If I could make a no start I would! This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They do a good job at doing nails. Been there once before and prices are great but they are so quick to dismiss you. I called for a week to get my sister an appointment for her nails and have been turned away every time. I tried for the last time today for an appointment Monday afternoon. I was told no I can’t come in. They are very rude about it and didn’t even try to fit me in for another day. This place will never get my money ever again. I don’t care how good their prices are you have to have good customer service as a priority as well as good prices

Tweet ( the only nail person that works here) can be rude at times. I dont know if its because shes always working by herself or what, but every time I call she always says shes too busy to make appointment I go up there in person she tells me to call because shes too busy to take 30 seconds to look in her book and schedule me appointment. Ive been a loyal customer every since she started doing nails and she treats me very poorly. Only good thing I can say about this location is the prices are reasonable... I will never go here again. I definetly recommend Emily at City Nails . Same price better service....

I have went in TWICE which is 2 times and called ONCE which is one time. to get my nails done and was turned away EACH TIME and was very dismissive. I have not had a customer service experience like this or had an owner take the time out to make a rude comment. I actually havent had a business turn away money THREE TIMES. I guess myself being from a bigger area where nail salons can meet the demand is foreign to this nail salon. Maybe customer service is all together.

Its time to make appointment I love how my nails look after Lovely Nails finishes. Its makes me feel like I Should be a Nail model ;-). Will be showing my new ones on 3/ 26th/19

Lovely nails is one of my fave spots to get my nails done. They always do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I recommend calling and making an appt though because if you are a walk-in, its very likely that they are booked up.
