This place is always hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get. I went on a Tuesday and had an appointment at 6pm and they didn’t sit me down until 6:20. The lady doing my nails was obviously way too busy and was going so fast that she was being so rough on my fingers and I ended up getting cuts on multiple different cuticles. Then she had to go to a different client in the middle of my scheduled appointment and I got someone else. They didn’t even wrap the polish on the tips of my acrylics so I had the ugly look of having the tips a clear color. They also only put two layers of gel polish on my acrylics and they are incredibly bumpy ): Normally I see that they put 3 to 4 layers of the polish on but this time it was 2 and on the second layer the dude only put it on the center of my nail. He didn’t get the sides or anything. Three days after my appointment my thumb nail started peeling off. When normally acrylics will look good for up to 4 weeks. So disappointed. If they were too busy to take their time with me then they should have scheduled me for a different day. Stop accepting clients if you don’t have the proper time to do their nails! Last time coming here unfortunately. I would have said something the day of but unfortunately I was already late to my plans that night since my appointment was 20 minutes behind schedule.

They are artists at doing nails they always do exactly what I’d like the way I want it. They do great service, They ask you if you need a drink will you first come in and they will get you in that day. Ask for Tammy she is my personal preference but overall they are all great but I am usually judged because of my age and appearance for not being able to afford what I’m asking

Lee knows his regulars by name and makes a point to make conversation while they are there. I try to call ahead so I don’t have to wait once I arrive, and I’ve only had to wait for a few minutes one time. My nail techs are focused and do beautiful work. They do talk to each other in Vietnamese, but this is pretty standard in nail salons. The prices are on the higher end, but quick and quality service match the price point. Highly recommend.

Arden was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience and that I loved my nails. She even went as far as massaging my arms and hands after finishing with my nails. Best experience I’ve ever had. The owner, Lee, was very accommodating to our group of 9 people for a wedding and made sure to give us all a 10% discount. Love this salon and will recommend it to anyone in the Wichita area.

I’m from St. Louis and in Wichita for a business trip. I called and was able to make two appointments. One for a full lash set AND a manicure / pedicure. Everyone did such a phenomenal job and I love my lashes and nails! I was very pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism, and kindness I was greeted with. Had a reservation for 6 people. The place is huge, but I am glad we had reservations! All the staff were friendly- the massages were WONDERFUL! The owner was fun to watch- he knew so many of his customers by name! Our group came for a belated Mothers Day celebration and he gave us 10% off. Very sweet. All instruments were in sterilized autoclave packages. The foot tubs were lined with plastic that was changed after each customer. Very nice people. Amazing how organized it was considering how big the place was and how incredibly busy it was.

I absolutely love this place! Best nail salon in Wichita! The staff is not only friendly they are fantastic at what they do. I always feel so relaxed when ever I go there for my pedicure. They offer you something to drink, which I love and the massage chairs are amazing! Not to mention the music they play is awesome and the TV always has something good on. The manager is amazing he is always checking to make sure every single customer is taken care of and having a great experience! They treat you and each other like family there! Ive gone twice now (it was a friends recommendation initially) both times Ive been impressed with how nice the person is that assists me. They are typically busy, so I recommend a reservation. Im always out in an hour so I know I can schedule appointments after without concerns of time. My polish lasts better and longer than other places Ive been and I love that.

I would normally give 5 stars but today was the 1st time that I didnt have the best experience. The lady that was working on my pedicure was constantly checking her phone and texting. I think we maybe spoke a whole 5 words to one another. The next time I go in I will definitely make sure it is not her. Overall my experience any other time has been fantastic.

Im not sure how I feel about this. My daughter insisted on doing a mother daughter day. She used her birthday money. We just moved to Wichita so called around first. I was done paying $70 for basics when I can do them myself. They separed us and I was not impressed..I was impressed with how Moon treated my daughter tho. Very impressed. I had an off day. But 5 of them stood over me laughing at me for various things. I dont really care its just unprofessional especially after doubling the quoted price. Shame considering I usually tip 50%. I ended up going home and fixing my nails, too. They left me looking like I needed a fill and didnt paint them as I asked. I wont be back. Neither will my daughter who loves going. And while I might be able to do my own, we prefer the salon. Shame.

