I have to start out by saying that my young daughter and I got manicures and pedicures here and were super impressed with the care our original technicians took on both of us during the service. They took their time and we were able to relax during our pedicures.The reason I am rating one star is because my nail tech was performing my manicure and she was having difficulty smoothing the polish on one of my thumb nails, which in itself is no big deal. She asked the nail tech who sits at the first chair (and also seems to translate when needed, greets the customers and collects all the money) to assist her with this nail and correcting it.From the moment the second tech sat down to see what she could do, she had a nasty attitude, spoke rudely and loudly and kept saying that she didnt understand what I was saying and its not her fault and she is not the nail tech who made the problem. I had not said anything bad or negative and up until this woman sat to fix the nail, I was extremely satisfied with the service and work. I asked her if something was wrong that she was speaking to me in such a negative and loud way. She said that I was not making sense and she could not understand what I was saying about my nail. She continued speaking to me in a rude and condescending manner. So I again asked what the problem was while she was fixing the nail and she again stated it was hard to understand me. I am able to articulate my thoughts in a clear and concise way.Meanwhile, my daughter who was waiting at another station came to me, kissed my head and asked what was going on and why was the lady speaking to me like that. I told her I didnt know why. I didnt know that my daughter had her phone out and recorded the woman speaking nastily and my responses and she took her picture, which I will attach. Now I know why she takes your money before the nail tech finishes the fingernails since she has a bad attitude. No one deserves this type of disrespect and rudeness while receiving a service they paid for. This woman needs to evaluate herself and adjust her attitude. Hopefully she can understand me now with this review and video of her acting aggressively and inappropriately. Would not recommend this place because of her.

I gave one star because unfortunately you had to hit one —I didn’t want to give a star at all!2nd time here. 1st time was by a lady that wasn’t there( she did awesome) and the service I got today was horrible!!. 2 of my thumbs didn’t have clear coat on them . I called immediately to let them know - they got angry and I chose not to go in to get it done even though she said she would… Who wants to go in and have work done when they are hostile. I let them know at the time that I did not like my nails. I was just here last week and paid $62 for my nails so there was NO NEED for a fill HOWEVER, even if it was she should have tone told me especially if they were going to turn out like this.She did not even paint to the bed of my nails I had to ask her for oil on them. She says once you get hombre they do not take it off I had no idea….. who wants nails that has blue under the bottom???if you can look at the edges of my nail polish on some of them are polished and some of them isn’t this place is horrible!I would NEVER ever come back again. So to the lady that’s upfront the only one that pretty much spoke English you don’t have to worry about raising your voice yelling anymore I’m done… I am done done done done!I am not the one to try to get over!again last week I spent $62 for my nails didn’t have a problem at all AND ALSO paid for a gel pedicure so money is NOT an issue with me.I just want my main nails to be done right professionally done - and for the nail salon not to become hostile when you tell them something isn’t right and you can show it to them .Who want to pay for nails that’s half done— you tell them about it and they try to fix it as you’re going out the door—- by the cash register ???? REALLY?I am a professional and I like for my nails to be done professionally… Which guys or not!!!

Amazing service! Seriously the best pedicure Ive ever had!!! My technician was incredibly thorough from the nail clean-up to the massage, sugar scrub, and hot towels! She checked multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and even helped put on my sandals for me. My pedicure lasted over an hour, and it was so relaxing! All their equipment is new & the massage chair about put me to sleep I was so relaxed. Clean, relaxed environment with friendly staff. Felt super pampered! I will be back!!!

Customer Service was not at its best as a first time visitor and for that I will more than likely not return... I did like the end result of my nails by Xhing but There are other places I can go. That what you have to remember about a service people can choose not to come back cause you may not be the only place to offer what they are looking for and as as business success or greater success is due to repeat customers and the experience they will share about their experience 🤔

My mom and i went in today to get full sets. My black stilletto nails came out perfect. However my mom had wanted a french ombre, which I told them that when i made the appointment so I was under the impression that could do it. Tell me they cant do it in acrylic after we get there, so we go with dip. My mother has never had her nails done and was so excited. Im so disappointed and want to cry for her. I will attach pictures.

Me and my mom went in for a mani/pedi..The ladies didnt seem motivated to want to help us asked me what color I wanted I didnt know what colors they even had.. Very rude service is horrible...We left...

My friend and I made appointments. They seemed rushed and not very organized. Our nails turned out nice though.

Just got a pedi and the paint is all over my skin and my nails were cut into random shapes each toe. Price at the end didn’t match what menu thing said. So random pricing that was way too much.

Went here for a set of acrylics they came out. Okay some of them were different shapes and lengths than the others. The lady seemed in a rush to get me out (they were not busy at all). She was incredibly rude to me and aggressive with my nails. Will not be coming back.

I am in town on business, and I desperately needed a manicure. I found Fancy Nails on Google and read the reviews. I had my nails done there today.I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of the techs. The place was clean. The atmosphere was great.Im returning tomorrow, while Im still in town, to get a pedicure.

My business partner gets her nails done here. They always look great! The owner Tammy is such a nice, friendly person. She always brings cheer into my day. She really does a great job with custom nails as well. She hand paints all sorts of designs. The atmosphere is great and the salon is always very clean. Give the place a try. Youll be happy you did!

I’d gone to the same nail salon for 3 years. Their customer service went off the deep end and My last experience was the straw that broke the camels back. Took a chance on this place and glad I did. Service is excellent. You’re actually able to relax and enjoy your pedi massage (always a challenge for me). Tammy, the owner, CARES about her biz and it shows. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a very bad experience today. Upon coming home, I felt a sharp pain on my toe. After closely examining my feet, I found a cut on the top of one my toes. The cut is too deep for the technician not to be aware of what she did. Very upset that she didnt treat the cut or mention the cut to me, but instead continued on like nothing happened.

Tammy and Staff are great... These ladies care about what your nails look like.. They take the time they need to accommodate the client... They are not on a timeline and rush you through! Love these Gals!

My service started at my scheduled appointment time. There was a poor lady there who was waiting when I arrived and probably waited another 30 minutes after I was started (we were receiving different services). My technician was friendly, fast and did a good job.

I take my granddaughter here to get her nails done.. she loves how they do her nails and help her decide on colors and designs with no high sales pitches.

I had an amazing experience here. Tammy is an expert at her craft Life long customer now. Will recommend Fancy Nails to everyone who compliments my nails!

Had a GREAT experience at Fancy Nails today! It is a small establishment, but very clean and the employees are so friendly! I took my girls for back to school mani/pedis and the nail techs took the time to talk to them and truly made it a great experience. If you feel up for a good laugh, ask for James- hes hilarious!

A full set is only supposed to be $25. She charged me $40 because she did shellac without asking me. Im pissed because I took my sister to get her nails done for her birthday and the money I was going to use to take her to lunch after, was spent on this employees ignorance. I will probably never go here again.
