I dont like wearing masks, not many people do. But 24hr fitness has a sign that says we need to wear 1 so i do. I wouldnt feel as dumb for wearing the mask if I wasnt the only person wearing it. No one wears a mask & the staff do absolutely nothing about it. Theyre too busy chatting with each other or looking at their phones to enforce the rules. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if they did something else work related like stock the spray bottles, paper towels, or soap in the mens showers but no they dont.
The outdoor gym is okay. I visited 11-2pm and it is not crowded yet. No towels provided. Restroom is clean. Plenty of parking spot too. Mask is required
This is the nicest 24 Hour Fitness I have ever been to. Its nicer than most of the Equinox gyms that I have been to. If you live within driving distance, you should strongly consider working out here.
I love it. My choice in the valley
Excellent facilities, very poor corporate structure and management. If you look around online, youll see multiple stories of people being charged after they cancel their membership, and I have the same story.I attempted to cancel my membership just after the LA county quarantine was announced in March 2020. The company filed for bankruptcy and had no humans available for customer service until recently. 24 Hour Fitness charged my card for a yearly fee in March or April of 2020 that I disputed because I had attempted to cancel my membership and was not able to contact anyone at the company, and was awarded $10 of the $40 charge through my credit card company. They then charged me for a monthly fee in 2021. I spoke personally with the manager and he approved the yearly fee refund, but it has been at least two months with no sign of a refund. Corporate is unresponsive. They are still charging me a yearly fee, but not the monthly fee in 2021.Bad customer service cannot redeem a good facility and equipment. My recommendation: STAY AWAY.
Great gym and location. Has the best basketball court in town. I have yet to check out other 24 hour gyms so I can’t compare this court to others owned by 24 hour fitness. Spacious and it does fill it up daily but there is still plenty of space to get in a good workout. The people are respectful when it comes down to getting a workout here. 24 hour fitness used to be open 24 prior to COVID 19. Hopefully soon it goes back to those days as the city re opens. The only reason I would not rate this location a five star, is due to the sidewalk on the main entrance side not being cleaned/sandblasted on some type of a schedule. The indoor parking lot needs a net so birds don’t fill in and bring down good luck on everyone prior to entering.I have not worked at this location so I’m not sure %100, how cleaning is inside of the lockers and showers. I have seen them clean them regularly in the past prior to COVID 19. Recently signed back up to 24 hour and will keep everyone updated on that note.
Trainer does not show up for class. Second time I come in and class is canceled. When she comes in, she is late. Manager non-existent or non-responsive. We still pay the dues. I am going to cancel subscription.
Wonderful staff. Everyones really cool thereHowever their Air Conditioner is not fully functioning in the building. Its been getting hot in the cardio areas. Once they get that fixed, Ill be back there. The staff said theyre hoping that gets fixed this week.
Nice gym except no ac in cardio area it’s a disgusting sweat box it’s been down over a month at least
Very nice I love it i had no issues and the front disk so friendly
This gym is much better since they opened up the NoHo and Downey gyms. Not nearly as crowded and you can actually book a time without needing to be on the app right at midnight. I like this gym better than the NoHo one because it’s outside on a basketball court. NoHo is in a parking garage with walls on all four sides. Also plenty of free parking, some even covered.
Everything in this gym is old and very very very DIRTY! Equipment hasnt been cleaned for years. I really mean that from the treadmills to the floors. Staff members behind the counter are always bored out of their mind. Pick up a towel and cleans this place up before this gyms goes bankrupt.
All Planet Fitness are back open 24 hours, yet this club is still closing at 9pm while charging $50 and blaming COVID... (rip off) Will definitely be canceling and switching membership to PF.
Great location. Big weights area. Just wish it was truly open 24 hours.
Either open 24 hours like competing gyms in the area or change your name. No reason to close between 11 and 5 if folks are paying for the service.
The facility itself is nice... it’s a gym, what more can you expect... BUT, since this covid bs is forcing us to train OUTSIDE... this gym NEEDS to take more equipment out there OR expand the workout area!! Every morning i am there when the doors open... like 30 others.... and waiting for benches and equipment is BS! Some people don’t have the decency to share Ans be nice about it, i do. PLEASE ADD MORE BACK EQUIPMENT! And LEG PRESS!
Air conditioning does not work and it can get very hot inside!
24 hour fitness will always be my go to workout spot. I will always choose this place first when in the mood for a workout.