Ive finally found a nail salon I love! This place is amazing! The pedicure was so relaxing. Lucy was was very skilled and through. She also did my nails and was on point. She brought my vision to life. She was so much fun! The customer service from everyone all around was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly. This is my new place period!!! A+ service & friendliness. Very good nail work, pedicures and cleanliness. Only negative is how busy it is - with that many people, it has a busy & somewhat noisy atmosphere. A bit COVID uncomfortable with that many people too but that will not be a concern in the future. Employees are wearing masks but majority of customers were not.

OMG this place is heaven!! The owner, management and staff are amazing. So friendly, so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I’m going through hormone therapy so I’m on chemo drugs. Drugs that have my skin sensitive and red. And so I haven’t had a pedicure in like forever. Ruby did my pedicure and she did fantastic. If I live here, I would go weekly. I don’t get to enjoy a lot of things right now but my pedicure was 👌🏾. The massage chairs feels like someone is actually massaging you. Plus they bring you wine. 😁 They also do random drawing where you can win things. Great job y’all!! Every time I visit Wichita, I am stopping by Classy Nails for my pedicure.

We had a wonderful experience here. The area is clean and well maintained. They use a cover on the bowl to protect from contamination. The girls are friendly and do a fantastic job. My pedi and Hubbys look great! We plan to go back in a few days for a manicure.

Pat at Classy Nails has hands of gold. He did SO good on my toes. Was gentle and very detailed and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My husband came with me and got a pedicure himself! Great place with great service. They’ve always taken good care of me and made sure I’m happy. 10/10 recommend!

I have always gone to this place and enjoyed my experience, this past visit I can not say the same. I got my full acrylic set done on a Friday and in 2 days the gel polish was peeling off and chipping. That has never happened before. I went in to get my nails fixed and I was treated like an inconvenience. The older man who is usually at the front was not there that day, I notice that he always does a great job at providing great service. Instead that day there was another guy at the counter and the woman who was fixing my nails and I were having trouble finding the color that matched. The lady was super busy with another customer and the guy at the front had to step in and pain my nails. When I asked if he thought the color matched the nails that hadnt peeled off yet he said dont ask me. I walked out unhappy with the way this was handled and refrained from writing this review. I choose to write this review as 3 days later the gel off my acrylics peeled off again, I have come to the conclusion that the gel polish is expired or thinly applied. Due to this I will not be returning to this place that I once loved.

First of all beautiful decor and greeted right away. They were super busy but got us right in. The classy pedicure was amazing and Vy was super sweet and did an awesome job! Then got our nails done and I didn’t catch the guys name but he was really funny and my nails look so beautiful! I will definitely be coming back here!! Worth every penny!! Such great service!! This was my first time visiting Classy Nails And Spa, given that I just moved here from Chicago. WOW is all I can say! I was so impressed by everything! My Classy pedicure by Hanna was the BEST pedicure I have ever had, and my full set by Mai turned out beautifully! Everyone was so kind and helpful, the prices are extremely reasonable, and I left feeling so relaxed and pampered! I will definitely be making Classy Nails my go-to nail salon in Wichita! ❤️

I have never been disappointed by the service here! I used to go to another nail salon but the price was higher than here and the service was terrible. The prices here are so affordable, and the workers have always been amazing! Today I saw Mai and she blew me away (seriously, if you want someone to request, she’s one of the ones I will be requesting in the future). The shape is perfect, she was gentle and very meticulous with getting everything right, and on top of it she was fun to chat with. I don’t come often enough to establish a relationship with the workers, however every time I go in the manager (I think, the male who is super easy to talk to) always knows at least 2 or 3 people’s names and I hear him ask about their kids or job, so you know it’s good when they will remember you on a personal level. The entire place has always been clean when I walk in. The tools are well kept and clean. Plenty of color options in all kinds of shades. The atmosphere is luxurious and comfortable. They have TVs all over to watch if you’re not the chatty type. And on top of it, they offer you water or coffee as some refreshments.

