walked out. It was very unprofessional. We will find a new place to get our pedicures.

The actual service I received was good, I just dont like at the end when they ask you how much you want to tip. I just think its rude. Considering going somewhere else.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had an issue. I love Kim! She always makes my nails beautiful! I’ve also had her do my microblading. Before I discovered Bonny, I had horrible issues at another salon and I’ve never gone back there. I recommend Kim to everyone! I get compliments on my nails all the time. When I lived in Herriman, I drove down to have my nails done by Kim. Bonny is great and I recommend it 100%.

I have had my nails done at Bonny Nails for years. Kim, the owner, is an excellent nail artist. My hands always look lovely when I leave. She does beautiful hand-painted decorations whenever I want them. I have had pedicures there and I had her do my eyebrows. I love them. You will not be disappointed if you use their services.

Used to be the best nail salon. Not anymore! Kim drives people away! Any other nail tech is great but Kim criticizes her team to be faster do less quality work and be faster. Besides they’ve raised prices. An appointment doesn’t mean ANyThInG, they take walk-ins and disregard appointment times. The walk-in got fast cheap service to get to me and then I got rushed out as the next appointment had arrived. Terrible services!

I cant begin to tell you how much I love having my nails done here. Kim always does an amazing job. I go in with an idea and come out with something better than I expected. I always feel welcome. They make me feel like I am their favorite customer, but I know everyone feels that way. I look forward to having my nails done. The pedicures are amazing. The massage and hot wax are a quick trip to heaven. If you havent tried them, you should.

I asked for a flower once, a simple design in which they should be capable of (especially when paying forty dollars), and they flat out said they couldnt do it. Didnt improvise, no hesitation, just a big no. I have a couple of friends which have come here, only to say that they were hurt by their pedicure procedure. I would not recommend.

I went in to get a manicure. They told me they were busy and to come back in an hour. When I came back an hour later, they told me to take a seat. I waited for an hour and no one spoke to me. People who came in after me (that did not have an appointment as they said they came in for a walk in) got their nails done before anyone came to speak to me. After an hour of waiting, I left because I did not get the service I needed. I don’t like leaving negative reviews on places, but this just made me furious. They have terrible service.

This use to be my favorite place but the last few times have been awful. They are rushed and in a hurry. After my pedicure they started cleaning out the chair as I was putting my sandals on and accidentally sprayed cleaner on my legs. I thought Id give them another shot, came in for a manicure today the guy was again rushed and kept staring at the door, he put cuticle oil on one hand and not the other and said I was done. Will not be coming back and paying for this kind of service.

Went in for a pedicure last week and had the WORST experience. Let me start by saying me and my family have been coming here for the last 5 years so this all came as a surprise. I went in for a pedicure with my mom and sister. Everything was fine until I looked down and was immediately in complete shock by how short he cut my nails. Painfully short. I never once said anything to him about how short I wanted them. I couldn’t even look at them without cringing. I immediately worried about it being painful, sensitive, and getting an ingrown toe nail. I expressed this concern with the owner. Who responded “oh no you won’t get an ingrown toe nail don’t worrry”. She did nothing to remedy this awful pedicure done by one her staff. A week and a half later I am now dealing with a very painful ingrown toe nail which I knew was going to come. So disappointed with how this was handled and the fact that nothing was done about it.Needless to say neither I or any of my family will be returning here.

Don’t say you take walk ins if you don’t. I came in two hours before they close and they immediately just told me no. I asked for a manicure with nail polish. Which would take about 20-30 minutes.

I love that it doesnt smell like chemicals. So often I get headaches just going into a nail salon. Plus they have lots of pedicure chairs. And even fancy nail drying machines for hands and feet so your paint doesnt get ruined from the get-go. Overall clean feeling. Will be my go-to place in the future.

Bonnie Nails is the cleanest and most relaxing nail salon Ive been in. I used to think it had the best services but the last two times I went I havent been pleased.

Unfortunately the service here has suffered. No need to make an appointment because they dont honor them. Some employees do fantastic pedicures but others are not good. Same with nails- it depends on who you get. The space is clean though- and that is very important.

I came in here as a walk-in for an acrylic set with gel polish. The set I ended up with was super uneven (both shape and thickness), my nails hurt for days after (she buffed down my natural nail WAY more than necessary), and the gel polish is already peeling off. I can understand if the technician was in a rush, but I was practically the only one there at the time and she had plenty of time to do my nails. I am just disappointed to have dropped $50 and all I have done is try to fix them myself since I left.

I wish I could give them zero stars, my wife has gone there a few times, and the service has been alright, never the best, but acceptable. But with what happened during this latest visit, we wont be going back. My wife, who is a Latina and has a caramel skin tone, was getting a pedicure, she requested the same color that she has gotten before at the salon. The pedicurist told her that she should pick a different color because her skin is too dark for that color. My wife was taken aback and told her that she likes the color that she picked and her skin color is not an issue. The pedicurist then turned to a coworker, said something my wife couldnt hear, the coworker looked at her and laughed. This made my wife feel very uncomfortable. The behavior of the pedicurist was completely unprofessional and has left a very sour taste in our mouths. I would recommend finding another place for any of your manicure or pedicure needs.