Covid review: You can’t try this location for free, you have to pay and buddy passes do not work. You have to reserve a 90 minute slot to workout and there’s never any open slots, although they do have walk-ins. They have a 50 person limit, which is too much because there’s not enough equipment to comfortably workout. Only 5lb weights were free and you have to beg people to take turns for anything else. Floor is dirty and mats aren’t cleaned so I suggest you take your floor workouts at home. Treadmills have no incline or power, they are the curved type that doesn’t work for my specific workout. Additionally, I saw them “clean” the facility in between 90 min slots and the staff only bothered to spray some of the dumbbells and barbells with disinfectant. Definitely clean whatever you’re planning on using.
First Day Back At The Gym, Its A Nice Setting Outdoors, But My Suggestion To Tge Staff Is To Put More Cleaning Supplies All Around The Facility To Disinfect Tge Machines, Theres Not Enough Of Those
Good variety of equipment and it is nice to have the option to workout in the open yet still covered by a roof during these times.
Please make it clearer on your app that this gym requires a reservation.
The Space up on Roof no more than 45 people, waiting in line without Registering 1 full hour, then only About 35 people Exercising on the roof Seem to crowded, But I had Excellent Workout with the weightlifting Machines,Very courtesy 24-Team Employees Thank you
Theyve done a pretty good job with adjusting for covid, very limited space so have to reserve ahead of time
I was treated horribly at this place by the general manager ISSAM ASHKAR! Not only did he yell at me he proceeded to tell me to get out the way! When I joined I was told I have 90 min max to workout and I knew nothing about the time slots! The manager screamed at me in the middle of my work out and told me I needed to go!! He was so rude I have never in my life been talked to like this by a GM.He should know how to have respect and he don’t! I canceled my membership 30 min after because of how I was treated! Do not go to this location! Please save your money. I will make sure ISSAM ASHKAR boss hears about this! I wouldn’t have took my time to write this post if I didn’t feel disrespected!
You have to book an appt right at midnight to get a spot. They allow people to walk-in but there is a line and sometimes only five people will be allowed to walk-in. There seems to be no cut off time for people who show up late. I’ve waited in line and people show up 30 minutes into the beginning of a gym session and they’re still let in while the rest of us who showed up early to walk-in are left outside. Super unfair system.
Decent gym, not too busy during day time hours. Could use a upgrade on some of the machines.
AC never works !
Been a long-time member at 24 Hour Fitness because of their access and the fact I can simply work out in a clean (no frills) environment and do my thing. Over the years, Ive seen a few locations cut back in amenities and this location is no exception. Note to management, the little things can make a big impact on customers and help maintain membership in the long run. Faucets havent worked well for years, hand air dryers could definitely use an upgrade, and cancelling towel service at a Super Sport location wasnt a smart idea. Staff has always been friendly.
This place is great. Clean, and very friendly front staff. The open air basketball court on the 2nd floor was neat; I think that is what first attracted me to this place off the highway. Every class that I took had a great instructor and the trainers were professional and knowledgeable. It could use some updated treadmills, but everything else was great. They also have towel service! :)
On of the great 24 hour gyms thats out there. They just opened the new 24 hours sport fitness in Burbank. I have to say it so far they have done great job. Not just its new, they have great staff that can help you on everything. I have asked few question about some exercises and they have done great job by not just answering. They have showed me how to do it. It is very clean as well. The lockers are clean and brand new. So, far so good.
The spa needs to be checked out immediately. Suddenly without notice, the steam room hours were deducted two hours before its original turn off time. This does not help your overcrowded gym that already had a wide range of issues. I would have these spa hours extended to give the later members a chance to spread their hours conveniently without leaving us all cramped before 9m! The front desk always has their own list of excuses, pathetic.
I have been going to this 24 Hour Fitness pretty much since it opened. I like it here a lot. I go to the gym and do my thing. No place is perfect and you got all kinds of personalities that may conflict with you and yours. Ive met a lot of cool people here. Some friendly and some not. Its ok though. Again, my purpose is to improve my body the way I want it to be and leave. I have read a lot of the comments and it seems to be pretty negative and they have their right to say whatever. My experience has been great because I mind my own business. The ones Ive become cool with, I approach and talk to as well as a few staff members that are truly nice to me. I will keep on coming here because this gym has been good to me.
Love the gym. Awesome staff. But they really need to pressure wash the basketball court. Bird poop, gum and spit all over the place. They also need to clean and paint the staircase case that leads to the entrance. Super unsanitary.