Very nice staff, however I do not like the work done. :( The man that did my nails seemed very uninterested in doing them, when he was asked to he acted like he didnt want to. He wasnt very friendly and told me I need to stop turning my hand, but the reason I was turning my hand was because he was hurting my thumb in that position. I always have this problem with my thumbs and most techs are accommodating however he seemed annoyed with me. The nails are extremely thick and different sizes, and he cut me several times. He was grinding my nails down so fast it was burning me from the friction. He made my real nails very thin the list goes on and on... the nails are nothing like what I asked for but I was so tired of waiting for him to finish I didnt say anything. He got up several times and did a video and other things in the middle of my manicure for the promotion for mothers day. I wouldnt mind but I had my disabled mother with me and you were running out of chairs so she had to wait in the car. I think the owner was extremely genuine and very very nice I really loved his personality, the girl that worked on my pedicure was also extremely nice but she was also distracted and you can tell by the paint job. I know there was a lot going on that day and that is understandable, however I spent 132.00 and I never got half off as promised with the special for mothers day. I think you guys have a really great place very clean and I think if I would have came on a different day maybe my experience would have been different but I was honestly very unhappy. I didnt want to complain because you were all so very busy, I will say the tech that worked on my mother was really great and we did tip her. Sorry to make this so long but I could not respond to the question only revise my rating.

Terrible wait time, they will take up your whole day. Not time effective at all. There is no reason I should spend 2.5 hours at the nail shop for a manicure pedicure. And 40 minutes just waiting. Need to do better with providing quality time efficient service. I’m not coming back because they show favoritism to women with white skin.

After 2.5 years of being a client of one of the owners I need to tell the others that I was treated so poorly during my last appointment I will never be able to return. I always book with T he is the brother of Lee and a CO owner. During my appointment he refused to speak to me I tried to engage with him for 10 minutes. He would speak to the ladies next to me. The tech next to him brought him a warm towel for my massage at the end of my appointment, he said she doesn’t get that she is not worth it. He told me “GO Lee you ring u up” this is all he said to me during my $80 appointment. I did nothing bad or questionable to be treated so bad and made to feel so uncomfortable while paying for a service! I never want anyone to feel as I did ever!

Amber is one of the best natural nail artists! She takes care of my whole family when they are in town too. Would recommend to a friend.

I came from out of town to try this business. We were late to our appointment but he worked us in.... Our nails were okay when done except every finger on the 3 of us were glued to nails. The day after we could feel ridges in nail. I felt lady that did mine was there to just do her job or was upset that she was at the bar because we were both too short. She was very stand offish, she did have to repeat for me to relax but i dont get nails done often due to disability. I tried to explain and she seemed disinterested or just didnt want to listen so when she got tired of repeating she proceeded to just poke at my arm, which actually bruised. 2 out of 3 of our nails already need filled at just 1 wk and honestly i just want them off!

Service was great but I was the first one in there for the day and it took two hours for just a dip manicure. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted and she agreed and started working. She didn’t do the shape I had asked for and when I asked for it to be changed she said no because the shape she was doing fit my hand better. As I appreciate her suggestions it’s just not what I wanted. She got through with one hand and had to soak it off because it looked bad and she said she couldn’t do it so she chose a different color for me and said it would look better... I left the salon with the complete opposite that I had went in there asking for.

Highly recommend for manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions. Ive been going here roughly every 2 weeks for the last few years and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Clean, attentive, consistent and professional. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

I started going here back in July and now I will never go any where else!! If you leave here unhappy its your own fault because you didnt talk to the owner. He will go out of his way to fix,correct,redo,or discount an unsatisfied result. I get two manicures with dip a month and usually one eyebrow wax and organic pedicure w/shellac a month.. Love them.. I recommend them to everyone, and they have never been disappointed just as I havent.. Thanks for keeping it Classy :) Classy :) :)

This was my second visit to the salon. I was pleased with the service the first time and decided to return. I explained to Tracy the service I wanted done. She argued with me and again I told her what I wanted. Long story short Tracy did not perform the service I wanted.. She was rude and difficult!! I wont return to the salon. .

