This is the best set of acrylics I have ever gotten. The staff is friendly and nice and the prices are VERY reasonable. Beyond that, the level of attention to detail and care is UNMATCHED. This is the best nail experience Ive ever had. Do your self a favor and book now!

$45 fill that lasted like 3 days they are warped and over filed, I’m only missing one in the photo they are all coming up at the cuticle.this was my second time here for 2 hours .do not recommend.

Urban Nails is super clean and cute. Im extremely picky with my nails and my tech was patient and went above and beyond to find the right color and do the shape and design just the way I like. I am beyond happy.

Na is such a wonderful business owner. Her and her husband put so much time, consideration, and care into the business. I love Ruby’s dip work but all of the nail techs are artists skilled in their craft. You cannot go wrong for mani or pedis. Highly recommend.

The place felt clean and nice enough but the color collection could be a bit bigger. I paid $35 for my shellac, Im not sure why the color is so opaque, theres parts of the nail you can see through it and the surface feels uneven.

The owner Na is amazing. I was unhappy with the way my nails turned out with another nail tech and Na went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the way they looked. The salon is clean and modern. Excellent environment and amazing location. I am honestly so impressed with the concern Na showed. It is obvious how much she cares about her business and her customers. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I told the nail tech (who started rushing my manicure because they had scheduled too many people at one time & some lady came in at her scheduled time but they told her she would have to wait 30-45 minutes so she got mad & left)MULTIPLE times specifically that i wanted just the regular shellac for my very simple nails bc i work with my hands alot & i only do dip when i do tips or a faded color.She ignored me and proceeded to do dip podwer anways 😒I understood & was cool with it simply for the fact that i too have worked customer service and have been overwhelmed by being busy with a bunch of customers at once BUUT this was literally Tuesday and its Sunday. That’s not even a week 😑😑All together the 3 of us spent over $300 and 2 of us have chipped/broken nails already.Next time please don’t over-book and then rush your customers out the door and IF you do, at least respect their request, i mean they ARE paying for it and tipping you. I won’t be returning.

Spur of the moment pedicures for mom, sister and me for moms birthday. We did call ahead but didn’t require an appointment. Services provided were top notch and we left with smooth feet and pretty painted toes!

I got a mani pedi done, cassi did the nails Lan did the toes. The comroderie there is great but the service overall was terrible the photosspeak for themselves! This is what they send you home with $95. I will never be back!

I had a regular mani. The tech cut into the first cuticle she was trimming. It bled. It was very rushed. It took about half the time of other manicures that Ive gotten. Very impersonal. The receptionist was awesome but I wont be back.

Overall a great experience! I had a picture of what I wanted and the nail tech was able to give me exactly what I was hoping for (French ombré with and almond shape). My primary complaint is that I had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time for them to start on my nails.

Walked in about 45 until close. They took me in and did an amazing job on a very specific nail. Didnt hurry and also more then that didnt treat me like a customer. They treated me like a long time friend. Ive never had a nail salon do so good with customer service on top of getting my nails perfect. Love love love them already. Ill be telling everyone about these guys. They deserve it.

I made and appointment, and I still waited 45 minutes for someone to start on my nails. Other people walking through the door were getting started before me. My manicure was fine, but they ended up putting on the wrong shade from what I’d picked. Not saying I wouldn’t go back, but I had a frustrating experience. The salon itself was very clean and pretty.

They were great about accommodating our group of 5 while at a busy time. Even tho many of their customers were rude, pushy, or disrespectful. None of the very nice and caring salon artists let it get to them. Our experience was great. Definitely would recommend them and return when I have the time.

I went here for a manicure and am really disappointed with the results. I had long natural nails going in and asked for her to trim them and she cut them literally down to my nail bed. I pointed it out after the first one but dont want tips so was just stuck with having short, stubby nails. That was over a months worth of growth and obviously isnt something that can be undone. I asked for oval shaped nails and theyre square. Very basic things that were messed up and now I am stuck with nails that I hate for $50 and itll be another month before I have them back to the length I want. So frustrating when your very basic requests for your nails are not listened to.

Scheduled a pedi for 3 people at 1PM a few days ahead of time, and when we got there they weren’t ready. One person’s pedi started at 1:30, the others at 1:45, and the lasts didnt start until after 2. The last pedi was super rushed and overall the experience was disappointing and they were pretty unprofessional.