This is the best 24 Hour Fitness I have been to. I am including the new North Hollywood Super Sport when I make this statement. Its clean, easy to move around, and the staff are really friendly. Machines are always functional (which at North Hollywood, I have already seen some that were being worked on), and easy to use. The basketball court has a schoolyard feel to it, which is a nice change from the gymnasium feel you are used to getting. If you want to be noticed and look at beautiful men and women, go to North Hollywood Super Sport. If you want a fully functional gym that isnt overcrowded, go to Burbank Super Sport. North Hollywood is a really good gym, and Burbank is a Great gym.
Best gym I have ever gone to, the staff are friendly and very helpful and best of all they great you with a smile and treat you like family. This Will definitely be my home gym (Burbank 24) for a very long time. These guys rock!
Not sure what some of these awful reviews are about, this is a pretty good gym. The staff was super helpful, especially Harold. There’s plenty of machines, free weights, open space, cardio equipment, etc and everything is in good condition. My one critique is regarding the patrons. Apparently people don’t know how to re-rack their weights. This was evident on the machines but even worse with the dumbbells; not a single weight was in its place and random dumbbells were scattered throughout the gym. I’m assuming since the gym never closes, the staff never has a time to put all the weights in their place. Either way, it was a huge pain.
Great selection of workout equipment: cardio, weights, weight machines. Helpful staff most of the time. It can get quite busy depending on when you go. Parking is hit or miss. It has a small lot in the back and some street parking available. There is a pool, sauna, hot tub, and basketball court.Membership prices are a little higher because of the extras. See if you can start a membership while there is a deal like no initiation.
I joined a few months ago, the gym had towel service and seemed nice. Over the last 30 days its been closed twice to sewage problems, discontinued towel service and the locker room is getting that dingy dirty vibe with trash spilling out of the floor. When you look up from some of the machines there are long strands of dust trailing from the ceiling and the ceiling fans..... This same thing happened at the Sunset Blvd 24 Hour fitness....it went from being very nice, to dirty and bad. Based on my experience during the last month, I think I am going to look for another gym soon, I dont want to get MERSA or something gross from the dirt.. for the price we should get a little more.
The fitness services are perfect there’s no doubt.
No provide towels for my sweaty. 700$ membership and no towels what the hell? i guess everyone doesnt care if j spread my herpes infested sweat on equipment.
A very large gym with a ton of equipment. Lots of variety. The pool and hot tub are always gross so I never use those. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the gym is. The bathroom is clearer than other 24 hour fitnesses I have been to.
I finally became a member of 24hour fitness member after years at LA fitness. I have visited the super sport in Glendale and the gym in Burbank so far. I mainly play basketbalI and i really like how their are 6 hoops to shoot at on the basketball court compared to only two at la fitness. The facility is clean and nice. The Glendale gym gets pretty crowded though but i kind of like that. It encourages me to see other people working to reach their goal. Ive noticed that there are far more beautiful people that go to 24hour compared to LA fitness :)
This is probably the best Super Sport I have visited. The locker room is attended to more frequently and is much cleaner compared to the North Hollywood Super Sport. The staff is also pretty friendly.
This place is close to my work and close to the stores around the corner. Lots of free parking on the street, sheltered garage or the roof. Lots of equipment but it can get pretty busy after work when I go so you have to wait for things a bit. I like this a lot better than the NoHo one because it seems less crowded.
One of their larger gyms, equipped with a cool, fenced off, roof top basketball court. Usually a wait for machines after 4 pm. Cleanliness is good too
I wouldve put 5 stars if this gym wasnt to crowed in the late afternoons.best time to go is in the early morning hours or from noontime to 4pm. After that, forget about it, to crowded for me! But otherwise a great gym to workout!!!🏋️
Place is not good at all. My friend Darryl got racially profiled by Issam Ashkar. 🤦🏾♂️Got to do better.
24 Hour Fitness has gone down hill. I rather go elsewhere for much cheaper with better service
Of every super sport this would be my least favorite. Every super sport always has 2 old school steppers in the aerobics area. They got rid of their only 2 here leaving behind the cliche aerobic equipment that every other boring gym has. Also no towel service either. Theres nothing Super about this gym.
Great location. Has all the equipment you need and does not get as packed as the larger branches in the area.