My sister and I both came in for a full set. I asked about prices when I called to make the appointment. After my nails were on I was told it was $5 more for getting them shaped and $5 more for length. I have never been anywhere that charges more for coffin shape and the length was not long. We got charged $20 more than we were told when we called and asked. It seems like our nail techs were being dishonest. They also ignored us the entire time we were there and spoke to each other instead.

I paid $64 for two colors and a few white flowers, they were cut uneven, with rough edges, didnt remove cuticles, they were rude as well. I was charged for 5 different colors, and length when they werent above average. Never going to this place again.

It has a great atmosphere and people but not the best when it comes to getting acrylic. I had to fix the shape myself when I got home for everytime I tried telling her they were off she would only make it worse and the lady cut me on 5 of my 10 fingers. Probably wont ever go back.

Great experience every time I come to get a manicure or pedicure. Quick service but not rushed. There is always a happy/ positive vibes so its definitely a good place to go and relax & of course pamper yourself.

I went in today and they seemed so rushed and cut my finger. Usually they do a good job but it’s the holiday season but wouldn’t recommend around the holidays if you want your nails done right.

I’ve went here on 3 different occasions all invites by friends of mine that go there. All three occasions I’ve left unhappy. This last time I will say I will not go back even if it’s where my friends go! I sat down for a classy pedicure from a guy that had no idea what he was doing felt like! He was all over the place with the whole pedicure and cut me multiple times with the cuticle snipper one where it took a chunk out of my toe and I flinched and let out a s**** . I felt like the pedicure wasn’t even enjoyable after that. The lady working next to him kept telling him what to do I take it and watching his every move super uncomfortable.

The place looks cute and fancy. Giving 3 stars because my acrylic nails were so weak I broke 2 of them within the first 2 days! That usually doesnt happen when I get them done in other places. Also I paid extra money on my pedicure because a pair of high heels damaged my feet but my feet were rough and crusty even after all the treatment I had to go home and finish the job by myself, at the end, I managed to make my feet softer. Pro: they offer you drinks like water and soda while youre waiting.

The atmosphere was nice. They did a great job on the pedicures. I wasnt to thrilled with the acrylics. Told them specifically that we wanted just acrylics. Ended up being upcharged, which I hate when places do that. My nails ended up coming out really thick and not smooth. I would go back for the pedi but not for the nails

I received gift cards to come here back in December, but just now got around to using them...8 months later. Im here to tell you that I shouldnt have waited so long. The facility is clean & bright. The employees were extremely friendly. Ive been to a few other places & they were efficient, but the employees were difficult to understand. I definitely will be back.Oh, yeah, the number of male clients that were in receiving pedis were almost equal to the ladies. Absolutely not one of the male clients seemed uncomfortable.Yup Ill be back AND Ill be bringing my husband back with me.

Wonderful place very nice people. Just think they could have done way better on my nails. When I left my nails were sticky, they chipped on the very end like 20 mins after leaving the shop and just not the best quality.

This was by far the best salon Ive been too. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the second I opened the door. Customer service was over the top and they have the biggest color selection I have ever seen! The tech who did my nails was very detailed and they came out looking fabulous. My last visit was horrible. The lady who did my feet was good but not my nails. I bled 5 different times from her missing and today day #6 . 5 nails have fallen off. I did contact them through Facebook the day after . They said I could come back and they would fix it. I explained that is at least 2 hours out of my days. With drive and sitting there.i would have much preferred a discount if I decided to come back. I sent pictures of my nails. NO EXCUSE.

The staff not only celebrated my birthday but congratulated me on my upcoming wedding. The facility is amazingly clean(!!!) and well run, with kind staff.