This is a very relaxing nail spa. I appreciated the fact that there was no TV or music playing. Just a calming atmosphere to relax and enjoy being pampered. It’s true that sometimes less is more. Were very kind. Able to fit two walk in pedicures. They did a really good job. Well worth the money. Good service. Very hospitable. Will go back.Although I wish the ladies would have tild us their names but they literally didnt engage in any convo with us.I also am a cosmetologist and i noticed they used an already used file and dremel file was used already as well. Those are supposed to be used once and thrown away. Other than that service was good.

So I am really sad to write this review because I wanted to love this place. When I left my nails looked so pretty. Everyone was friendly and the color I chose was beautiful but they literally just flaked off a week later?! I purchased a dip manicure which normally lasts me about 4-5 weeks if I’m careful. Also, I feel it’s worthMentioning that during my manicure, the technician filed down so hard on two different fingers, she actually cut me. She definitely felt bad and was apologetic but I’ve never had anything like this happen to me at a salon before.

I have to say that this is one of the nicest nail salons I have ever gone to for nails. It is always clean, the wait is short, staff is professional and the prices are what you would expect from an upscale business that treats their clients well. I definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I just really really wanted a good set, and the lady that did my nails. she was not professional in the process and was filing one of my nails and broke my nail, it hurt pretty bad, they were bulky and lumpy not what i wanted at all. i still paid and everything. i was very dissatisfied with what i got. the other times i had went there they were amazing, but i don’t want this lady doing my nails again.

I had my nails done one week ago and they’re already cracked and two broke. The drills that they used had not been cleaned, there was dust on every drill they used.. I had dip done and I’ve had to file down and cut back my nails because of the breaks... the manicure took over two hours and it was not worth it apparently..

I went there last minute for my husbands bday. We got pedis together. It was amazing. The ladies were super sweet and my pedi felt amazing. I will definitely be going back!!!!!

I went to Urban nails about four days ago. At first I was thrilled with the service. Its a lovely environment, and my Nail Tech was wonderful from a customer service standpoint. I was traded around a bit until my last Nail Tech who did my actual nails. It was three days before Christmas and I requested a full set of acrylics and a halloween based nail design (kinda strange I know, but I had my reasons) and to not have my natural nails cut because I am attempting to grow them out. I tipped an extra 30% just for that. That said, they did cut my natural nails and the design I requested was changed, though it was fully possible with a bit of builders gel (I think there was a communication error there), but no biggie. That said, once I got home and into some decent light, I noticed a few problems with the set. They werent filed correctly and one of the nails had been put on a little crooked. No problem, I fixed that with a nail file and a new coat of nail polish. I also noticed that the nails werent properly balanced. I knew it may cause issues later on, but I had planned on doing my own fill in a couple of weeks, so I could fix that. Today, however, I found that one of the nails had broken clean off at the natural nail. Since it was a longer set, I got to work filing and reshaping until the longer nails were at the short length. The last thing I expected to find was lifting under the acrylics. Seeing as the nails were barely four days old and I had already had a myriad of issues with them, I couldnt say I was surprised. I was however disappointed. These nails wouldnt have lasted a week even if the one hadnt broken off. I went to get my nails done here because my own supplies were low, I had filed off my last set to give my nails a breather, and I figured I could pamper myself for once. In the future however, I dont think Ill be returning. I dont know whether it was because it was the holidays or because it was a late appointment, or because of being traded and there was a miscommunication, but the overall product wasnt worth the price I paid for it.

This is an awesome salon with a great vibe! I had one of the best pedicures ever here. A great massage and fresh citrus sugar scrub. It is a no odor salon with aroma therapy and you can even get CBD enriched therapies. A wholistic experience and an asset to Wichita. Locally owned too.

The entire staff at Urban Nails is amazing! I had a mani and a pedi and had the opportunity to work with two different techs. Both were so nice, very professional and wow did they do a great job! I loved it so much that I took my teenage daughter back the next day for a pedi and got to meet another tech who was so wonderful too! My daughter is so happy with her pedi, I think this is the best we have both ever had and the experience was definitely without a doubt the best ever for sure!