Attention moms!!!! 24 fitness in Burbank has a policy of locking kids in the bathroom if they have an accident. Think twice before spending your money there! This is my friends account of what happened:Canceled my membership at 24hr fitness today. My son could not communicate that he needed the bathroom and had an accident. The dumb attendant locked him in bathroom with his sister until I got there. Then threatened me that it better never happen again. Not cool! Nobody puts my babies in the corner. Taking my business elsewhere.
Great location!Clean environment to workout in!Cool machines & outdoor basketball court!
Very clean gym and the staff are really nice and friendly love it here.
Theres nothing wrong or bad about this gym. Its a gym, not a place to stay. So people bitching about it, dont even waste your time.Main point. Its great. Its got everything you need for a workout and the staff is awesome. Go try it yourself. :)
Good sized gym. Pricing is like any 24 hour. Gets crowded in the morning and evenings but otherwise great.
The staff here couldnt care less about what their customers need or if they are satisfied or not. Definitely look for another gym because this one has horrible customer service.
Terrible experience..I had to wait 55 min to see one of managers to cancel one of my avvounts!!!!! They have raise my membership by $6.00 without telling me!!! Such a big turnover rate...employees survive only two months....
This gym is pretty big and has good equipment but theres something wrong more frequently than I would like. Like the a/c is busted and the side with the weights smells horrible due to lack or air circulation, or the pool filtration system is broken and the water looks super murkyBut when things are working its great. This gym can get packed in the evening around 7-10, and a the parking spaces gets filled. For the most part I have no issues and the staff seem to be friendly and helpful. I got my membership through Costco so I didnt have to deal with any sales people.
Its a no for me. First off, towel service was discontinued effective Dec 2018. Been a member since they 1st opened and have never seen equipment, customer service & cleanliness deteriorate faster at any other establishment. Equipment is rusty (to the point of hazard on some machines), bathrooms are out of order for months at a time, prices are raised every year. This location no longer needs to pay staff to collect, wash & fold dirty towels, not to mention the $$ theyre saving on utilities as a result. So why the continued price increases? Managers & staff just dont care so dont bother speaking up because theyre smug and disingenuous in their responses. Cant picture this gym making it long-term anymore.
Kids club doesnt need a misleading closing announcement.or to be released 4 times . If you cant figure out when your kids need to be picked up, then you shouldnt have any .
This facility is extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff doesnt seem to care that it is to this level of disrepair. The pool area takes this to another level and I think is a serious health concern. The pool is extremely cloudy and has so many random objects floating in it that I have to question when the last time it was ever cleaned. The locker room as well looks like it hasnt been cleaned properly in weeks (if not months). There is so much old gum stuck to random object that it is kinda hilarious.
The womens locker room and restroom are always filthy. I sent in a complaint a two page letter to be exact and numerous pictures to back-up my story and never received any feedback from 24 hr. fitness. Very poor customer service. You cant even speak to someone on the phone about your issue at corporate. This can only be done by letter. This is the worst maintained facility. We are paying to use their facility, the least they can do is to make sure that its clean. Its already a breeding zone for bacteria because of everyones sweat but then to have it unmaintained on top of it. Its gross. Im seriously looking at other gyms to change my membership. I shouldnt be paying for a dirty gym! Brenda
Friendly, responsive, even proactive staff. Worlds above other 24 hour fitnesses nearby.
Went in intending to use the free 3 day pass that I signed up for online. When i got there I was told that because I was from out of state, I would need to pay the $25 day pass fee. In my opinion, that is a very steep fee for a day pass. The staff were not very friendly about anything and Ill make it a point to never join any 24 hour fitness.
I am a member of 24 Since 1998, I have visited many 24 gyms,Recently I visited 24 Burbank,Early Sunday Morning 2am. Noticed 2 Employees.Stephan Hohler and James Bailey. One was at the Counter folding towels and the other was out on the floor returning weights, both were nice and hard working. Gym looked good.
Equipment in rough shape. Not a lot of machines. Machines are older and break down often. Its very warm in the building. Lots of people dropping weights can be distracting.
Ok, sooooo... This place is filthy! I’m new here from out of state. I signed myself and my family up 2 days ago.. We’ve been 2 times. I sat in the sauna last night for the first time and it was disgusting! It stinks and the floor has a huge puddle of brown water in it, and the windows and door hasn’t been cleaned in who knows when. I thought since I was trying to recover from a cold I’d just go to the steam room.. I left sauna went into steam room only to find they have nothing in the steam, no mint, no eucalyptus, nothing .. Just steam that smells like people’s sweat! Oh no! I feel I may have made myself sicker.. Great nasty people! If you don’t believe in the reviews then get a free pass for a day and be the judge for yourself.. I’m canceling my family’s membership today.. Thanks but, no thanks.
