This is the second Pride mobility scooter we bought here as well as a Bruno lift for our van. Do not hesitate to come and see Paul for any of your mobility needs. All of the personnel are friendly and helpful. You will be happy with any deals you make with Paul.

What a great experience working with Paul at Mobility Express on Ulmerton Road, Largo! We were looking for a motorized wheelchair/scooter for my 88 year old dad. Paul was so well informed, patient and very kind! I went in a day before my dad just to see what might work for him. I was shown 3 or 4 different options and Paul even went out on the hot summer day with the equipment to see what I would be able to load and unload in my van when I would be transporting my dad. We came back the next day and purchased a Zazzy Passport motorized wheelchair. Perfect for my dads needs. Not one second of pressure during the entire process! Paul was in when I brought in my uncles scooter. Featured in the photo. He assessed it after we couldnt get it working and determined it was the motor. The scooter was 9 years old and well past its life. We brought it in on a friday near closing hours. Paul gave us his cell and told us to call even during non business hours since my uncle needed a scooter. He made time and came in on off hours on sat at 9am to get my uncle taken care of. From the first moment we wandered onto their NPR lot, the service was personal and seamless, no hard sell or pushiness at all. We live in St Pete, so when we wanted a vehicle transferred to the Largo office for a second look, it was quick and easy. Even after we purchased our van and realized there were a couple of minor issues we hadn’t noticed, Daniel and David made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. Here’s a huge bonus: because they are privately owned, Mobility Express does not charge all the extra fees that the bigger, corporate-owned places do. The “other dealer” I looked at charges almost $1000 in hidden and mostly unnecessary charges. I will definitely continue to use Mobility Express for ongoing service and maintenance.

Great staff. My friend (Mobility Express Client) introduced me to Paul who guided me through the decision making process. Appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

I am a private purchaser of a mobility scooter. Recently, I bought a Toyota Sienna for the express purpose of traveling with the scooter. I needed a power lift, went online, and found Mobility Express with a price significantly less than the price from the scooter manufacturer. Ordered online, no problem. What I didnt realize was that the installation required an authorized installer; installation by an unauthorized installer (like the auto dealer from which I bought the Sienna) would have voided the warranty. This information was provided by Paul Bankovich at Mobility Express (Largo location), who also had concerns about the manufacturers recommended device anyway. Also, Mobility Express is in Florida, and Im in Virginia. Anyway, Paul went to great lengths to (1) identify these concerns, (2) recommend an easier-to-install (and less expensive) alternative power lift, (3) ran the compatibility test to make sure his recommended power lift would work in the Sienna, and (4) ran down authorized installers in my area (noting that the installers arent always happy just doing the installation - they want the sale on the device as well). Paul found an installer with whom his company had worked before, knew their work, and recommended them - even called and arranged delivery of the device to the installers location, and tried to negotiate a better install price (knowing that Florida prices probably are cheaper than metro DC prices - he was right about that). Anyway, Paul did an awful lot of legwork - above and beyond, to my mind - to ensure I was not buying a pig in a poke. I certainly appreciated that - several thousand dollars down the drain after buying a new car for the scooter wasnt what I was looking for, obviously. My thanks to Paul and Mobility Express for making sure they had a satisfied customer. I greatly appreciate the lengths to which he went to ensure I had what I need to make this all work.

Get all things mobility for disabled needs, scooters, autos with lifts/ramps, vertical lifts or stair lifts etc., etc. Cant get up stairs into house use a verticle lift . More than a medical supply store. Expert and friendly staff.

I visited Mobility Express last week where I was greeted by Paul. He was very patient, knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Because of an energy we determined rather quickly that a 3 wheel scooter was my only option. My foot hurts on the 4 wheel floors. So I tried the two 3 wheel scooters that they had in their very nice showroom that were easy enough to break down and travel with me. I wasnt sold on either one so I told Paul I would think about it and do more research. That evening I received a call from Paul telling me he had been thinking about what scooter might meet my needs the most and had come across a scooter that was longer, had a good ground clearance and weight limit. That scooter was the Golden EX 3 Wheeler (which I highly recommend BTW). He said they would order it for me to try it out with a small deposit. As long as I purchased a scooter from them. I agreed to that arrangement. And yesterday I picked up my brand new Golden EX 3 Wheel Scooter. Paul gave me complimentary baskets (front and rear), console cover, cup holder, and phone holder. He went over with my partner very thoroughly how to break down the scooter for travel and how to put it together. Terrible experience!! no one on staff could tell me if the certain vehicle is still in stock. Apparently only manager knows all detail. long story short, even manager doesnt know anything. For 30 years you been in business, this company definitely lacks customer service. In 30 years you should have build relationships in the community or in the state where you can refer people if you dont sell certain customization. Customer service 2 thumbs down!

The lift is six years old, and had been purchased from another vendor. Paul had his technician look at it and he got it going again, also providing some great advice about how to maintain it. All of this at no charge. Now that was Wow service.
