Wonderful environment. They fixed my nails that I had done horribly at Nails today. They had made my nails PERFECT. Here is a before and after 😊

All the employees are very nice, eager to help, always smiling and make you feel welcome upon entering the salon. Sue, my Nail Tech is absolutely amazing. I can go in there with a picture of some design I want, or just an idea about what I would like, and she makes it happen. Here are just a few designs she has done for me! If you are looking for a Nail Salon, I would recommend Regal Nails, and of course Sue 😀

10/10 would definitely recommend everyone was super friendly, my nail tech Mandy did AMAZING!!! i didn’t have much time and she was very fast and my nails turned out super cute 😍 i am thoroughly impressed to say the least

Jackie used his talent to make a unique design for me. If you have to wait awhile to be helped its only because they take time with every customer to make sure they are happy.

Asked for a pedi and mani combo and told them no shellac. Got time to pay and they charged me for shellac. $20 I didnt expect to pay.

Very pleasant and most of the time you can understand what they say and ask you. This is strictly a Nail salon,whether finger nails or toes.

Ive been going here for years. Regal Nails on Pawnee is the best. The staff are all friendly, nice and do great quality work. 10/10 recommend this place, Nails done by Jackie.

Mandy is the BEST ever! My nails last a LONG TIME when I go to her in comparison to many other techs that have done my nails at other shops. She delivers your wish pics and even better! She is my fav!!! Won’t switch ever!

The male nail technician didnt great job. Carried on a conversation the whole time. Made jokes too. Even handled a difficult customer with ease. Very professional. I will be returning soon

By the end of the service I realized why she was sort of slopping through it quickly. She left as soon as she was finished I must have been her last client of the day. My nails are extremely uneven. They were not buffed out of smoothed a have literal mounds.. I was not asked to rinse my hands and dust off during the service so as to have a thorough clean application. Price was high for the location and especially for the service I received..

Sue is the best! Shes gives me what I ask for and then some! I never leave her chair disappointed! And shes fast! Ask for sue!

Id like to start with giving an amazing hands up to Sue in chair #2. She is a blessing at her work. She listens to what you really want with your nails. She talks to you while you are her customer. She remembers your name when you walk in. Big round of applause for fixing my nails and making them how I prefer to have them.

This place is not for nail connoisseurs. A good place to take your little kids and get some cute kiddie designs or for people that want really basic stuff. I would not recommend these people for anything new or trendy. The place is high traffic and could be much cleaner. The one star is for the reasonable pricing and convenience of being inside Wally World.

Called before I went in to make sure what I wanted would be a decent price, came in and showed them a picture of the shape and length of my nails & asked to make sure again about pricing. So she cut my acrylic nails to see how short I wanted them which I agreed too but then after the powder and polish she filed them very short. I didn’t say anything until I left and couldn’t stop complaining about them. When I called & told them they told me I need to wait two weeks or so to come in and get them redid for the same price. And that they could not do anything else because I agreed to the length. I’m beyond frustrated with how this salon handled a situation with an unhappy customer. Usually I never ever complain because I feel terrible. I understand it’s hard to fix and would take another hour or so to fix them but they should be willing to do whatever to make me happy so I can come in again. This is why I stick with my regular lady but unfortunately I moved to Wichita

Not the best service

Customer support is exceptional. The employees are professional, courteous, friendly.

The wait is never too long they get you in and out quickly while doing a good job at the same time if you have any issues with your nails after you leave all you have to do is call and let them know whats going on and they will quickly address the issue with no problem and for no charge if its an n error of theirs.

The regal nails at walmart at pawnee and Broadway. The ladies that work there are great but the owner is the issue. He makes lude comments and when my mom came in for her scheduled appt that I had made for her per the state requirements for them.to reopen he had let so many people just come in without appointments he told her that her appt was for the next day which was a complete lie because she was going in the hospital the next day which is why I was trying to get her in that monday and made her an appointment. He was not nice to her and she had been going there for years.

I got a pedicure done here 1/23. Fantastic service. I will definitely be returning.

Best nail salon in town!

I took my daughters to get their nails done here. 😵 the workers stayed over 30 min just to accept and finish my girls. Awesome attitudes. Thanks

Got shellac on my natural nails. I wanted one finger on each hand green and she forgot but I was in a hurry so didnt have it redone. Wait time can be longer than what they say. I had them pained 3 or 4 days ago and my index finger is already messed up. Prices are good tho. Staff is friendly. Well kept business

Not an inviting place. Feels like a mill. Come in sit down let me get this done and be happy about it. The technician seem to be learning as they go along. They are not real current with their technics. I dont feel like I really trust this place. They are friendly enough I guess..

I really enjoyed my time there. Sue was very nice and the staff was also. Sue did a fabulous job on my nails. I love them thank you so much.

I only come to the pawnee nd Broadway one. And they always are fantastic and polite.

My 1st experience was okay but my nails were so uneven. My next visit was so awkward, the girl did even talk to me except asking about the shape and colors i wanted. The same day i switched the laundry and my nail broke in half.

Very nice place. Would reccomend.

Regal nails is the best place for anyone to get their nails done ! My girl Tori is one of the best along with all the other girls but Tory always gets me in when I am in a panic lol, I can not express enough how wonderful 🙂🤗she is to me So if anyone needs to get their nails or a pedicure done I would highly recommend regal nails I would definitely write them a 10!!!!!❤❤

They were very nice. And did a great job filling my acrylics and it was pretty cheap as well ($15). Im going to use this place all the time.

They only seem to be able to do basic nails 🙄

Went in for an overlay, she did great. But the topper on the cake was when I asked if they would slap some polish on my 3 year old and they did a full on mini Mani. Even gave her lil flowers. It was like 20 mins past closing time and they went above and beyond to make it special for my baby.

The bottom of my nail shows on most of them. Each nail is a different thickness, one nail is not even. For not getting my nails done in a long time Im very disappointed. Also it says my service is $22 I was charged $32.

The lady name Lee did really good and the whole staff was nice. Will be going back 🙋🏿‍♀️😉

The guy I got cut me twice and continued to do my nails while my cuts were bleeding. He also practically decided my length for me. And he didnt make sure if the nails were length right like usual. Plus he did a bad job putting them on because the last two days my nails have been falling off.

Got my nails done Saturday and already one nail broke called they couldnt even work w/ me so I know if I have to pay or not they just told me to come in.. they went to fast because they were closing and the shape was all off.