Washing machines have been on the fritz lately and the Hot tub has been down for almost a month... The locker rooms are ridiculously humid and many of the machines are just plain broken...go elsewhere if you want to have a pleasant experience!
Great gym with many amenities. However theyve recently been struggling to maintain Hot Water for those who need to shower..yet the problem may beyond their control.
I live in San Diego and go to the 24 at the UTC Mall and I have never ran into any problems there. Here, the machines are out of order, they have no good water filling stations, their weights are always in the incorrect order or on the floor, and the machines are all death traps. I got my right hand cut by cables that dont have the black lining anymore so they will snap at any time. The locker rooms water extractor never works and the jacuzzi sometimes doesnt work either. Im not rating this place lower than 2 since its a nice gym but as a super sport and 24 you need to constantly maintain your facilities
Last night I was jogging in front of the elliptical machines and pulled a hamstring muscle and fell face first to the floor. Not one person came over and asked if I was ok. The machines were full of people, one trainer was busy looking at customers cell phone, and the rest were to busy chit chatting with each other. I got up in severe pain and slowly made to the locker room after kicking my stuff around because i could not bend over and reach it. The people in that place are pathetic. Even the people the machines couldnt ask if I was ok. Ill be looking for another gym.
The locker room is always dirty and smelly. The water in the jacuzzi turns green at times. The free weights are everywhere except on the rack. I asked for a more popular music that everyone enjoys but they keep going back to loud rap noise. One condescending manager even suggested I buy an mp3 player. I told him that owned more than one but refused to use them for health reasons. If you enjoy coming here at 4 a clock in the morning and not get a workout, get frustrated and stressed out before you start your day, pay good money for it, then this is the perfect gym for you!
Thieves and robbers in NOHO branch and they claim they dont have cameras to see who stole my bike locked right in front of the entrance of the club at the bikes parking spot. It felt as if it was a setup. Instead of helping me 24 hour fitness staff were very disrespectful, particularly Chrystal made the incident feel 10 folds worse and they never came out to investigate where bike was stolen from. The neighbor businesses were all helping me out but the staff at 24 hour fitness were apathetic about the incident. I heard that a lot of stuff gets stolen at this gym, even from the lockers... This is THIEF AND ROBBERS PARADISE!
I went there with a long time member to workout and see the facility...the membership cost has gotten more reasonable, being only 25-30 dollars more than where Im currently at (my gym does not have a pool, which is a little drawback). The manager on duty told me I could either pay 25 dollars for the day, or get a 3 day pass for 20-30 minutes of my time. Who wouldnt want a 3 day pass for only a minimal amount of time? Needless to say I didnt get the tour or talked to about membership because while the sales manager (who was very nice and apologetic about my wait time) was working his butt off, the manager sat at the front desk just folding towels. There wasnt another sales person available...at 3 pm. After waiting for 20 minutes (even had time to use the restroom), I finally paid the 25 dollars and went to workout. The facility itself is okay...the machines are extremely weird (Ive never seen a machine where the seat moves with you while targeting a specific muscle group), it was very humid within the facility, the staff wasnt that friendly (with the exception of the sales manager...I even got scowled at a little by a girl collecting towels), and its a LOT smaller than it looks. Ill stay where Im at...the people are friendly, its spacious, and well organized.
Very nice gym with a roof top parking lot and basketball court, but the place is very busy until 10 pm.
I like this place, but it is always crowded. The best hour to go is in the morning, around 6am. If you go around 7-8pm you may have to wait to have a clean towel
For a Super Sport this location really needs to improve their air quality. The locker room is super hot, humid and smells like BO, really gross. They have a good variety of equipment however not well maintained as there is always treadmills and weight equipment thats tagged out.
Terrible experience. Used their pool last night with my boyfriend and it was dirty. Had stuff floating in the bottom of the pool that looked like toilet paper. Went to use the hot tub, but it was cold and cloudy. Another member that was using the pool said that they havent cleaned in that area in two weeks. There was an employee that was bringing trash out of the womens locker room when he said that and the employee looked embarrassed, but also like she didnt care. Never coming here again. I here all of the 24 hour fitnesss are disgusting and not cleaned properly. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Staff was rude and unfriendly.I felt un welcomed. not to judge the tear drop tattoo on the face they should evaluate their staff better in interviews if they are going to hire someone. The man was even more in friendly when I wouldnt upgrade to a super membership. I Probably would have upgraded if he was respectful and had some class. Couldnt even say bye when I told him i was interested. In upgrading pity full ok. I didnt even care to see the facility before I consider upgrading. A low 1 star because that bothered me. Such a simple job to simply check members in and make them feel welcomed to a club they pay a good amount of money to work out at.