I go here, when there are a lot of us going together. They have a lot of pedicure massage chairs. Great pedicures. They also have a Fantastic Eyebrow Lady. She can wax, shape & even dye your eyebrows ‼️

AWFUL pedicure. No massage. No wax. Uneven polish and uneven nail lengths. I felt rushed and they started to clean out my chair before I even put my shoes on! The woman questioned my color choice with a rude face and tone of voice, making me feel uncomfortable. I Will NOT be back. Wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else.

Came to get a pedicure with my 5 year old daughter. The pedicures are reasonably priced at $27.00. we were walk in and only waited a few minutes before they had us in the chairs. They have a childrens package which was $27.00 for manicure and pedicure with a flower on each hand and toe. My daughter really enjoyed the experience. My pedicure was wonderful, the technician took his time messaging and trimming the cuticles. I only give it 4 stars because the nail polish on my toes was a little sloppy and they didnt offer to add a flower with my pedicure. I will for sure go again to Bonnie Nails, the price and the massage are totally worth it.

My daughter got a pedicure and the nail polish was old, she put under the dryer for 10 minutes and ended up ruining her polish putting her sandals on because it never dried. I asked for French tip fills (white &pink) with powder not white nail polish, and lady did white polish anyway, I dont think she spoke English. I will never go back here, over priced and very poor quality. Stay away!

I made an appointment at 6 oclock. I specifically told the woman i work until 6 so I would be a few minutes late. Before arriving she harassed my sister and brides maids letting them know if im late ill have to pay extra. (which was not discussed) Once arriving things had settled down and they began doing my nails. The manicure was fine... Once it came to the pedicure it was completely half assed. She painted my nails and then sent me on my way having me pay an addition $5. for being late I didnt receive a massage hot wax just was shown the door. $35 for painted toe nails, i would have been better off buying a bottle of polish and having my little sister do them. I understand they closed at 7, but dont book up to 5 girls if you arent willing to do a proper job! Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

My gel nails lasted over two weeks, but it was SO busy, and we waited about 40 minutes despite having an appointment. Instead of having people come back, they accepted everyone who walked in.

Waited for 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment because they didnt know how to coordinate their walk-ins. They really need to find a way to honor appointments and tell walk-ins to wait.

I have been going to Bonny nails loyally for the past 4 months. I have had two years of experience with acrylic nails. I had never had such a big issue with my nails breaking until I started getting my nails done here. I kept going thinking that it was my mistreatment of my nails, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. the last 2 months I have been super careful with my nails I have been taking very well care of them but they keep cracking and breaking. On top of that they charged me to fix my nail the same day that I got a refill but it started lifting right as I left the salon.(they also charged me more because my nail was long) I will never be going back to Bonny Nails I am not satisfied with the work at all. Save it your money.

The service is very inconsistent. SometimesI get a great pedi-mani and other times it is very rushed. I wish they would just tell me if they are too busy. Sometimes they ask me to come back in 45 min and then when I do they are just as busy as when I was there the first time. Even with an appointment I feel rushed during busy times. Although Ive used this salon for several years, Ill be looking to try a new one next time.

It was awful! I made an appointment for me and my friend two months in advance! We get there and they kept trying to get us to do pedicures when I said manicures!!! They didnt let us sit by each other the ladie cut my pinky so I wouldnt stop bleeding no lotion nothing!!! 25$! Down the hole. Will never ever return.

The reviews suggest quality work. My experience & results were far from. The lady who worked on me didn’t understand anything I said so she continuously made mistakes. They were atrocious...and I don’t say that lightly. THEY WERE ATROCIOUS. I finally realized she was not going to listen to me so I had to grab the nail file and shape them myself! But the damage was done. She had shaped them so poorly I couldn’t escape how bad they looked. I gave up and allowed her to finish. They are too thick, uneven, the tips are too small for my nail beds, there’s a bunch of glue underneath the tips, messy, messy, messy! Despite scheduling me at the end of the day it was clear they were in a hurry to close. So they took my credit card before I was finished and knew how bad it would be. This was the worst manicure I have ever had. I am still attempting to shape them into somewhat decent looking nails!

My husband & I have gone here for years. Two years ago we had many in our group & while having pedicures they also did manicure @ same time on me. Pleased with pedi but with manicure, the acrylic paint didnt cover my whole nail & they looked horrible. Ended up with infection from cuticles being cut on few of my fingers. The husband just got back & had an appt. After waiting for 45 mins. he got about a 15 minute pedicure. They just washed his feet, massaged calf & feet about a minute, clipped nails & just wiped him off. He actually still had stinky dirt from under big toenails...he called & reply was she forgot to wax & massage longer. They did say theyll redo tomorrow. Will see how that goes. Before vacation I treated all the girls to pedis & 2 of them turned out horrible due to them catering to larger group that showed up. Was going good til then & then hurried:-( Was like the more opportunity of making more money went into place. Last few times weve been there they are always overbooked & rush us in & out. Now wondering if I need to find somewhere else for myself?!?