I only gave them three stars because the strong cloro smell, beside that the place is awesome
Clean and Spacious enough weights for everyone and good location between my work an home.
I love front desk friendly service and I like big place I will come back
One of the WORST locations of 24 hour fitness. The spa is not working, pool is yellow, never seen steamroom working. The other day the shower was flooding. When I told the representative about the issue, the answer was that they will fix eventually. The only good thing is that this location is open 24 hours.
Horrible service! Elena, the “manager” was very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic! 24 hour, if you’re going to have employees who have no common courtesy, hire more employees who can relieve those who are overwhelmed and bad-tempered. Elena was checking in members, folding towels, handing out driver license while ignoring issue at hand. She smirked throughout the entire conversation, and ignored most of what I was explaining to her. Not to mention, 24’s customer service reps are incompetent and apathetic.
Great gym to go. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Just awful location. Ive been to the Pasadena location and just moved away from the Northridge location. I was not a fan of the Northridge location because of how disgusting it was, this location gives me a whole new perspective. The locker room was disgusting and saturated throughout with water on the ground, you couldnt change without getting your socks wet. The whole place smelled terrible, it was hotter than the other locations, and parking was terrible and confusing. I cannot recommend less.
The yoga classes here are bomb, but thats the only perk. First, good luck finding parking especially with the a-hole BMW and Lexus drivers taking up two spots because theyre too dumb to park correctly. Anytime after five youre going to be circling or waiting behind somebody who stopped to follow somebody out. Next, if you want to lift weights, I hope your headphones are loud and youre already halfway deaf so you can turn your music up loud enough to drown out the grunting animals that slam their weights down after six reps. There is always some jerk hogging three sets of 20, 25, & 30 lb dumbbells for a good hour, doing super sets or some chatty divas hogging the squat machine while doing upper body super sets in between and using the machine in weird ways. The people who go here really suck. Ive never had a problem otherwise but the clientele are just douchey scum.
Not much to say, overall good gym, they recently got new cardio equipment and the place is relatively clean.
I love the Burbank 24 Hour Fitness. Plenty of yoga (and other classes); the instructors really know their stuff and have credentials to match, and you can park your car!
Certain employees lack hospitality and embrace prejudice. These employees communicate with passive aggressive violent behavior like slamming doors, speaking spanish to conceal criticism of members, and dirty looks. Other employees are pleasent and on point.
I toured 3 gyms this morning.. this one was very nice... it is the most crouded, and from what the guy at the desk said the most expensive, although he didnt know the exact rates, nor did he offer any free pass like the others he said its $40-60 per month the others were power house $150 +$30/month and Burbank athletic club $10/month and 3 month free if u pay the year up front, for me I want to work out early get in and out with out breaking the bank I will try Burbank athletic club... my opinion!
The womens locker room and showers have ventilation problems. Its always too hot in there and excessively steamy. This results in a build up of mold. Its impossible to dry your hair in this environment. Ive complained to the company about this and received an email from the location operations manager saying that they had problems, but have fixed it. Not so. Ive sent emails and have made subsequent contact with 24 Hour Fitness as well as the operations manager requested that I do when the environment is no better and have not received one response. There are numerous similar reviews with similar complaints about this location from women. There has been no remedy. I suppose the next step will be to bring up this apparent health issue with the appropriate agencies and local news channels.
Really clean has many workstations and friendly always helpful
Fairly new and clean place. Wish members would re-rack the weights.
The worst gym you could ever sign up for. If youre reading this, do yourself a favor and sign up for a different gym. Their employees and managers will lie to you in order to get you to sign a contract and then youll find out later that your membership costs WAY more than you were originally told...but youll be stuck in a contract with no way to cancel and youll just keep getting billed without your consent. Additionally, my bag was stolen out of the locker room in this gym, someone broke the lock and left with my stuff...the gym did absolutely 0 to help and when the Burbank police showed up to make a report, they told me that this stuff happens all the time at this place and more people should know about this. SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
